This review is for the following team, Ali, Arman, Aga and Dauren from Dependable Movers. To begin with the guys arrived completely on time and had ample space with two vans and all the equipment needed for the job. They were so careful to lay down the appropriate material to cover and protect the floor and stairs throughout the property. To begin with they got to work with maximum efficiency and had boxes being hauled down a flight of stairs into the van at record speed, they were polite and friendly and didn't make us feel like we were in the way. They brought with them boxes, tools and all the protective gear required. Every item that was in our house was carefully and meticulous wrapped up in different appropriate materials that meant nothing was scratched including the walls and nothing would damage in transit. The team worked like a machine, one person per room handling their own space and being sure to move quickly. When the van was packed up they were able to head to our storage locker and load up another van with additional items. They are clearly very experienced on one occasion they had to manoeuvre a sofa through an elevator and did so with ease if I did this myself with my partner we would have been stuck and wouldn't have been able to complete the job. After this visit they headed to the final destination our new home and again, same meticulous rigour of laying down flooring for protecting the space, and unwrapping boxes and putting together complex furniture in record speed. The team were so nice throughout and didn't complain once about all the stairs. When they were bringing in new items they asked after each one where they would like for it to go and moved it there saving us so much time. They put together the beds and sofas really quickly and everything was so nicely wrapped up and protected. As well as this they were also able to take away the boxes as we were unpacking again this saves so much time and money. I honestly don't know how we would have done this without working with the team. Ali who led the group was a fantastic leader, he communicated throughout and let us know how far along we were at each stage for example, "were 50% of the way through Truck 2" this should take an additional X amount of time. This gave us a sense of how we can plan the rest of our day and what we needed to help with or make sure was done whilst they were still here. Another nice thing about this team is that they were very gentle with all the items, no issues whatsoever. read more

Recently, I had Dependable Movers handle a substantial 10-hour move from Concord to Orinda and then to Oakland, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. Heading up the entire operation was Ali, the team leader. His expertise was crystal clear from the get-go, managing the move with a perfect mix of precision and efficiency. What really stood out was Ali's foresight in foreseeing and dealing with potential issues, coupled with his leadership skills in guiding his team with clarity and respect, ensuring a seamless process. Tohtar was a packing maestro, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure each item, especially the fragile ones, was securely packed, reducing the risk of damage during the lengthy move. Buyan was the powerhouse, handling heavy furniture with finesse. His ability to navigate bulky items through tricky spaces without a scratch was truly impressive, and his dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in how he treated each item, regardless of size. Alis showcased his logistic prowess by organizing the loading sequence, ensuring optimal item placement for protection and efficient unloading at Orinda and Oakland. His strategic planning was key to the smooth execution of this complex move. Dima played a crucial role in packing and inventory management, cataloging with meticulous precision to ensure nothing was misplaced or forgotten during the transit from Concord through Orinda to Oakland. Dima's thoroughness spoke volumes about his professional dedication. Lastly, Rza, the team's technician, expertly disassembled and reassembled complex furniture. His attention to detail guaranteed that every component was accounted for during the move, and his technical expertise played a vital role in the safe transport and reinstallation of our furniture. Under Ali's capable leadership and alongside his team - Tohtar, Buyan, Alis, Dima, and Rza - Dependable Movers not only met but surpassed my expectations for a moving service. Their teamwork, skill, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful day-long move into an impressively smooth and hassle-free experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Dependable Movers to anyone in search of a moving service that excels in efficiency, care, and expertise. They go beyond just moving your belongings; they deliver peace of mind - a rare and invaluable gift in today's fast-paced world. read more

Exceptional Moving Experience with Dependable Movers From the very first phone call to the final piece of furniture being placed in our new home, Dependable Movers demonstrated why they're the gold standard in the moving industry. Their commitment to transparency and professional service set them apart from every other moving company I've worked with. What immediately struck me was their innovative approach to pricing transparency. Unlike previous moves where costs felt ambiguous, Dependable Movers provided crystal-clear pricing at every step. Their digital tracking system, complete with a user-friendly app, eliminated any concerns about hidden fees or unexpected charges. Each break and the lunch period were meticulously recorded, and I appreciated being asked to verify start and stop times through digital signatures. The moving team of AJ, Sergey, and Atay was nothing short of exceptional. They arrived punctually, calling 20 minutes ahead to give us time to prepare. AJ, in particular, stood out with his thorough explanation of their process and pricing structure. The entire team worked with impressive efficiency while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and protected, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring our belongings arrived in perfect condition. What truly sets this team apart is their ability to transform what is typically a stressful life event into a smooth, worry-free experience. They maintained a perfect balance of speed and carefulness, working at an impressive pace while treating our possessions with the utmost respect. Their systematic approach to packing and moving meant that nothing was left to chance. Moving can be one of life's most stressful experiences, but this team turned it into a masterclass in professional service. Their combination of transparency, efficiency, and genuine care for customer satisfaction makes them stand out in an industry where these qualities are often hard to find. Special thanks to AJ, Sergey, and Atay for their outstanding work. They've not only exceeded our expectations but have also redefined what we should expect from a moving service. For anyone planning a move, I cannot recommend Dependable Movers highly enough. They truly live up to their name and then some. read more

