They were an absolute answer to our…read moreprayers. We went without AC in our house for two full weeks during the brutal Arizona August heat. We had a few different local companies come out to give us quotes, but everything was just crazy expensive. I almost resigned myself to the idea that we would just have to suffer and try to make it through the rest of the summer, but deep down I knew we couldn't. Our son is a Type 1 Diabetic, so keeping his environment cool and his body temperature stable and healthy is an absolute medical necessity.Out of options, I was scrolling through Facebook Marketplace and came across Chad. I had no idea who he was, but I saw that he might be able to help us, so I took a chance and sent him a message. Within a single minute, Chad replied. I explained our urgent situation to him, and he immediately promised he would be at our house the next morning and would have it fixed that day if he could.True to his word, they showed up. Not only did they fix our AC, but the entire job was completely finished before 12:00 PM--and at an incredibly fair, great price. This is a family-owned, faith-based business, and their values truly show in how they treat people. They were like two angels to our family that morning. We feel incredibly blessed to have found them. If you need honest, compassionate, and lightning-fast HVAC service, do not hesitate to call Chad and his team!

Mission knew and understood the severity of living in AZ with no A/C. They came out that very day and told me the bad news re compressor. The company that installed my system before had cut corners. I was shown the evidence. I wondered why our air flow was always so low and our bills so high. Mission gave me a bid for compressor/new install. Their bid was half of the competitors! I opted for new system. The owner knew we needed a system ASAP (we have kids and animals). He worked us into his, already full, schedule and they started on the duct work the very next day. Within 3 days, my new system was up and running. I can already feel the difference compared to my old system. The owners, technicians, and installers were understanding, professional, and truly cared about my situation. 5 star service and price. Thank you SO much, Mission Heating and Cooling!

Upon checking we discovered that this long time, local company had been sold to a national company/fund which acquires and then operates smaller local companies. We decided to obtain a second quote and Daniel from Hamstra spent 3 hours checking the systems and concluded it was in good working condition. We just signed up for a service plan with Hamstra and will be using them in the future. In our opinion the consumer needs to beware of upselling and if you question a quote obtain a second opinion.

You will probably have to call them to get a response.

We were shocked by the estimate we got from the company we had been using for maintenance so we decided to see what other companies were charging. Once we made our decision we had an appointment two days later. We were told it might take 6 hours and they were done in roughly 3.5 hours. All 5 of the guys were great. TRS was the last to provide an estimate, but up to that point I (we) had already decided on Williamson AC company. I had decided on Williamson because of the two its representative was personable and provided us with lots of detail. Keep reading... TRS came by to assess our home and installation. The TRS representative is also very personable and went into great detail into what had to be done AND why. Since most of us aren't experts on everything, understanding the what and why is essential to making and informed decision. One of the details the representative explained was one that was an option that saved us $700. The other company didn't provide us with that information. I received the estimate that evening and between it and the understanding of the installation that we received from TRS...TRS was our choice. Hands down! It's been several weeks since the installation and we couldn't be any happier with the installation and the people from TRS. Today, the main representative came by to check the system and answer any questions. That's something I've never seen before. My better half was so impressed with this FAMILY-OWNED company that she asked the rep for an assessment of our main AC system for its yearly inspection and cleaning. TRS is our choice for all our heating/cooling needs. There are very good family-owned companies in Tucson, but my experience with TRS is that it is the best. I highly recommend TRS to family and friends. Considering my highest recommendation to family and friends, then any customer out there in Tucson will also be very happy with TRS. Ruben and Beth

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare…read more Replaced my whole AC. Was at my house from 8am to almost 10pm. My husband had ti take off work and I had to leave work early because my husband had an appointment. A technician came out with an apprentice. The AC never actually turned on and they had to come out the next day because things outside weren't properly installed. The following Monday (exactly 1 week later), we woke up and the AC wasn't working again. Monday was also Labor Day so naturally, it took my husband 9 calls to get in contact with someone even though this company claims to be 24/7. The issue was, the thermostat wasn't properly installed which turned the whole system off. They didn't have another thermostat to give us, so they took reinstalled our old ones which temporarily fixed the issues. Next day, AC wasn't working again. This time it was a draining issue in the attic -my husband went up in the attic and drained it manically. Technician came out, actually broke it more (which we found out the next day) and left. This technician was at my house till 7-8 at night. Next day, AC wasn't working again. Still a drowning issue. My husband continued to manually drain it himself and took a video of the broke piping that wasn't previously broken. No technicians can come out till the following day. Thursday now, I leave work early for the technicians that are supposed to come 12-2... guess what, no one does. 2:15, I call for an update, 3:30 I call for an update. Technician finally shows up at about 530 -so again, I had to take off of work for no reason. Technician comes out, my husband shows him the video and guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX IT. So I waited all day for absolutely nothing. Technicians are supposed to come back out today so we'll see if this finally gets resolved. I'm not hopeful. Update: Company never called me to notify me when someone was going to come out like they said they would which annoying. When the technician came out, he had the correct fittings for the piping but he forgot a thermostat so he had to go get one at their store so that added another hour. All the technicians that have come out have been very nice. But that doesn't actually fix my AC. I feel completely ripped off. They replaced my whole system, just for it to take like 4-5 other visits to work . It feels like they're stealing our money. They never even give us the courtesy of calling to let us know when someone will be at the house if they're running late -they just expect us to be able to wait all day. Terrible customer service. Me and my husband are both active duty military so luckily we don't lose any money when we need to leave work early for these things but guess what? A lot of people do lose their income when they aren't actually at work. This company seems to have no sense urgency or caring of others to actually prioritize them and their time At this point, I want/expect a conversation with an owner or manager. I requested that one the phone and the woman said she'd forward me call to someone.. still haven't gotten anything from anyone. It's like they don't actually care. I'd like to know the average amount of apts it typically takes to install someones AC correctly and if it's always so many. I'd also like a discount because all of the issues we've run into have been absolutely ridiculous.
