A couple of weeks ago, I went to see Erica for a mole removal! I was a little scared because I've had mole removals in the past and it wasn't a pleasant experience! While I was there I expressed my concerns on a wrinkle that was set on my forehead. It was all around an extremely positive experience. Since I am new to Botox, I was a bit nervous and had a lot of questions; I mainly wanted to make sure that my treatment is subtle and looks natural. Erica, RN, who administered my treatment was professional and knowledgeable. She explained different treatment options before we decided on the best one for me (i.e., Jeuveau). I was hesitant to leave this review because I had my experience with Alex in December, but feel it's necessary. Initially, Alex and Nicole were pleasant. They seemed to be accommodating and interested in meeting my needs. On the day of treatment, I saw Alex for nose bridge fillers. I explained to him that I wanted a subtle look. All I wanted was the nose bridge to be straightened out and that filler be placed on the nose tip to avoid nose tip dipping when I smiled. Post treatment everything seemed fine, besides your normal redness and swelling. The few days that followed were alarming. The filler Alex used (Juvederm XC) was too soft/runny for the location he placed it in (my nose) therefore causing it to spill across the sides of my nose. I was able to see Alex a few days after treatment and was told by him that it looked fine and that it probably was a pigmentation issue. He used the IPL to see if that would fix the unevenness. Needless to say, that wasn't the issue. NYE was a day or two away and I texted the office to please see me to dissolve the filler, no answer. I sent them photos, but they did not respond to my concerns. I spent NYE with a misshaped nose. After the new year, I was given an appointment to dissolve the filler. I asked the office if I can be compensated for what I paid and was told that they do not give refunds. They also said that some of the filler was used in other areas, instead they offered me $100 off a laser treatment. Do you think I wanted to return to them for another service?? No thanks. Very disappointed and a bit upset that they couldn't make this right. It's obvious Alex made a mistake, he should've corrected the issue. Offices that make these types of mistakes cannot get away with doing this and not making things right with their clients. He used the wrong filler and caused me to feel self conscious on one of the biggest holidays of the year. Go here at your own risk, it's a gamble. read more
