This place is terrible. And I don't mean as far as our services because unfortunately I never had them done. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance for my mom and I to have facials and massages. I was very clear about the date and the time. I called several other establishments previously so I repeated the day and the time that I wanted over and over again. So when I called the morning of our appointment because I hadn't heard a confirmation call from the night before they told me they dont have me on the schedule. I've been looking forward to this treatment for weeks and I'm going out of town in a couple of days so I have no more time to get this done. This place completely dropped the ball. read more

I've been researching chemical peels for over a year now and was beyond pleased to discover that Derma Spa offered The Perfect Derma Peel as all of the testimonials I found online showed such impressive results w 1 time application. After recruiting my bestie to participate w me (she battles w a bit of melasma) we made our appointments for 9am. Being as I'd been researching TPDP I knew the prices available online, but was willing to pay close to double that because the description of the service on DS's website stated the process would be 60mins; I knew product application averaged 20mins so I assumed the remaining 40mins would be filled w some sort of spa experience (a head, neck, arm, leg massage- SOMETHING). To my dismay I walked into the room at 9:20 & was out BY 9:40- less than 20 minutes at Derma Spa cost me 300$ after tip! I attempted to remain positive & focus on how great my skin would look at the end of the 7-10 day complete healing process. Needless to say, I am 99.999% disappointed. Every single spot of hyperpigmentation that I had hoped would vanish (or at least lighten drastically) post treatment remains on my face; if anything the process removed the tan off my skin & THATS IT! Not one person I know has been able to notice a difference in my skin clarity, tone, or texture. I'm assuming the peel would be more effective w 3 applications- which I could have purchased online for a mere 75$ more than I paid to Derma Spa for 1 application. Unsatisfied is an extreme understatement! (& in case you are wondering, my besties melasma did not fade in the slightest either. She unfortunately is equally as dissatisfied in her results.) read more

I have never been to this day spa but was wanting to get my face dermaplaned so I called and was able to go in same day. Yay! Trina was my esthetician and she was wonderful! Very knowledgable and informative explained everything from my service to the products I had questions on and their ingredients. She was not pushy to sell anything. I purchased what I felt I needed based on her recommendations. I had never had dermaplaning done and I cant tell you how happy I am that I got it done! Not only did it take off all of the peach fuzz on my face and chin but also all the dead skin cells. My face was immediately noticeably brighter, I looked rejuvenated and even younger! I also bought the Groupon for a mani/pedi with Marie. This lady takes pride in her work. It was the best mani/pedi I have EVER had, hands down. I paid extra to get an awesome Shellac mani, and I'm in love!!! I have never had a manicurist pay so much attention to detail, and it was also the most comfortable mani/pedi I have ever had. You won't have your cuticles shredded by Marie. My only regret is that I didn't know about her sooner! She was so nice, personable, fun to talk to and gave me lots of pointers for my nails. I discovered Elisha through the app Nextdoor. My husband and I have enjoyed therapeutic massages but had not had a local spa for a long time. The spa is very nice, private and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Elisha made me feel very comfortable with myself and the massage. She asked pertinent questions regarding my physical and health condition before my massage. The massage was very good, therapeutic and relaxing. My husband felt the same way. We both look forward to having another massage. The pricing of the different massages was very reasonable considering the level of expertise of Elisha. I visited Derma Spa as a treat for my sister who was visiting from out of state. I was kind of nervous because my sister is very picky and I wanted her to have a good experience. From the moment we walked in my worries were gone. We were pleasantly greeted by Carrie, The receptionist, and were offered a beverage while we waited. The lobby was tastefully decorated and they had relaxing music playing. I am such a sucker for fragrance and I couldn't help but start feeling relaxed by the scent of lavender that was constantly present. We were promptly called in by our therapists. My sister was seen by Annie, and I was seen by Lisa. I was expecting to just be pampered and and get the fluff treatment, but Lisa also educated me on some of my skin problems that I would have never known about. When our treatments were done, my sister told me about her also wonderful experience and how lucky I was to live near Derma Spa.
