I was quoted one price and owner called while staff was here and stated it would be more. I told him when we spoke it would be a lot of cleaning. Did not receive the cleaning I was quoted for. He advised inside windows would be done along with inside fridge and oven also baseboards upon first speaking with him. I also told him it was the main area of the house, one bathroom and kitchen. No bedrooms. Staff had to come back and do oven and fridge. Windows and baseboards never done. Cabinets were not wiped down and dusting was with a swifter duster. Nothing was moved to clean under. It was expensive and I feel like the job is incomplete. read more

This company completely disrupted my day due to poor management. I had been away from my studio apartment for months, so I specifically scheduled and paid for a deep cleaning before returning home. I even booked an Airbnb so I could relax while the cleaning was being completed and planned my entire day around the agreed arrival time. At the time of the appointment, the owner called to say they were running an hour and a half late with no apology or accountability. Because the new arrival time conflicted with an appointment I couldn't miss, I had to arrange for my apartment complex to let the cleaners in. They required the cleaners' ID, and it took about 20 minutes for the owner to send it. I was then informed that the cleaners were lost, despite the owner previously telling me he knew where my apartment complex was. I ended up sending both the Apple Maps and Google Maps addresses, along with my apartment complex's phone number, to help. I also made it very clear that I would be unavailable during my appointment, yet I came back to multiple missed calls and texts threatening to send the cleaners home if I didn't answer. I want to emphasize that none of this was the cleaners' fault. This was a management problem. It appears appointments were overbooked without realistic scheduling. The apartment was not deep cleaned, and saying it was even fully cleaned would be a generous statement. Several areas were missed, and my refrigerator wasn't cleaned at all... it looked exactly the same as when I left it. To top it off, the price changed. I was told $180 over the phone before service, and charged $190. After tipping 30%, I paid a total of $257 for the cleaning of a studio apartment, and I regret tipping before inspecting the work. If the owner scheduled appointments realistically instead of overbooking, I believe the cleaners would have had enough time to do a quality job. Unfortunately, the poor management overshadowed the entire experience. I can forgive mistakes, but I expect honesty, realistic scheduling, and accountability when things go wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't experience any of those here. read more

I have been using this cleaning company for years and have generally appreciated the flexibility they offered. However, my most recent experience was enough for me to stop using their services. I have consistently received the same type of cleaning service over the years, yet this time the owner attempted to charge me an additional $75 for what I have always been provided in the past. When I questioned the charge, he claimed that deep cleaning had never been included before, despite my previous experiences and records showing otherwise. This is not the first issue I've had with management. There was also a previous occasion when the owner told me he would send cleaners and then failed to do so. The service has been very inconsistent, and communication is often unreliable. What was most disappointing was the way I was treated when I raised concerns. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner became hostile, used abusive language, and told me to "go f*** myself." After years of being a loyal customer, I expected honesty, consistency, and respect. While some of the cleaning staff have done excellent work, the owner's behavior and lack of regard for customer relationships have completely changed my opinion of this company. I can no longer recommend their services. read more

Hired this company to clean after construction of my house then again in preparation for move in of my new tenants. They did a half way job, left many areas unclean attempted to clean windows and left them worse than they were before "cleaning" them. When I asked the owner to address it he was very arrogant and argumentative. When they were "complete" he asked for more than he originally quoted, not a good value at all. I ended up bringing in another cleaner to finish the job. Terrible customer service, bad attitudes from the crew and owner, not great cleaning and the minute they're done you better pay them whatever they decide you owe in cash or else. Terrible experience. read more

I've worked with Derly for nearly four years, and he runs an excellent cleaning company. I will say that in all my dealings with him, he goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. I had one scenario where his crew accidentally missed a room; he sent them to my house first thing the next morning. Not many cleaning companies will go above and beyond like this to ensure the customer is happy. read more

