He could have easily kept the car all day for all we knew, but he charged us for the 30 minutes and called it a day. He' even drove my husband to work one morning when my husband went and had to tow it unexpectedly before work. I called a few shops in Mendocino, and West Coast gave me the lowest price quote (much less than I would've paid in the city). Mike was friendly and patient with my questions on the phone. (They required me to put down a small deposit for them to order the part, which seems reasonable.) They got the repair done in less time than they estimated, and the final cost was lower than the estimate they gave me, because they wound up only needing to replace part of the control arm. I appreciated Mike's honesty, and the fact that he didn't waste resources by replacing the piece that was still good. Mike and his crew do good work. I'd definitely come here again.
