My pest control guy suggested I get my front door resealed since tiny bugs are still coming through the cracks (I mean, I don't blame them, it's hell out there during the summer months here in Arizona). Found Robert through looking for a decent handyman on Yelp. And boy am I glad I followed through with hiring him. From the initial text to him completing the job. He was nothing short of efficient, friendly, and extremely professional. Just from my experience watching him do the job, I can tell he's also the kind of human that goes above and beyond for his own inner circle if he handles his own clients with this type of top tier treatment. On top of that, Robert gave me a nice discount just for a little knowledge trade. Will definitely hire him again for any of my home's future fix-up needs.

I found KB thru Yelp and was impressed by the strong recommendations; they didn't disappoint. Jesse arrived on time and had the tight tools and expertise for the job. Appreciated Jesse assessing the pre-existing situation and partnering with me to reach the right path forward to integrate the new equipment. He successfully installed a new tv mount, sound bar mount, and then attached both devices. Also felt that Jesse was very thorough, cared about doing a quality job, and had best in class pricing. Thoroughly satisfied and would definitely hire JB Smart Home Solutions again.

I've…read morebeen to several events here & despite the overly gentrified & unoriginal "modern" decor, there is truly just something "off" about this place. The owner Todd seems to be quite arrogant & has been witnessed being rude to patrons before with his elitist attitude. The flow of the vendor spaces inside feels competitive between each other & the overall quality of the products sold seem a bit sketchy. Plus there is very little variety available. Gummies, tinctures & candy, a few cheap body care products & that's about it. The salon is nice but seems like an afterthought, as does the coffee bar. It's hard to explain, the vibes in the place are just off & the owner doesn't even seem to enjoy the people that come in. It's bizarre. There is a cannabis consumption lounge during certain events but since this is a CBD store, with no card required to enter, I'm not sure how they regulate the consumption area with no card holders being their main source of patrons. Like I said, it's a hot mess. Feels in genuine & fake.

The phone was picked up, I heard some fumbling and a "hold on" that was clearly directed at someone else in the shop, and then the call was ended within about three seconds. I never got a chance to say a word. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called right back. That call was declined immediately. I attempted a third call but canceled it myself, figuring there was no point. I understand the end of the day gets busy, but hanging up on a paying customer who is actively trying to be respectful of your time isn't acceptable. A simple "sorry, we're closing in a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Won't be returning.

While that was a huge positive he was also super flexible and willing to work with my crazy schedule! Even helping when I needed to push an extra hour the day of the removal . On arrival 3 guys showed up and started moving so quick I was taking a double look ! They always confirmed what they were taking was correct and If there was anything else I needed for them to do . They finished up quick and the price was exactly as quoted . No hidden fees ! The icing on the cake of how amazing they are, is when the garbage can pick up came while they were there, and one of the men brought in the garbage and recycling cans ! Truly above and beyond !
