Okay, Donell is the REAL DEAL. Take a look at her credentials and certifications on their website and you'll understand that she's passionate and professional. Went here pretty recently on a Groupon deal for 20 units of Botox. They told me i needed all 20 in my crows feet. I'm 28 and have been getting Botox consistently every 4 months. But i agreed! It did NOTHING. Only place I've ever seen zero change with Botox (pictures posted). I only need 10 in my entire forehead to see zero movement for 6 months btw. Figured 20 units would take away some wrinkles by the eye. Makes me think their Botox is diluted or something ‍ just be aware. Terrible dishonest business that should be banned, they don't even deserve 1 star from the way they handle business. Donnel? (the nurse) is the tricky one, she just went ahead and injected additional, and she is quietly charging extra after, I was in a shock.... This place is awesome! The ladies here are so friendly and PATIENT. I initially found Precision Aesthetics through a Groupon offer and had called the office to ask about a hundred questions and then make an appointment for a consultation. In the few minutes I'd spent on the phone, the woman answered many of my questions and made me feel really comfortable - I knew I wasn't going to show up for a consultation and then be pushed into doing any procedure I didn't need. Plus, they offer the same deals in the office as on Groupon, so you can pay them directly AFTER your consultation, and only IF you decide to move forward with a service. During my consultation, Carole, the nurse spent a lot of time answering all of my questions about laser hair removal on my hairline, botox and juvederm. I've never had any of the procedures before, so naturally I had lots of questions and concerns. She actually talked me out of doing the laser hair removal saying that I probably wouldn't get the results I was looking for because of the small area. I could tell she was really looking out for me and not just trying to sell me something, it was refreshing. So, I need to preface this by saying that it is rare that I take the time to write a review but I feel like my experience with Precision Aesthetics warrants one. This has been my first time experiencing cosmetic procedures and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! The first procedure that I had was Botox for my migraines. I was nervous that I would have that "frozen face" but Eva did an amazing job! I would not recommend this business! Last year, I purchased a Groupon because I wanted to try Botox, and they were offering the best deal. I had a family crisis, and was unable to use the Groupon before it expired, but I wasn't worried because Groupon guarantees that the money you pay towards a Groupon never expires. I paid $199, and I knew that was enough to still get 20 units of Botox. I called to make an appointment the other day and tried to explain to Bev that my Groupon had expired, but I wanted to make an appointment to use the $199 that I had spent. Bev was extreme rude to me. She misunderstood what I was saying, but she did not want to take the time to understand or work with me. She just kept telling that that I could talk to Groupon. She finally understood, and booked my appointment for Botox, albeit not very kindly. However, later that night I received a text that my appointment had been cancelled. Although I sent them pictures showing them that the money I spent towards Botox never expires, they refused to honor this. Groupon was kind enough to reimburse me since this company was unwilling to honor the policies set forth by Groupon. I have very little respect for a company that does not adhere to the agreements that are in writing, not to mention the rude and unprofessional way that I was spoken to. All of this to say, if you are looking for an honest and reliable business to give you the look you desire, I would look elsewhere. read more

When Precision Aesthetics opened last summer they were offering all sorts of ridiculously cheap deals to boost business. I found out about the business while calling to inquire about a groupon deal and was immediately told "Don't buy the groupon, just come in and purchase directly to receive even cheaper prices!" BEWARE of any company who offers this. You'll almost always regret it. Groupon offers a great satisfaction guarantee that sketchy business want to avoid. The receptionist was very sweet and because the prices were so low I stupidly purchased a botox special as well as a laser hair removal package. The patient procedure rooms lack privacy and were constructed by a subdivision of the waiting room using cheap walls made so thin you can hear absolutely everything through them. Unnerving to say the least. When "Dr. Carol" ( the spitting image of 'Stifler's Mom' from American Pie) walked in I immediately regretted my botox decision. I think she was smiling but it was hard to tell due to all the injections she's had. Puffy and over embalmed, maxed out with undoubtedly every injectable they offer and all self administered by the looks of it. Maybe its just me but I'd rather not take beauty advice, let alone alteration/enhancement, from someone who obviously has no comprehension of what a natural face is supposed to look like. I should of ran for it but I didn't and by first introduction she seemed nice enough to trust anyway. The procedure itself was painless, although i could tell she didn't really know what she was doing....a week later, when the full effect had set in, i'd find myself with a completely expressionless forehead. I was furious, not that anyone could tell, mostly with myself for knowing deep down my result would ultimately mirror a less extreme/terrifying version of the administrator herself. The laser hair removal results were no better. I have had laser hair removal from other businesses in the past and always experienced fantastic results. The laser hair removal special I was offered at Percision was 3 Brazilians for $150. Wow, so cheap right?! Well you get what you pay for or in my case you get 1 treatment that doesn't work at all, a lot of bs from doctor Carol who's incessantly trying to convince you you don't know what you're talking about, followed by months of silence from the company after they tell you they're "reviewing your case for a refund", pushed right up to the time limit for filing a charge back on your credit card. My effort to get a refund persisted for so long that I had to start showing up to the office and leaving daily messages until Dr. Carol finally called me to say I would not only not be receiving a refund but could not use the money I'd paid towards any other service. She even had the audacity to tell me she was "pretty certain" i still owed them more money because there was "no way" they would offer treatments for such a low cost! Unbelievable... Save yourself the headache, your wallet the hurt, and your body the disfiguration of ever dealing with these idiots. You are indubitably a million times better off not being touched by anyone in this office. read more

I went in to take advantage of the botox special but after talking to the doctor and explaining the things I would like improved, I felt very comfortable with her and decided to go with the Juviderm. She was very precise and didn't hurt much. I didn't even bruise. LOVED IT! Then a couple weeks later, to get the botox, and what happened? Lol! The same thing! It was a different doctor but again, I just felt trust. I had been so pleased with the last injection. So I got another syringe of Juviderm and then added the Botox. I had too.