We recently bought our first home and were caught in a time crunch where we wanted to move as quickly as possible to avoid paying rent longer than necessary. Dependable Movers to the rescue! They were great to work with, from scheduling all the way through the move itself. First of all, they were very easy to schedule with, and their pricing and fees are very transparent. They were also really flexible in letting us take video on our own time for an estimate instead of insisting on a scheduled in person or virtual estimate call. This was the first time we ever had movers do packing too, and this was an absolute lifesaver - there is no way we could have moved on the timeline we did without their help. The crew of movers was incredibly efficient, professional, and just plain nice. Moving is stressful, and it really helps to have movers that are friendly as well hardworking. Yelaman managed the group, and he was awesome - he was a great point person and was really effective at quickly understanding what we wanted and making it happen. Massive shout out to the other guys as well, Buyan, Dauka, Sam, and Alex were all great. Yelaman was really helpful when we wanted to add another crew member day of for extra speed. With Dependable Movers we felt really comfortable standing back and letting the crew make it happen. Everyone worked incredibly diligently. Not a single thing was damaged in any way, and everything got to exactly where it was supposed to. I also appreciated the care that they showed to the home - they laid down floor protectors and I saw how much care they took not to hit any walls (no small feat when moving bulky furniture in narrow stairwells!). They were also really speedy when it came to disassembling and assembling furniture, something that would have taken us an hour plus was done in minutes. We have moved a lot within the city, and even though this was our biggest move yet it was the smoothest, lowest stress move we've ever done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dependable Movers if you want your move to be efficient and skillful, and your movers to be friendly and trustworthy. read more

I recently hired Dependable Movers for my move, and I couldn't be more impressed with the team: Ben, Isaac, Dima, and Bula. Despite facing torrential rain throughout the day, they delivered exceptional service, and I'm so grateful for their hard work and dedication. From the very beginning, it was clear that this team was experienced and well-organized. Even though the rain was relentless, they arrived on time and immediately got to work. They took extra precautions to ensure that all my belongings were properly wrapped and protected from the wet conditions. Ben and Isaac, as the team leads, coordinated the process seamlessly while Dima and Bula were incredibly efficient in handling the smaller and more delicate items. The rain made the job challenging, but they didn't let it slow them down. They worked non-stop, moving everything quickly and carefully from my old place to the new one. There was no hesitation when it came to getting things done, even when it meant navigating slippery stairs or hauling heavy furniture through a downpour. Despite the mud and water, they managed to keep everything clean, wiping their feet before entering and ensuring that no water got into my home. One thing that really stood out was their teamwork. They communicated flawlessly throughout the entire process, which made the move feel effortless despite the weather. They were all polite, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the placement of my furniture. Even with the rain, there was no damage to any of my items--everything arrived in the same condition it left. The team's professionalism and attention to detail were beyond impressive. I highly recommend Ben, Isaac, Dima, and Bula from Dependable Movers. They proved that no weather can get in the way of delivering top-notch service. If you're looking for a moving company that you can trust, rain or shine, these guys are the real deal! read more

