He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. I saw the other reviews and was a little wary, but I got through to customer service right away (this was around 9:30 on a weekday) and she dispatched a car promptly, and dispatcher was very polite and efficient. I got a text with a tracker so that I could see when my car arrived. When the car arrived, I was impressed with the safety measures. The backseat was clean. There was a plexiglass barrier between the driver and the back, but my driver still wore a mask. My driver, Rick, was very pleasant. I usually make small talk with drivers but tend to feel awkward in doing so, but our conversation was actually very enjoyable. He drove safely and took the normal route. The fare wasn't much more than it would've been with other rideshare services. My expectations were exceeded, and I was especially grateful because this Suburban Taxi came through in a pinch when other services were unavailable, and they made me feel very safe in a time when taking a taxi can be nerve-wracking. I can't speak for others' experience, but mine was positive.
