I noticed that even though my implants were behind the muscle wall, they were beginning to droop on one side where I could actually pinch skin to skin.. I made an appointment with Dr. Dubrow's office.. Within a few weeks, I was able to get an appointment and go in to have my implants removed. Currently with the implants I was a G. Due to having an lumpectomy, I was under the impression that I did not have much of my own breast tissue left and this is why the doctor recommended implants to begin with. But at this point I had had my implants replaced multiple times and continued to have trouble. When I spoke to Dr. Dubrow and his amazing assistant Jackie and explained the trouble that I was having and that I wanted the implants removed. Unfortunately, my husband was not able to attend the consultation due to how fast I was able to get my consultation so we did it over FaceTime. My husband was still hoping for a larger outcome. My expectations were anything healthy. Even if that included a size A cup. After surgery, Jackie had shared my postop surgery report with me. As I expected the chemo and radiation had damaged the tissue in my right breast to the point he had to remove a lot of tissue in order to lift my breasts evenly. Coming out of surgery with the scarring and the stitches , the swelling and everything. I definitely was completely flat chested. But as the days went on, my breast started forming and dropping just as they said they would. I am currently five months postop into my surprise. I am a 34D. Needless to say my husband is extremely happy and so am I. This has been such a wonderful experience and it is all due to a doctor's office. That truly knows what they're doing. Thank you, Dr. Dubrand Jackie for everything

My goal was to look refreshed and natural--not like I'd had surgery--and that's exactly what Dr. Lee achieved. Friends and family tell me I look amazing, but no one can pinpoint why. I simply look like a younger, well-rested version of myself. I was amazed by how little bruising I had after surgery. Within two weeks, I looked great and felt comfortable being out in public. At 10 weeks, my scars are essentially invisible, and my results continue to improve. Dr. Lee is an exceptionally talented surgeon who is confident, caring, and meticulous. From my first consultation through every follow-up appointment, he and his staff made me feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire experience stress-free. If you're considering facial rejuvenation and want beautiful, natural-looking results, I highly recommend Dr. Lee. Choosing him was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I still felt most confident choosing Dr. Ip. I am happy I did because my results are very flattering while still being the size I wanted. Im pleased with the results, follow ups, and communication to any questions I have. Dr. Ip goes above & beyond to make sure patients are informed before, during and after surgery. I had previously been told by another surgeon that I would need a breast lift to get the result I wanted, but I really did not want the additional scars or a lift if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Dr. Ip took the time to evaluate my anatomy and gave me another option that made much more sense for me. We ultimately went with Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle/subfascial, without a lift, and I am SO happy that I trusted him. My surgery and recovery were honestly easier than I ever expected. I had very minimal pain, never needed the prescription pain medication, and felt extremely well taken care of throughout the entire process. I'm now several weeks out and already love my results more and more as everything continues to settle. They look beautiful, feminine and proportionate to my body, which was exactly what I wanted. What I appreciated most about Dr. Ip was that I never felt pressured or like there was only one "correct" option. He listened to my concerns, worked with my anatomy and my goals, and ultimately gave me the result I was hoping for without putting me through a procedure I didn't want. Choosing a plastic surgeon is such a personal decision, and I did a LOT of research before making mine. I'm genuinely so happy I chose Dr. Ip and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation.

In 2018, I underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Kevin Sadati at a cost of $13,000. At the time, this was…read morea high fee - roughly double the fee quoted by another highly respected surgeon I consulted. I chose Dr. Sadati specifically because he emphasized functional improvement alongside cosmetics - he diagnosed a deviated septum and told me to expect a breathing improvement of 50-60%. He also suggested this could lead to increased energy and vitality overall. The combination of aesthetic refinement and significantly better nasal airflow sounded compelling, so I proceeded. Cosmetically, the result was acceptable but subtle. The nose appears slightly improved and natural, though it fell short of the more dramatic changes another surgeon had demonstrated via Photoshop simulations. I was content with a modest enhancement as long as breathing improved. Unfortunately, breathing actually worsened. Shortly after surgery, I experienced new congestion and obstruction. In 2019, during a follow-up visit, Dr. Sadati attributed this to enlarged turbinates and recommended nasal sprays. I followed his advice and other measures, but none resolved the issue. Over the next several years, I adapted by limiting exercise (exercise makes the congestion worse), enduring poorer sleep quality, including nighttime awakenings in the winter and during stressful periods due to increased swelling and congestion. Over the years I tried to see an ENT in my home town and after facing multiple cancellations and long appointment waits, I gave up for some time. However recently I finally saw an ENT who confirmed that I have an enlarged turbinate situation and that I may consider turbinate resection. After the ENT visit, I contacted Dr Sadati's office to discuss my recent ENT visit and to resolve this problem once and for all. I was informed that Dr. Sadati no longer performs turbinate reduction surgery and could only offer a referral to another provider. Such a surgery should be nothing for him, given his experience in rhinoplasty, which entails it. Given the original promises of improved breathing, the premium price paid, and the lack of resolution despite follow-up, I expected more comprehensive support or accountability from him. This experience has left me disappointed, as the primary functional benefit I paid a significant premium for - improved breathing - never materialized, while the cosmetic change was only marginal, and the worst part is Dr. Sadati is doing next to nothing to fix the problem he started.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Kosins and his office staff. I called Dr. Kosins's office…read morebecause I was having severe pain in one breast. His office arranged to have me seen by Dr. Kosins immediately. Dr. Kosins identified the problem which was an encapsulated breast implant and was able to have me scheduled for surgery the following week. I was very skeptical about undergoing surgery because I have severe sleep apnea and a vocal cord paralysis. Dr. Kosins provided me with words of reassurance, which gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure. The surgery went forward without any complications, and my pain decreased significantly. Now it is totally gone. Dr. Kosins was very knowledgeable about complications with breast implants and handled the situation brilliantly. I am very pleased with my results. His office staff is also very friendly and professional. The post operative care provided by his staff was top notch. I would recommend Dr. Kosins to anyone who is considering undergoing breast surgery and anyone who is experiencing issues with breast implants. You couldn't find a better care team or be in better hands!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.