The absolute worst "cleaning" company do deal with! Save your money! Owner is inconsiderate and disrespectful to customers, arrogant and argumentative in response. Cleaning job was so bad, we have to have it redone. First, needed to track them down to confirm a cleaning scheduled months earlier (no text reply). Finally confirmed and reconfirmed again the date and time the day before the scheduled cleaning. We had to hire someone to let them into our place and needed to coordinate a time. They understood and confirmed the time and then showed up 1.5 hours late!.... with NO call or text to notify us or the person waiting of their delay. When we finally got in touch he was argumentative, took no accountability and was downright rude. Clearly the owner has no clue how to run a business. Try "we are so sorry for mistakes and our lapse in communication and we will be happy to make it up to you with [ie. a discounted cleaning service, an upgrade in service, etc]. He couldn't care less of the reputation he was creating for his company by the terrible first impression he was making with a new customer. The cleaners broke a vase and did a horrible job cleaning. See pics. Our "freshly mopped" floors left our bare feet BLACK with dirt. Can only imagine the hidden dirt in the bathrooms! We now have to hire a reputable, thorough and accountable cleaning service to redo it. We will never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone. read more

When the cleaning crew focuses they do a really good job. The only problem is that they "forget" to do certain areas and are rough on furniture and anything in the path of a vacuum. We used this service for over a year with mixed results. The bad ultimately outweighed the good. We had damage to our home, cabinets, etc. from rough cleaning. Each time there were obvious things missed as well like backsplash and corners of counters and shelves and under beds. Bringing up damage to the owner was generally met with suspicion and blame. Buyer beware. read more

Rita G. We have been using Derly's Cleaning Services for about a year for our Boynton Beach home. It has been a pleasure dealing with this business. Great cleaning service! They were quick and very communicative. Will definitely use them again. :)

Showed up 1 1/2 hrs late. Quoted 150.00 on Thumbtack for 3 bedrooms 3 baths. Told them it was just downstairs. Living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio and a half bath. Did not revise the quote. Didn't speak any English. Had no clue how to clean. Started on the floors before cleaning anything else. Anybody that has ever cleaned their own home or someone else's home knows floors are last. We requested they do the patio first since we had guests coming for a funeral service. Ignored. When their anger issues started they were asked to leave. read more

I put an inquiry in online, expecting to be able to follow up and schedule on Monday, and was immediately bombarded/harassed. They never even left a voicemail, just continued to blow my phone up. I hired Derly's to do a deep clean on a 2 bed 2 bath rental before a showing. I wasn't on site to review the work done, so I asked for pictures at completion. One of the pictures I asked for was the bottom of the glass shower door. I explained to Elvis Martinez that I wanted to make sure the hard water stains were taken care of. He sent me photos and videos of the bathroom that intentionally missed the area I was asking about. I spoke to him on 3 separate occasions and I felt like he was being deceptive. Sure enough I arrived on the weekend and the hard water stains were still there. Everywhere else was hit or miss. Some places were cleaned well and others weren't. I was told he sent 2 people who worked 3.5 hours each. I'm not buying it and wouldn't work with them again. As for the hard water stain, I cleaned it myself with some vinegar, water, and dish soap. Attached are the before and after photos. read more

Derly, the owner contacted me to set up a cleaning. At first everything seemed fine but I am used to good communication and confirmations for cleanings. I told him several times I wanted them to come at 8 AM because it was a deep cleaning and I had to be somewhere by 130. He told me they would be there and there would be two people one of them that spoke English. The day of the cleaning nobody showed up until 840. He said they would be here and they were not. I called him several times he hung up on me and then told me just to be patient And then two women show up and they both don't speak English even though he said that they would. Then he goes to hire two other ladies so now I have a total of four women in my two bedroom house cleaning my place because he's so disorganized and didn't have everybody coming on time. Then they don't even stay for three hours and leave at 11 AM. My complain is not about the cleaning ladies themselves because they did a pretty good job. It's the owner He's incompetent, unorganized and very rude. He was telling me that I wanted a confirmation three times when he never sent me one confirmation never responded to any of my text messages. If you want to work with someone that takes their business seriously and is professional, don't work with him. And now he is calling me from random phone numbers I've had to block three different phone numbers and he continues to blow me up and call me after I posted a rightful bad review. This guy is crazy and continuing to give me a hard time because I posted an honest review that was valid. Please be very careful and stay very far away from people like this they are unpredictable and not meant to be business owners. read more

Scheduled an appointment, They never showed nor called. Wouldn't answer the phone. Completely unreliable.

I had initially booked them through thumbtack. He asked me to cancel and reschedule for earlier in the day, not through thumbtack.