HIRE DEPENDABLE MOVERS! Do not hesitate. They truly are dependable, from beginning to end! I requested a quote and instantly received a call back within 24 hours. They did a virtual tour of our home, getting an itemized list of all our items -- and highlighted extra heavy items like a firesafe and toolbox. Received a quote within 2 hours of the virtual tour and confirmed the move that day. Worked with Max and he was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Top notch customer service and made him aware that I was pregnant and my husband was disabled. Max put me at ease by assuring me that everything will be smooth! Moving day-- received reminders and updates via text. Moving is already stressful enough so it was nice to get timely updates since we were between houses, doing small loads. Sergey, Sergey, Andrew, Jorge, and Liam arrived and you can tell that this is their operation of business when you see them quickly unload their truck with moving blankets, shrink wrap, and packing tape. These guys were ready to work -- no bullsh*t. They worked non-stop, strategizing on every piece of furniture and box. Even the fragile items were handled with utmost care. Not to mention, I didn't hear them complain at all--not one time--even though it was 100 degrees out, in the middle of July! The team did an amazing job! My husband and I know that Dependable Movers is top notch service and we couldn't be more thrilled with how it all went. They were so gracious, professional, and fast! Extremely hard working team that communicated well and always kept me & my husband up to speed on everything they were doing. Truly a great experience and would recommend Dependable Movers for every move! They are responsive, insured, bonded, and affordable! Book with them now. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MAX, SERGEY, SERGEY, ANDREW, JORGE, and LIAM!! We are so grateful and appreciative for all of your help with your move. read more

"MOVING PERFECTION! Best crew ever!" I've moved a few times before, but nothing compares to the experience I had with Dependable Movers, led by the extraordinary Isaac and his teammate Adaham. From the moment they arrived, it was clear I was in the hands of true professionals. They showed up early, ready to tackle the day, and somehow managed to finish the entire job TWO HOURS ahead of the estimated time--without cutting a single corner. Talk about efficiency and mastery of their craft! These two were an absolute powerhouse team: organized, detail-oriented, and unbelievably careful with every single item. It was almost like watching a choreographed performance--every move they made was purposeful and smooth. Not a single thing was scratched, dented, or misplaced. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, and it's rare to find that level of care in this industry. On top of their incredible work ethic, Isaac and Adaham were genuinely kind, respectful, and stress-meltingly calm. Moving can be such a nerve-wracking process, but they made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable! Their communication was flawless, and they were happy to accommodate any special requests I had with a smile. Big shoutout to the office staff as well for their stellar coordination and clear communication. It's so refreshing to work with a company where every person you interact with is on the same page and genuinely cares about your satisfaction. If you're looking for a moving company that's fast, professional, and handles your belongings like priceless treasures, Dependable Movers is IT. I can't thank Isaac, Adaham, and the whole team enough for making this move seamless and, dare I say it, enjoyable! I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Trust me--don't even bother looking elsewhere. Just call Dependable Movers and ask for Isaac and Adaham. You won't regret it! read more

Dependable Movers has moved us before. Because of their outstanding service we selected them again for another household move. First Sasha in the front office was very attentive, helpful, precise, always updating in the move to the final day- that day was today when the crew arrived at 8:42am with a 26 ft'er with a van back up. Yelaman, Buyan , Aidos , Bulat  we're artist in maneuvering the boxes, tubs heavy furniture- lots of stairs. Yelaman was the team  leader. This was the "A" team. They were.  Clear Communicators, worked in Harmony with eagerness and care.  Watching them made me tiredOur move involved a second stop at the storage unit an amount of boxes, tubs furniture equal to what the already loaded earlier. Masters of physics and finding every knock and cranny to fit everything in. The van was for overflow. All during the day this A team, lead by Yelaman were always positive positive. This was a tough move with a 3 hour trip to destination and then unloading and heading back to headquarters. We trusted them, felt we were in professional caring hands that only want the experience to be positive. Yes I will recommend them . You must get a quote. Finally, they are cost efficient. Believe me this "A" of Yelaman, Buyan , Aidos , Bulat  are the best!Post review: the "A"team arrived at the 3 hour drive destination. Still very positive and cheerful. They unloaded the 26footer quickly as instructed with all boxes/tubs/bookcases in the garage. Knowing this team was working for over12 hours in the move, we said only some furniture needed to go upstairs, but not the two "towers" that were cumbersome, but they did and were so very very careful in haul them upstairs . Then the 300 lb armoire and they all fit where thought they wouldn't. These guys are supermen. They never gave up! A 14 hour day of moving! The best "A" team Dependable Movers! read more

