I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. I ended up with a much better outfit than I originally ordered from Amazon and I even won the pj contest. I would absolutely use them again and I am very happy with my whole experience from beginning to end!

Once of the Etsy store patches did not reflect the provided logo correctly. Keep in mind when you are ordering online these are the kinds of issues you can run into. So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. The hats stitching is literally going out of the image. not minimal defect a HUGE one thru the whole image. the inked shirts there are blotches everywhere on it. When my husband spoke to them about it he got yelled at. We HIGHLY do not recommend especially instead of helping find a situation on a product they sold to us with so many defects we got yelled at.
