I have nothing but great things to say about Josh's Plumbing. In the past 8 months they've upgraded my drip system plumbing hardware and found and repaired a major underground leak ( under a foot of mud in my my water meter box) which is now saving me and the town over 100 gallons a day ! Benjamin did the work, he's a pro and really knows his business. Highly recommended. read more

Our water heater started leaking and I looked for quotes for replacement. After buying the water heater from a big box store, I made an appointment with Josh for installation: he showed up on time and got the quote over quickly. At half the price of one from that big box store. On the day of the install, they called ahead to let me know the exact time they would arrive. Once onsite, they removed the old heater and installed the new one. The parts used were top quality (I used to sell plumbing parts) and after a couple of hours we had hot water again. From my initial call to the office to final clean up at the jobsite the personnel at Josh's Plumbing were a pleasure to deal with. I now have a plumber that I recommend to friends and neighbors. read more

Josh's Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me

Highly recommend Josh's Plumbing for any and all plumbing problems. We have been using Josh's Plumbing for a few years. They are always responsive and professional. Our kitchen faucet broke and we waited the 3 days for Josh's rather then call someone else. They have always shown up on time and are knowable. We had a faucet handle come off in the bathroom. Isaac was able to fix it with tweezers and only charged for the service call. read more

We had scheduled work to be done, the office manager asked us to sign the contract so the work could be done the following day as agreed to. Josh told us, in person, he would provide a first responders discount of 10% off the entire job which was not reflected in the contract so I asked for an updated quote, the office manager, Marnie told me it is only on labor. Confirmed twice with Josh it was the entire job. They then cancelled the job saying it was due to a manpower issue. Sad they don't want our business we really liked what Josh had to say. You should stand by what you said you were going to do. read more

Again, Josh's Plumbing went above and beyond! After getting our water heater changed out, the pump housing split right in half! Josh ordered the new pump, and it typically took 2 days, but for some reason was going to take up to 6 days. I asked Josh, "Do you think some Flex Seal tape would hold it together for a little while?" "It's worth a shot!" It held 3 days, and the pump arrived and was installed the very next day. Josh also found that the plumbing pipes were too small for the pump he had gotten us. He replaced them at no extra charge to us. Stellar company! Would whole-heartedly recommend Josh's Plumbing for any and all plumbing issues you may have! read more

Josh and his crew were on time, professional fast and affordable. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Josh's crew installed a new water softener that I had purchased to replace an old unit. They installed bypass valves and rerouted the drainage to the laundry room. Everything went very well. Provided a quote at a fair price, stuck to the quote, showed up at the designated day and time, and completed the work in good order. I'm very pleased with their work. read more

Josh came out to tell me what it would cost to install washer/dryer due to the location of plumbing. Said he would have his "Mother" who was office assistant call and set up. Never heard back. Tried calling and leaving several messages. Same thing ... CRICKETS. Very unreliable. read more

5 ***** review from me: from the mother's competence and gentle politeness on the phones, to the two brothers who work so well together on removing my garbage disposal and reverse osmosis system competently also affordably. Many thanks. read more

Outstanding company and employees! They were recommended to me by another company and he was right! Very responsive and courteous! They installed a instant hot water device under our kitchen sink. Quality appearance & very good job, when finished! The price was quoted ahead of the installation and it was right on! It was obvious from the start that they knew what they were doing! Answered every question & concerns that I had. Highly recommend them!! Thanks for being an honest company!!! read more

We called Josh's Plumbing at 4 pm to see if they could fix a leak in our hot water pipe in our crawl space. Isaac came out at 9:45 a.m. the next day. He fixed the leak in 15 minutes flat. Very nice person. Charged us only for the service call. This company came recommended by friends. Don't hesitate to call them! read more

Ran into Josh at Ace Hardware. Started talking to him about a situation that has already been turned down by other plumbers in the area. Josh told me "I'm a real plumber." Which put an instant smile on my face. When they showed up on time. The workers began to access our situation and told us they could fix it. 1 hour later they were done! Awesome work, fair price, way cheaper then the rest for the same work other plumbers wanted to charge. I highly recommend Josh's Plumbing. read more

Josh or his assistant has been out to my house twice in the last 3 years. Once to install a house well water filter and another to check on a clogged faucet. After they had completed their work both times, I was impressed when they asked--in so many words-- if there is anything else in the house that needs to be looked at. I said yes and twice they fixed the minor things at no extra charge. Thank you! read more

