I came in with low expectations keeping in mind that these kind of problems are very difficult to treat especially within a short time frame. I came once a month for 3 months and by the second time, I was already blown away by the improvement in my skin texture, overall smoothness and vibrancy! Skin is definitely an investment!…read more I've been to Korea to get a bunch of treatment but still unhappy with my skin since I had a lot of hyperpigmentation. The only way to get rid of it is to buy sessions so you're on a schedule to tackle the pigment. I was able to buy 3 Picosure Pro lasers on a deal and was able to space them out 4-6 weeks as they recommended. After the first session, you might be a little pink but goes away in an hour or so. After 3 weeks later you see the pigment hasn't lighten up like crazy! Repeat these steps and the results are amazing! My coworkers and friends have noticed a huge difference. My overall skin texture has been more glowy and flawless. I really wished they had the lead eyeball cover so they can get closer to my eyes. That's where you still see the old pigment but if they get too close you can get blind so I'm okay with having some pigment. My overall goal was to just lighten it but not completely remove and after 3 sessions. What a difference!! I'm going to keep up the maintenance for once a year or more to keep the pigment at bay. Highly recommend pico sure pro for those who have pigmentations/freckles they want to remove! Just be careful with numbing. Make sure it doesn't drip into your eyes or go into your eyes. It really does burn and numb it up. Kinda scary when it happened once. Since then I've been more aware when they apply the numbing cream. Thanks again Dr. Dieu! She is very detailed oriented and specific on what she wants done and i appreciate it so much!!

I came unsure about all the varieties of neurotoxins available to treat wrinkles. Dr. Lynda was very thorough and informative going through the options of neurotoxin brands available such as botox, juvaderm, dysport, etc. Dr. Lynda's bedside manners are great. She listened to my concerns and was very polite and not pushy. She had recommended I do 20 units of botox for my forehead, brows, angry face, and crows feet. She was modest in her recommendation based on the fact that it was my first time and I do not have deep lines. I expressed my concerns with doing too much at once in case I did not like the results. She ended up recommending 12 units for those regions. Dr. Lynda mentioned my results will not be as profound and it will not last as long. Which I was completely okay with more natural results. I really respect that Dr. Lynda made me feel heard as a patient, a lot of other doctors I have met in the past cab be a bit too assertive and dismissive. My results turned out great! I started to notice movement on my forehead minimizing after 4 days. I saw full results at 10 days. Since I got a minimal amount of dysport. I was still able to make expressions on my forehead and eyes but it does not move when I have small expressions. It was definitely natural looking and my fine lines were completely gone. For my next appointment I will go with Dr. Lynda's recommendation. Dr. Lynda's front desk staff were very friendly and the office is very clean. There's parking in front od the building and very accessible off the 405.

It's also a responsible way for them to identify and work out any kinks. This clinic is located in a strip mall and there was plenty of parking in the private lot. They currently have grand opening prices and taking same day appointments as well as scheduling for the future. We had a lot of questions because we've never done any injectables before. Jeff answered all our questions and there was no pressure at all to move forward. I appreciate that he would tell about the services then gave us time to think on our own while he addressed questions from other customers. We decided to get botox/xeomin for my partner's tense jaw pain. It's cool that botox/xeomin isn't just for cosmetics, but also used as therapy/treatment as well. Jeff had availability so we had our appointment right away. The service room was clean and spacious. The whole service took just minutes. From mapping the injection points to administering the xeomin. My partner reported they he was comfortable during the process. The checkout process did take a long time, but different staff jumped in to help it along. They apologized for the delay profusely and they honored the $50 grand opening discount as well as the gift card deal. In the end, we saved $100 off the opening price! Overall we got to learn a lot and it felt like a safe place for our first ever injection. And we got a great deal too.
