Jeannie and Doug are one of the best plumbing companies I've EVER worked with. Almost 3 years ago…read morethey fixed a major ongoing problem we kept having at my families ranch. No matter what happened we continued to burst water lines, main valves, and in some cases would loose water to one side of the property all together! This kept happening for years... after using several companies to put bandaids on the real problem, Jeannie and Doug came to our rescue. They even followed up and came out to the property about 7-10 days after the repair and even helped us work with Rancho Water District on our main feed for a pressure issue. Thank you both for being honest and awesome, you'll never know how much of an impact you made on making our day to day lives easier with something we rely on so much - WATER!!!

I found out the day we were suppose to be at the house we didn't have a working toilet. We were not due to arrive until 2am. I contacted them the day we were to arrive and asked them if they could install the toilets I had purchased. On their way to our house someone ran into their truck! Their truck was towed and they got a lift to their shop to pick up another truck. Instead of them cancelling on us, they came to our rescue. Even after a tramatic accident of them getting hit, they made a point to be at our house to get the toilets operational for us. No excuses, just pure dedication! We were having quartz countertops installed the following day and needed them to install the faucets. At a moments notice the countertop guys had to turn off all the water because the utility sink valve would not shut off. Jeannie and Doug came right over to the house changing out the valve and making sure all was working for us. The following day they came back out to the house and installed all the faucets as well as all new hoses and valves and did another check to make sure all was working. We can't thank them enough for their dedication, hard work, honesty and friendly service. We will ONLY have Jeannie & Doug doing our plumbing from here on out!!!
