This company completely disrupted my day due to poor management. I had been away from my studio apartment for months, so I specifically scheduled and paid for a deep cleaning before returning home. I even booked an Airbnb so I could relax while the cleaning was being completed and planned my entire day around the agreed arrival time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At the time of the appointment, the owner called to say they were running an hour and a half late with no apology or accountability.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Because the new arrival time conflicted with an appointment I couldn't miss, I had to arrange for my apartment complex to let the cleaners in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They required the cleaners' ID, and it took about 20 minutes for the owner to send it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was then informed that the cleaners were lost, despite the owner previously telling me he knew where my apartment complex was. I ended up sending both the Apple Maps and Google Maps addresses, along with my apartment complex's phone number, to help. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also made it very clear that I would be unavailable during my appointment, yet I came back to multiple missed calls and texts threatening to send the cleaners home if I didn't answer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I want to emphasize that none of this was the cleaners' fault. This was a management problem. It appears appointments were overbooked without realistic scheduling. The apartment was not deep cleaned, and saying it was even fully cleaned would be a generous statement. Several areas were missed, and my refrigerator wasn't cleaned at all... it looked exactly the same as when I left it. To top it off, the price changed. I was told $180 over the phone before service, and charged $190. After tipping 30%, I paid a total of $257 for the cleaning of a studio apartment, and I regret tipping before inspecting the work. If the owner scheduled appointments realistically instead of overbooking, I believe the cleaners would have had enough time to do a quality job. Unfortunately, the poor management overshadowed the entire experience. I can forgive mistakes, but I expect honesty, realistic scheduling, and accountability when things go wrong. They did a half way job, left many areas unclean attempted to clean windows and left them worse than they were before "cleaning" them. When the cleaning crew focuses they do a really good job. The only problem is that they "forget" to do certain areas and are rough on furniture and anything in the path of a vacuum. We used this service for over a year with mixed results. The bad ultimately outweighed the good. We had damage to our home, cabinets, etc. from rough cleaning. Each time there were obvious things missed as well like backsplash and corners of counters and shelves and under beds. I hired Derly's to do a deep clean on a 2 bed 2 bath rental before a showing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wasn't on site to review the work done, so I asked for pictures at completion. One of the pictures I asked for was the bottom of the glass shower door. Derly, the owner contacted me to set up a cleaning. At first everything seemed fine but I am used to good communication and confirmations for cleanings. I told him several times I wanted them to come at 8 AM because it was a deep cleaning and I had to be somewhere by 130. He told me they would be there and there would be two people one of them that spoke English. The day of the cleaning nobody showed up until 840. He said they would be here and they were not. I called him several times he hung up on me and then told me just to be patient And then two women show up and they both don't speak English even though he said that they would. Then he goes to hire two other ladies so now I have a total of four women in my two bedroom house cleaning my place because he's so disorganized and didn't have everybody coming on time. Then they don't even stay for three hours and leave at 11 AM. My complain is not about the cleaning ladies themselves because they did a pretty good job. It's the owner He's incompetent, unorganized and very rude. He was telling me that I wanted a confirmation three times when he never sent me one confirmation never responded to any of my text messages. If you want to work with someone that takes their business seriously and is professional, don't work with him. And now he is calling me from random phone numbers I've had to block three different phone numbers and he continues to blow me up and call me after I posted a rightful bad review. This guy is crazy and continuing to give me a hard time because I posted an honest review that was valid.
