**Extremely disappointed with LaserAway's lack of response and customer service.**…read more I had an account opened using my personal information for a service I did not purchase. I contacted LaserAway after being directed to their team by the collection agency handling the account and provided documentation explaining that this was fraudulent. What is especially concerning is that the date of birth associated with the patient/account was **not my date of birth**. I asked LaserAway a very straightforward question: **What identification was verified when this service was purchased, and how did my personal information become associated with this account?** I sent **multiple emails requesting an investigation and a written response**, including asking how the patient's identity was verified, what identification was provided, and what steps LaserAway was taking to address the issue. Other than contact from the provider, I received **no meaningful response from LaserAway**. I had to file a police report and disputes with the credit bureaus and collection agency to address the situation, and the fraudulent account negatively affected my credit and caused significant stress. For a company handling customers' personal and financial information, I find the lack of communication extremely disappointing. I expected LaserAway to take an identity/fraud complaint seriously and provide basic answers about how my information became attached to an account that was not mine. **I would strongly encourage LaserAway to improve its process for handling identity theft and fraudulent accounts, as well as its communication with customers who are trying to resolve these issues.**

I had my second appointment with Jennifer Wright and Family Skin Specialists today. The…read moreimprovements in my skin since my first appointment have been drastic and miraculous! I have seen countless other providers in the last year to no avail. Jennifer Wright remedied my issue so quickly with simple treatments. Anna Croft, the director of operations, and her team handled scheduling and insurance so efficiently. I feel like this practice genuinely appreciates being able to help me as a patient. The front desk staff assisted in acquiring a referral from my primary care and are very quick to respond to any inquiries. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, it's a positive vibe. Parking is free and the office is easily accessible via the i-75/285 interchange. There's a great line of products for sale and my first appointment even came with a goodie bag of La Roche-Posay travel samples. I'd like to keep all of their attention to myself, but hopefully this can reach someone feeling lost and frustrated like I was.

Extremely unprofessional and discriminatory experience! I…read moredrove over an hour for a microneedling appointment and had one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing service experiences of my life. The esthetician stated ahead of time that she is allergic to fragrances, so I took extra precautions: I showered immediately before my appointment, wore no perfume, no lotion, and no scented products of any kind. When I arrived, she accused me of not following her instructions and insisted I was wearing perfume. I was not. I even allowed her to smell my wrists to confirm. She then claimed my laundry detergent was "too strong," despite the fact that I use a single Tide pod and the clothing I was wearing had not been worn or washed in months. She went on to say she was "having an allergic reaction," felt dizzy, and had stomach pain--while standing behind the counter over six feet away from me the entire time. As a registered nurse of over 10 years, I have never witnessed someone have such a reaction simply from being near another person with no discernible scent. She ultimately refused to provide the service. I left feeling embarrassed, accused, and frankly discriminated against. This experience felt racially motivated and deeply inappropriate. If someone's allergies are truly this severe, they should reconsider working in a client-facing service industry. To make matters worse, after I left, she repeatedly texted my phone insisting that I smelled like laundry detergent. The messages continued to the point where I had to tell her to stop contacting me or I would pursue harassment charges. One brief message confirming my refund was processing would have been sufficient--anything beyond that was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially the text she sent saying I made her want to throw up. I had booked this appointment in preparation for my upcoming wedding and was left extremely disappointed and stressed. I then went to another aesthetician who did a great job and said she didn't smell ANY time of scent(even Tide). This behavior was unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others before booking or be prepared to be turned away from services, especially if you are african American.
