The plumber at ACE recommended Art's locating and put us in contact with them. They came out marked the location of the leak. Unfortunately when the plumber returned and started digging, the leak was not in the location marked and he had to dig to find the leak. We spent $250 cash for nothing and have no recourse on obtaining a refund. Lesson learned. read more

The best in the business is worth the wait!!! A couple of days before Thanksgiving the city called us to inform that we were using way more water than normal. We tried to call Arts but noted they we're on vacation and updating there truck until after the holiday. After having to hire another service to detect a substantial water leak, we were told that we had leaks under our slab. This company then suggested that we use a plumber that he likes. Long story short, the plumber gave us an estimate to confirm the detectors claim. 2450.00 to do this calling it "phase 1". This started to take on a bad odor and I canceled the plumber and called Arts and waited for the appointment. Caleb came out a couple days later and found that our water softener was the cause. Brought in another plumber referred by a friend. The entire project will cost less that the other companies miss diagnosis and rip off plumber. I called Caleb around noon and left him a message and he called me back about 15 minutes later. I told him that my yard line had busted from the meter to the house and it was about 100 yards worth of water line. He squeezed me in that afternoon, because he knew it was an emergency. AWFUL SERVICE!!! Caleb cancelled our first service appointment due to weather - understandable and totally out of his control. He rescheduled for a few days later, and I leave work early to meet him. He texts me 30 minutes AFTER our appointment to let me know he's still in Sedona on a job, but says he can make it here by 3:30. He then calls me at 3:20 to tell me he is just leaving Sedona and won't be able to make it at all. He said that never happens and he's always on time. We reschedule, again, for the following day at 1p - he decided the time and I agreed with it. He texts me at 12:49 to tell me he's running late and it will be closer to 2p. I told him if he could make 2p, that was fine, but if he kept having to cancel and reschedule we would have to find another company. He finally texts me at 2:03p and says he tried but couldn't make it and good luck with our leak. I can't even explain how frustrated we were! Do NOT work with this company.
