Dom was extremely flexible when we had to reschedule due to our contractors mismanagement of completion dates. We just had Dom do a second installation of a stairs runner and once again, had no problems with them doing it when we weren't home. Totally trustworthy, great service and competitive pricing.

So I went to the hardware store and got an off-the-shelf carpet cleaner for $7.99. The stain came out. Later, they contacted me about payment, but never asked if I was happy with the service. I paid, and informed the owner that I had some feedback to share that could be useful, if they wanted to improve. I received a curt note from the "co-founder" that made it clear that she had zero interest in knowing anything about the situation, or how her customer felt about it. She simply wrote: "Thank you. I will keep that in mind the next time." Your experience may vary, but you may want to try the $7.99 off-the-shelf approach before you spent hundreds of dollars with Catamount. I wish I had.