We have used Josh's Plumbing three times in the last month. Prior to using Josh's Plumbing, we had over the years used other plumbers with marginal success --including several recommended online or by neighbors. Josh was recently recommended by a neighbor when we needed to replace water heaters. Josh visited us the same day, explained our options and gave estimates for all of them. His estimates were significantly less than other plumbers. The work was done quickly and with little inconvenience. Everything was explained to us about the new installation and the work area left spotless. The next occasion soon thereafter was a constantly running toilet. Josh again promptly made himself available and fixed the problem. Then a plumbing crisis occurred. A badly leaking service (sewer) line on a nearby vacant lot. Since the issue could have been caused by any of the homeowners whose lines ran in the sewer easement and an immediate fix was needed, Josh came quickly to evaluate the problem. It was our line. Josh evaluated the needed fix and, as the repair proved extensive, continuously communicated the problems encountered and the repairs needed. The cost, including equipment rental, was reasonable and appropriate. This is an honest and most competent professional plumber and we recommend Josh without hesitation. read more

Just used Josh's Plumbing again. This is the third time we have used Josh's and couldn't be happier. They are reasonably priced, professional, they don't try to up-sell you, just give you the facts and go to work. Really pleased with them. I highly recommend them. read more

Josh is a reliable, honest, and a talented plumber. we live in Bensch Ranch near Mayer and had a difficult time getting someone to come out for a simple job of installing a garbage disposal. Josh did not hesitate. He showed up at the appointed time ready to work. He made us feel so comfortable that we immediately hired him to install a tankless water heater and a soft water system. His price was very fair and his time estimate was spot on. He also came out on an emergency call without hesitation when an outdoor pipe starts leaking. We highly recommend Josh. He will certainly be our plumber for life. read more

Called Josh after another plumber told us they couldn't help us. We are moving to the area and needed a plumbing check as part of our inspections. Josh went out there the same day and told us exactly what was needed. Very prompt, professional, and helpful. We will definitely use him to do the work we want done when we get moved. Thank you Josh. You were awesome. Update. Josh has now done more work for us since we moved into our house. He installed a water softener, connected the water line for our frig, fix the shower head in the master bath, and fixed the connections for our washer. He is a very conscientious, polite, and a great plumber. Glad we found him. He keeps our 5-star rating. He has also started doing work at my moms place and she too give him praise. read more

If I could leave less stars I would. Josh was quick to respond, came out to the house, gave a verbal estimate and date to do the job. He said he'd send a confirmation email with all the info within a couple of hours. The next day when I still hadn't received anything I called the office number, a message was taken and then wait.... this went on for almost a week. When I finally received an estimate(6 days later) it was as vague as vague could be. I sent an email to clarify. Two days later, just a couple of days prior to the "verbal" agreed on date to do the work, I received another email saying that he couldn't take the job!! Not only wasted my time but put our remodel on hold until I could find another company. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! read more

My mother who lives in Prescott Valley needed a reliable plumbing company. She called Josh's Plumbing and had nothing but positive things to say. Josh did a great job replacing old piping and installing water heater. I was very pleased and referred him to many others in need of plumbers. A shower/tub pipe and faucet he installed occasionally did not turn off all the way. I told him it was intermittent, did not happen all the time, he changed a washer. Before long it was doing it again, occasionally, especially when myself or my grandkids took a shower. I called him, he and his partner spent a fairly short time on it and told me it was the same, showed me the washer and I said, "You replaced that one before" he shook his head. When I use it I turn it twice most times. It has to be a fairly hard shut and most of the time it goes off. Sometimes esp. when children use it or I don't double down on the shut off it leaks again. If I shut straight down with pressure it goes off, if I forget and shut it as I do any other faucet it often stays running a small stream or dripping heavily. I called a few times, hated to bother him again and finally got a call back. He yelled at me. Told me that it was fixed the first time and that he pretended to fix it the second time to appease me. I haven't been treated this way in years. I'm 80 years old and I think my pressure and my grandkids sometimes isn't hard enough and believe it is some calcification in the fixture. I will never use him again but my faucet still drips, just as it did originally. He doesn't believe it because when he turns it off it doesn't drip. If he'd examined it further, I could show him the problem. I have never been yelled at especially by a repair person who I had trusted enough to keep calling him back when it didn't work. This was my experience, he scared and surprised me when he yelled and so I hung up. I think he treats others differently, I'm easy to scare at this point in my life and he thought he could do so. Maybe good with many and nice to others but none but a child would have treated me this way. read more

After having several plumbers come out to try to determine the cause of a strong sewer smell and having none identify the problem, I contacted Josh, based on an ad in the Prescott Valley Country Club newsletter. Josh was great! He identified the problem, fixed it and followed up to ensure the problem was solved. I had him look at another problem, and instead of pushing for a high-price solution, he took care of it quickly and reasonably. Josh is professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and courteous. He arrives on time or contacted me one time to let me know he was delayed by 10-15 minutes. I will rely on Josh for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend him and feel relieved to have such a good plumber. read more