I had my consultation once again after the waited time period, we talked about fixing the holes (dents in my nose from missing cartilage), and fixing the irregularities. I booked the non refundable deposit of $1,000 after meeting with him and scheduled the surgery thinking the quote would similar to what he quoted me on email. The receptionist (I can't say names on yelp), sent me a quote of $187,050. I was floored. I lost the deposit money and we can't afford almost $200,000 for a nose job. I am filled with so many questions of why? Where did we get so lost? My emails are ignored now. I lost the money to the lawyer to the last surgeon who botched me, we're in debt from 4 surgeries that botched me, and I put all my eggs in one basket as to the hope for him to fix me for good. We can't even get a loan for $200,000. I'm really down and absolutely shocked that he said he would help me, but surprised me with a price tag that's insurmountable for what we can afford. It's saddening. My hope is gone for surgeons. They're greedy and money hungry. I hope this review gets him to read what emotional toll this has taken on me, and to think before you charge a patient $200,000 to fix irregularities on their nose. I'm no millionaire or billionaire, I'm a mom raising a toddler who has had a really hard time looking in the mirror. I wish he would have kept his word. It truly gave me my confidence back. Fast forward to 2026, I realized I didn't just want to feel good on the outside anymore. I wanted to feel good on the inside too. As I got older, I found myself constantly exhausted, struggling with brain fog, low libido, no motivation, and just feeling hopeless. As a business owner and a mom of two busy boys with sports and endless activities, I felt like I was running on empty every single day. I reached out to Dr. Sherry, and she truly listened. She took the time to understand what I was experiencing and created a personalized plan just for me. She started me on supplements that were tailored to my specific needs, along with NAD+ injections. I began everything immediately, and within just a few days I noticed an incredible difference. I started this journey in February 2026, and now, in August, I can honestly say I feel like a completely different person. I wake up every morning with natural energy, a clear mind, and the motivation to tackle my day. My focus has improved tremendously, my brain fog is gone, and I no longer rely on multiple sources of caffeine just to make it through the day. My libido has also significantly improved, which has been life changing. More recently, I started Reta under Dr. Sherry's guidance to help me reach my personal weight goals. I felt great on it from the beginning. The only side effect I experienced was feeling a little tired the first day, but after that I was back to normal and have continued feeling my best. The key is staying consistent with the supplements every day. Dr. Sherry emphasizes how important it is to "stack" them and trust the process, and she is absolutely right. What I appreciate most about Dr. Sherry is how passionate she is about women's health. She is constantly educating and encouraging women through her social media, reminding us that taking care of ourselves isn't selfish. It's necessary. So many women don't realize how much our bodies change as we age or how much better we can actually feel with the right support. I am 35 years old, and I honestly feel better now than I did in my 20s. I've had the privilege of working with both Dr. Sherry and Dr. Sean Kalashadi, and I can genuinely say they make you feel like family instead of just another patient. They truly care about every person who walks through their doors, and that level of compassion is hard to find. Thank you both for helping me become the healthiest, happiest version of myself. Typically, you're advised to meet with multiple surgeons before making a decision since surgery is a serious commitment, but Dr. K was actually the first and only consultation I did. I immediately felt comfortable with him and his staff right off the bat. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Kelishadi took the time to thoroughly evaluate my anatomy and recommended the Preservé technique with Motiva implants. He explained that I had natural asymmetry and suggested two different implant profiles (demi and full) with a 65cc difference to create better balance. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and I am so glad I trusted his expertise because I am very happy with my results. One of my biggest hesitations about breast augmentation was fear of going under general anesthesia. The Preservé technique itself is incredible because it uses IV sedation and local anesthesia instead, and the downtime was only a few days. Knowing that Dr. Kelishadi is one of the first plastic surgeons in the United States able to offer this advanced technique made me feel even more confident in my decision. His wife, Dr. Sherry, who is the pharmacist, was also wonderful. Their non-narcotic pain protocol was amazing. Avoiding nausea and grogginess was very important to me, and they completely delivered on that promise. The practice is extremely organized and thoughtful -- they even provided all medications in advance along with a duffle bag, scar gel, a recovery journal, and a cute pink velour outfit set for surgery day. These details made the experience feel very supported and personalized. Valerie at the front office is incredibly helpful and responsive, Kendal the nurse is kind and reassuring, and Brianna the surgical assistant made me feel calm and cared for throughout the process. Even at my 1-month follow-up appointment, Dr. Kelishadi and the team treated me with the same level of hospitality and respect as day one. You can truly tell they care deeply about their craft and about their patients' outcomes. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you are considering breast augmentation, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. Kelishadi. He is truly an artist, and he has an exceptional team behind him who make the entire journey feel safe, thoughtful, and seamless. I am so grateful I trusted them with such an important decision and would confidently recommend their practice to anyone looking for natural, beautiful results and a genuinely caring surgical experience.
