    The absolute worst "cleaning" company do deal with! Save your money! Owner is inconsiderate and disrespectful to customers, arrogant and argumentative in response. Cleaning job was so bad, we have to have it redone. First, needed to track them down to confirm a cleaning scheduled months earlier (no text reply). Finally confirmed and reconfirmed again the date and time the day before the scheduled cleaning. We had to hire someone to let them into our place and needed to coordinate a time. They understood and confirmed the time and then showed up 1.5 hours late!.... with NO call or text to notify us or the person waiting of their delay. When we finally got in touch he was argumentative, took no accountability and was downright rude. Clearly the owner has no clue how to run a business. Try "we are so sorry for mistakes and our lapse in communication and we will be happy to make it up to you with [ie. a discounted cleaning service, an upgrade in service, etc]. He couldn't care less of the reputation he was creating for his company by the terrible first impression he was making with a new customer. The cleaners broke a vase and did a horrible job cleaning. See pics. Our "freshly mopped" floors left our bare feet BLACK with dirt. Can only imagine the hidden dirt in the bathrooms! We now have to hire a reputable, thorough and accountable cleaning service to redo it. We will never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone.

Nicole fired that person, even though she did a fantastic job for me. Nicole did not have enough people and was trying to juggle to figure out my next cleaning. I ended up finding someone myself. I gave Nicole another try this past week. She said she was sending her best person, Gisele, (she didn't know my name) for a DEEP CLEANING. The absolute worst cleaning experience I have ever had. Gisele was 35 minutes late and didn't know how to clean. Nothing was put back in its place. Candles left on benches. The sheets on my bed sideways. Simple, specific instructions for a blanket were beyond her capability. She used a swiffer to dust around everything on the tables. Nothing on any table was moved or wiped down. My dining room table and chairs missed completely. My kitchen wasn't touched-top of fridge, handles-nothing, even the floor was never mopped. My office not touched, the lint trap for my dryer was laying on the counter. The washer was not cleaned. My dust pan left on top of clean laundry on top of my dryer. Empry packaging from the swiffer left on my nightstand, bottles of my cleaning supplies left on counters in my bathrooms, garbage cans never emptied. She dusted the AC vents and the cover for the filter somehow came open and she just left it hanging from the ceiling. Missing remote, bags I was saving-GONE. Gisele told me she did not know what she should be cleaning. I handed her a copy of the invoice that Nicole sent me with everything listed AFTER I walked her through and showed her. The majority of what was on that list was not cleaned. I called Nicole the next day when I had an opportunity to see everything and received a very abrupt "I'm sorry. It'll be better next time. Everybody loves Gisele." No offer to send somebody to finish or correct everything, no partial refund. I did not even have an opportunity to go over everything that was wrong. Nicole was in a hurry to get off the phone. At that point I knew there was not going to be a next time. I did send Nicole a lot of pictures and comments on the invoice of everything that wasn't done or done very poorly. It has been 5 days and I have never heard back from Nicole. I ended up doing Gisele's cleaning. It's obvious Gisele is inexperienced and Nicole does not communicate properly. Nicole should have visited my house to go over everything beforehand. She should have returned to see everything that was not completed. As far as everything out of place, I recommended to Nicole that she tell Gisele to take a picture before she moves things so that she can put items back where they belong. Such a horrible experience. I spent 3 hours of my work day showing Gisele tasks that she should have been capable of and I am incredibly disappointed on so many levels.

    DO NOT USE! I cant even begin to explain what a rip-off it…read moreis. My emails to owner never got a response. Called many times but it goes to voicemail. 11/25/25 5:55PM"Hi, I wanted to touch base with you. Nadika and her assistant left around 3pm. She told me that you told her not to touch the dishes in the sink because of mold and insurance issues, which I was frustrated about but said its ok, I understood if there was an insurance issue re: mold. She said she had gloves but didnt have a mask to clean mold. I told her we had masks to which she replied that she was told to leave it alone and you would call me to explain everything because it had to do with insurance. However, my ex boyfriend is working on the plumbing for the house and, unbeknownst to Nadika, was in the room while she was on the phone with you. He told me, after they left, Nadika specifically said that "these people havent cleaned in months" and she "wasn't touching the dishes" or "going near them", among other things. According to him, he thought she was being told that she's here to clean, as is her job, but she was refusing to do it. Now that, I do have an issue with. He told me he was actually planning on coming inside after he finished to talk me about what he overheard Nadika saying and advise us not to have her come back or use whatever company she works for again. Additionally, when Nadika and her assistant first arrived they were told, by my ex boyfriend the plumber, that work was being done with the plumbing and were asked when they needed to use the water. When they needed it, he would turn it on for them, which he did twice. After they left, my Mom said they didnt mop anything. Nadika didnt say anything to me about not being able to mop the rest of the house. I asked him if they had access to water in order to mop. He said yes; he specifically introduced himself, told them what was going on and asked at least 3 different times if they needed to use the water. Hes willing to speak to you directly about what he heard her say and the discussions he had with her about the water; theres no reason for nothing to have been mopped. I was very clear that we needed a deep clean because Im disabled and am recovering from a broken foot and my Mom is 79 with alzheimers. As nice as Nadika was, she couldnt even figure out how to put a fitted sheet on my bed. I had to walk her through it at least twice. Then I had to ask her to tuck in the top sheet at the bottom of the bed; she just grabbed it in a bunch and stuffed it under the corner of the bed. I was so shocked, I was speechless. On top of that, apparently instead of putting the trash bags in the trash bin outside, they left the trash inside our front porch and my ex had to take it out. Theres a clothes hamper just left in the walkway of the laundryroom... a hamper that neither myself nor my Mom can move. I dont know if it has clean or dirty clothes in it.Nadika acknowledged that she understood my Mom has alzheimers and I couldn't get around the house especially the last few weeks; I'm obviously not able to check the job before she left and she knew that. Nadika obviously didnt know the plumber is my ex and apparently she felt free to speak negatively about us and the condition of our home when she didnt think it would get back to us.I appreciate your understanding about my Moms account and still booking for today but we definitely did not get the cleaning we needed or expected, especially for $291.50. My ex is actually planning on cleaning what they didnt when he finishes with the plumbing. My Mom keeps walking into my room and saying how "the house is still a mess, especially the kitchen and floors". Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator were not cleaned. I checked on Kadika through the security camera twice and both times she and/or her assistant were sweeping the area in front of the livingroom couch. She cleaned my bathroom but other than that and a load of laundry Im not sure what they did from 12:15 - 3, especially since they didnt clean the dishes and its a very small house. They didn't even have to clean all the bedrooms, just my Moms.I hope we can find a resolution to this because my Mom is really upset about everything that wasnt done and wants a refund; the more my Mom and ex tell me about what they find wasnt done as they walk through the house, the more upset I am also.     DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS 'BUSINESS'! They ask for your card ahead of time and promise not to…read morebill you until after the cleaning. Well, I booked a 10am cleaning and left the door unlocked. They charged my card before 11am. I came home at 1pm and NO ONE had been to the house. The business owner said her worker confused the time (she didn't think to let me know that)? She said the worker would be there momentarily. So I kept my door unlocked and went back to work. I got home at 7pm (never hearing a word from the business)...and I open to the door to see again...no one came. Only then does the business owner say "sorry my worker went to the hospital." Truly unbelievable. If this was true - you either have no idea about the progress of the jobs you're assigning. Never a word from the owner all day (both times) until I found my home untouched. Remember she also charged the card prior to anyone actually being at my house - so the policy of "not charging card until after cleaning" was also false in this case. Please take your business elsewhere ... if this even is a real business.
