Hired this company to clean after construction of my house then again in preparation for move in of my new tenants. They did a half way job, left many areas unclean attempted to clean windows and left them worse than they were before "cleaning" them. When I asked the owner to address it he was very arrogant and argumentative. When they were "complete" he asked for more than he originally quoted, not a good value at all. I ended up bringing in another cleaner to finish the job. Terrible customer service, bad attitudes from the crew and owner, not great cleaning and the minute they're done you better pay them whatever they decide you owe in cash or else. The absolute worst "cleaning" company do deal with! Save your money! Owner is inconsiderate and disrespectful to customers, arrogant and argumentative in response. Cleaning job was so bad, we have to have it redone. First, needed to track them down to confirm a cleaning scheduled months earlier (no text reply). Finally confirmed and reconfirmed again the date and time the day before the scheduled cleaning. We had to hire someone to let them into our place and needed to coordinate a time. They understood and confirmed the time and then showed up 1.5 hours late!.... with NO call or text to notify us or the person waiting of their delay. When we finally got in touch he was argumentative, took no accountability and was downright rude. Clearly the owner has no clue how to run a business. Try "we are so sorry for mistakes and our lapse in communication and we will be happy to make it up to you with [ie. a discounted cleaning service, an upgrade in service, etc]. He couldn't care less of the reputation he was creating for his company by the terrible first impression he was making with a new customer. The cleaners broke a vase and did a horrible job cleaning. See pics. Our "freshly mopped" floors left our bare feet BLACK with dirt. Can only imagine the hidden dirt in the bathrooms! When the cleaning crew focuses they do a really good job. The only problem is that they "forget" to do certain areas and are rough on furniture and anything in the path of a vacuum. We used this service for over a year with mixed results. The bad ultimately outweighed the good. We had damage to our home, cabinets, etc. from rough cleaning. Each time there were obvious things missed as well like backsplash and corners of counters and shelves and under beds. Bringing up damage to the owner was generally met with suspicion and blame. I hired Derly's to do a deep clean on a 2 bed 2 bath rental before a showing. I wasn't on site to review the work done, so I asked for pictures at completion. One of the pictures I asked for was the bottom of the glass shower door. I explained to Elvis Martinez that I wanted to make sure the hard water stains were taken care of. He sent me photos and videos of the bathroom that intentionally missed the area I was asking about. I spoke to him on 3 separate occasions and I felt like he was being deceptive. Sure enough I arrived on the weekend and the hard water stains were still there. Everywhere else was hit or miss. Some places were cleaned well and others weren't. I was told he sent 2 people who worked 3.5 hours each. I'm not buying it and wouldn't work with them again. As for the hard water stain, I cleaned it myself with some vinegar, water, and dish soap. Derly, the owner contacted me to set up a cleaning. At first everything seemed fine but I am used to good communication and confirmations for cleanings. I told him several times I wanted them to come at 8 AM because it was a deep cleaning and I had to be somewhere by 130. He told me they would be there and there would be two people one of them that spoke English. The day of the cleaning nobody showed up until 840. He said they would be here and they were not. I called him several times he hung up on me and then told me just to be patient And then two women show up and they both don't speak English even though he said that they would. Then he goes to hire two other ladies so now I have a total of four women in my two bedroom house cleaning my place because he's so disorganized and didn't have everybody coming on time. Then they don't even stay for three hours and leave at 11 AM. My complain is not about the cleaning ladies themselves because they did a pretty good job. It's the owner He's incompetent, unorganized and very rude. He was telling me that I wanted a confirmation three times when he never sent me one confirmation never responded to any of my text messages. If you want to work with someone that takes their business seriously and is professional, don't work with him. And now he is calling me from random phone numbers I've had to block three different phone numbers and he continues to blow me up and call me after I posted a rightful bad review. This guy is crazy and continuing to give me a hard time because I posted an honest review that was valid. Please be very careful and stay very far away from people like this they are unpredictable and not meant to be business owners. read more

TL;DR: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! It was easy to make a booking on Thumbtack, but that was the only easy thing about using this company. After booking, I called to confirm the price and because I wanted a deep/post-construction cleaning, the estimate on Thumbtack was very off the quoted price on the phone. I was told 3 cleaners would come and spend 3-3.5 hours cleaning. I had dust everywhere, so I asked for the walls, blinds, and interior windows to be cleaned even though I knew it would cost more. The night before the cleaning, the owner called and asked if the cleaners could come 2.5-3 hours after the scheduled time, which worked out. The morning of the cleaning, he called at 8 AM to say the cleaners either had to come at 9 AM or he would send them to another job and they wouldn't come to me until noon. I was put on the spot and had to accept the earlier time. Only two cleaners showed up. My husband went around noon to check things out and it was still so dusty. They stated that they did not know it was a deep/post construction cleaning so they didn't bring supplies to clean the walls and blinds. They did clean the blinds (barely) but the walls are full of dust, and now I'll have to hire another cleaning crew to clean the walls and everything else a second time. Then, the two women left after 3.5 hours to go to another job. I called the owner and said this wasn't what we agreed to and I'm not paying the full amount. He claimed they never clean walls (even though the cleaner said she could have if she had brought the big duster), and tried to offer me $50 off. He was obnoxious and rude.
