Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that's where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul. You can hear it in his voice, feel it in his handshake, and see it in every detail of his work. That kind of character is rare. His crew? Fast. Efficient. Respectful. And genuinely friendly--something you don't always see these days. They worked hard, worked smart, and treated me with real care and respect as a disabled veteran. One branch was hanging outside the truck and had been stripped clean from the freeway drive to my place. A few other branches were broken. I took some photos and called Moon Valley. The manager invited me to come pick out a new tree. Fair enough. But when my wife and I show up the manager has a salesperson deal with us while he sits slumped in a chair, hands stuffed in the pockets of his hoody, and sun glasses on. He does not greet us. Does not remove his sunglasses as any professional would. And there is no apology. Instead, he pouts like a nine year old who just had his e-bike taken away.. I wouldn't even bother posting this review if it weren't for the pissy manner were treated by the guy in charge. So here is what I want to say 1. It's not the customer's fault when you deliver a sickly mistreated tree. 2. If you feel expectations are too high then don't charge the highest prices in the valley. 3. If you feel your prices are right then bring your service up to match them. My experience was at the Avondale location. For all I know the other Moon Valley locations have a better grip on customer service.

We had only been in the area for a couple of months and there were so few in the neighborhood who had even started on landscaping projects that we could compare notes with and ask their opinions, so we looked at a handful online and started requesting quotes. Four Sons Landscaping was on our radar as we saw one of their signs and we had also obtained one of their flyers. We looked them up online and submitted the contact form and were pleasantly surprised to receive not only a quick response within hours, but from someone who was very cordial and professional and seemed trustworthy and interested by wanting to come out to our house and give us a quote. That individual was Kristin, who is one of the family owners, and she scheduled to meet with us and her project manager Jonathan within a day. They both showed up promptly and on time at our home with such a pleasant attitude and showed us right away they were there to help us plan the design we were looking for. Our side and backyard are both very limited in space, so this project was smaller than most the company is used to handling, however, they assured us they were willing to make it happen. Right away, Kristin designed a 3D video of what the end result would look like, both in daylight and at night. We were so impressed with it and happily accepted their quote and start date. We would like to point out the communication was handled very professionally from beginning to end and every one of our questions and concerns were handled with care and addressed without any issues. Jonathan and his excellent crew were happy to help us with any added needs including watering our newly planted trees for us while we were away on a trip and helping us secure our privacy screens which we were so grateful for! Our project included travertine paver walkways in the front and side yard, pathway lights throughout the front and backyard, a newly installed turf with travertine paver steps integrated, and added irrigation to our trees we had already installed. We can't say enough how happy we are with how everything turned out and we were so relieved after going through the anxiety of finding the right team! We highly recommend Four Sons Landscaping and again are grateful for such fine work and professionalism they offered us and the overall satisfying experience of their service !

I was worried at first that they would not be interested in the job as it is a small backyard but they had no such concerns. Kristin and team worked up a great model of what they could do for my budget and off we went! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Work was of very high quality. Their employees were courteous and professional. The end result is a very nice, comfortable small backyard with pathways, lighting, and well positioned planters. They will agree to whatever quote you negotiate and makes a lot of false promises about their service, warranty, etc. just to get your business. They take half the money at the beginning of the project, employs temporary workers and starts the project. They take full money a week later and the job ends there, won't even respond to calls and texts after. They also don't pay the workers and blocks their calls when it's time to pay them. There are at least 8 customers in our community who started with them 4 months ago, paid all the money and still waiting for the job to be completed. Most of the pictures that he posted on yelp and other websites for marketing are from these unfinished projects. The five star reviews are also fake, yelp already removed a few of them. These guys are not even worth a star and should be banned from doing business.
