We found that I could tolerate it much better if she went faster & continuous rather than pausing between each "zap". A little over 2 weeks after, I messaged New Look since it looked like a line on each lower leg was missed. Since the hair remained there, un-zapped looking and continuing to grow after 3 weeks, I came in for a super speedy missed section session. I appreciate that they offer missed session sections at no charge. There's plenty of parking at their MacArthur location. There's a large Tesla charging station right outside in case you drive a Tesla and need to charge! I'm eager to see the results when my many laser sessions are done. The consultation is $100 and I told her I would call back by the end of the day to confirm and make an appointment. When I had time at the end of the SAME day I went to message them on the Instagram page to ask about financing THEY BLOCKED me! Absolutely unprofessional especially being a plastic surgeon office where details and information matters the most. Definitely a red flag given I was just a customer inquiring about their services.