I am so happy we found this moving company, they deserve 10 stars. No doubt about it that moving is a stressful and exhausting experience, but this company made it SO MUCH BETTER! From the very beginning stages of information gathering to the actual move, this company went above and beyond to make the process easier and less stressful. You will not meet a more knowledgeable, dedicated, hard-working, kind group of people anywhere. Max and Dan were the men doing the heavy lifting on moving day. They not only arrived on time, but called ahead to let us know their arrival time to make sure we were ready. Max and his team took excellent care of our belongings. They shrink wrapped all soft cloth covered items and furniture like headboard, mattress, and ottoman, while wood furniture was covered with blankets and every item was securely taped for protection for the move. This was not an easy job, the pickup location was a 2nd floor apartment in a 100 yr old Victorian with steep steps. To add to the challenge of the day, it rained. That made it necessary for the movers to use more caution carrying the heavy pieces of furniture down the exterior flight of stairs. Max and Dan were PROS tackling this job with skill, paying attention to detail, and finishing it one hour earlier than the quote. That saved us a lot of money! Special shout out to Lonie, the agent we worked with to book our move. We had so many questions, and had to tweak the moving date and furniture inventory list a few times. Lonie patiently handled all our needs and inquires to our satisfaction. We are customers of DEPENDABLE MOVERS SAN FRANCISCO for LIFE and plan to refer all our friends and family to this outstanding company. read more

We had a fantastic experience with Dependable Movers. Firstly, they were quick to answer the phone when I initially booked which kinda helped me feel good about doing business with them. I was nervous looking for movers so this was important to me. Once all was booked the communication was heavy, in a good way. I really didn't have to worry about if they'd arrive on time or not. They give you a decent 2-hour window for time for arrival and they showed up on the earlier side. They also give you a link to track the truck location so you have full confidence during the entire process of where they are headed. AJ, Mubin, and Aziz were my movers and I LOVED THEM!!!! They were hella cute, very efficient, and very kind. It was like instantly I could tell they were trustworthy, and they clearly have done this before. Passerby's made comments on the sidewalk about how strong they must be. They wear protective gear so it looks like they take good care of their health!! They worked with us and made sure all the boxes and furniture made it to the right spots when they delivered everything. They also took the time to wrap up our furniture to prevent any damage. These guys really knew how to take care of us. They managed to move our 2bd2ba over 50miles! When they say they serve the Bay, they mean ALL of it!! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. They practically made me forget the pains of moving, it was definitely worth the cost. Have to thank AJ, Mubin, and Aziz again because they were the A-team!!! read more

We recently completed a big 3-day move from one city to another in the Bay Area and I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided by Dependable Movers. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, punctual, and organized. They delivered exactly what they committed to-on time and without any hassle. The Crew Leader - Zhalgas And his team - Serezha, Salim, Daulet, Eliseo, Ibraim, Dzambo, Nikita Kachok, Aziz worked incredibly hard throughout the entire move. Despite the long hours and large volume of items, they remained courteous, and focused. It was clear they were experienced and worked seamlessly as a team, which made the entire process smooth. We had opted for their white glove service, which included packing and unpacking and removal of boxes and trash and I highly recommend this option. One aspect that really stood out was the excellent communication. Each morning, Zhalgas took time to review the day's plan with us, and at the end of each day, they walked us through what had been completed and what to expect next. They also removed the furniture we no longer needed, saving us the hassle of having to figure out disposal on our own. It made the transition to our new space easier. They also went above and beyond to accommodate all of our specific requests, showing flexibility every step of the way. It's rare to find such service these days. I would highly recommend Dependable Movers to anyone planning a move. Their professionalism and work ethic truly set them apart. read more

I have never used professional movers before and was very nervous but Mike took so much time explaining everything to me and really set my mind at ease. I think I called every day until the movers arrived to make sure they would come hahaha... Everyone I spoke to had a good laugh with me and put me at ease. When Max and Dan showed up at 8:59am to move the insane amount of furniture out of our third floor, tiny apartment, I could have kissed them. These two men BUSTED THEIR BUTTS for seven hours straight with only one quick coffee break and never complained once about the million stairs. I kept having to beg them to drink water. I don't think they even used the bathroom the entire time. They are machines! When I saw this duo get my huge couch out of the apartment, down my stairwell, and around 3 narrow turns without taking it apart, I was sold! These guys are insanely professional and they are amazing at what they do! They got everything into the truck and over to our new 3 bedroom and put everything where I wanted. I am the most indecisive person, but they were so patient with me and even helped offer practical solutions. Miraculously, they finished the job in just under 7 hours so my cost was as estimated (be sure to update your inventory if you get a low quote because they will update the estimate for you so you won't get a big surprise at the end). Thank you Dan and Max for making an otherwise stressful situation pass with ease and laughter. I enjoyed our chats amidst the chaos! read more
