The hot tub/pool area really needs a deep clean--there were visible skin cells and buildup along the edges, which completely took away from the experience and made it feel unhygienic. Overall, the atmosphere has potential, but between the cleanliness concerns and the lack of anything that sets it apart, I wouldn't recommend it. You can honestly get a very similar experience elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

What?! Never heard of this anywhere in the world. Why charge for the couples room? Book it with the massages. Adding this fee was nickel & dining at its worst. Also they add 22% service fee whether you get good service or not. In CA you can't add tips automatically. Either you publish your fees and tips are optional but service can never "mandatory".
