Anthony with AZ Super Plumber has worked on several projects for us. In particular he installed a new septic system as we live out in Williams Valley. His price was reasonable, and he did a very professional job! He went beyond what the job entailed, especially removing some items for us. He was great to work with and is very professional, including his work. We highly recommend AZ Super Plumber! Terry & Laurie Allen read more

AZ Super Plumber came out as scheduled and Mike gave me the options I had with 2 leaky toilets. I had both toilets replaced. They were very quick and left everything very clean. Their work was excellent and the price seemed fair. read more

I own a mobile home 70 miles away, in Dewey. The mobile is vacant. I received a water bill from the Town of Prescott Valley for almost $60 when my average bill is $9.00 I knew I had a leak somewhere. It is difficult to start calling dozens of plumbers and try to get a plumber to come out the same day, let along at all without the owner being at the property. Indeed, I called at least a dozen plumbers from my google search. Very frustrating and anxiety producing to say the least when the few plumbers that answered would not go on the property without the homeowner present. Oher plumbers wanted to charge me $279 just for the service charge. And one plumbing company scheduled an appointment same day, and didn't show up because I didn't happen to answer the phone! Boy, was I mad! However, I finally lucked out. I called Az. Super Plumber and frantically asked Daisy if she could send a plumber today. She apparently juggled things around and sent Benjamin to the mobile that early afternoon. After inspecting the property, the plumber determined that the toilet had not shut off. He mentioned that this is a common problem, especially with vacant properties. The plumber could not read the water meter because of bee-hives nesting, so I called Shooter's Pest Control who treated the nest within a hour of my request. Az. Super Plumber only charged me $59 for the service charge, which I think is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Az. Super Plumber to anyone who wants prompt service and using a family run business for the past 30 years. read more

The owner of the home where I rent recently called AZ Super Plumber to fix a leak in backyard near the meter. They said it would cost abt $600+ per hour to look at it. Two guys spent 2 hours & 15 minutes digging a little bit and supposedly patching the pipe with some kind of tubing. Then billed her for over $1200!! Of course they said "NO Guarantees." Good for them... cuz the leak kept leaking & has gotten worse!! Stay away from these guys!!!! A rip-off!!! read more

charged us $449.00 for a 2 hour service call. twice the going rate attempting to clear a blocked sewer line . and never completed the job. left in the middle of that attempt and told us that because it was late in the day and were late for another appointment they had to go to that appointment. i requested that they send someone back the next morning to complete the job i had already payed for. they sent the service manager out late afternoon the next day was here less than 10 minutes and tried to charge an additional $225.00 said i had a collapsed line . the service manager said he would get me a detailed price and a time for fixing that line. by the next business day. its been 9 days now with no follow up on that promise . be very carefull of this company. charges rediculous pricing and doesnt do what you pay them for. and has no integrity on follow up. 9 days now with no sanitary options. if i could leave less than 1 star i would. will b contacting the bbb read more

Rollie came out to re-set our toilet. He did a great job. The toilet is now tight with no movement. He caulked around the entire base. Very professional and courteous. We highly recommend AZ Super Plumber, and Rollie the gentleman that came out. Thank you! M. Larsen--Prescott read more

I called AZ Super-Plumbers, and they sent Tim out, who installed a bidet toilet seat on one of our toilets. Then I called the following week, and Anthony showed up, removed our kitchen Reverse Osmosis filtering equipment, and broke our new ( Amazon ) hot/cold water appliance he was booked to install. He told me he would book a Monday appointment ( about a week later ) to install the new hot/cold device after I told him it would take a few days for a replacement to arrive, and that the remaining cost would be around $250.00.. No one appeared Monday as promised, so I called, and the office said Anthony had not booked an appointment to put the kitchen sink back together with the new device.... I was dismayed, but booked Tim back the following day,... When he arrived, Tim quoted ~$850 to install a direct replacement garbage disposal ( 10 minutes max ), and the hot/ cold replacement appliance Anthony had broken the week before after I ordered a new one on Amazon. Because there was a huge difference in the costs between visits, Tim called his owner to confirm the pricing. I ended up agreeing to pay today's quote to install the hot/cold tap, and replace the reverse osmosis filtering equipment Anthony had removed. When the owner called me directly to discuss, she claimed Anthony had not made an appointment ( why else would we think he did ) the reverse osmosis filter was not part of the quote, and after a debate, proceeded to cancel our appointment leaving our kitchen all over the floor, and the sink filtering and new machines not working... Owner Kim Gagnon's arrogance is astounding... This is a perfect example of someone ( owner Kim Gagnon ) who should not be in a service business, and I would encourage anyone to find another plumber in Prescott.. read more

They have done a great job for my plumbing needs and sewer as well. They have always been on time and give me a 15 min call when they are on the way. Professional and easy to work with. I called at about 1:00 PM and was told they would be there from 2-4. The came just after 2.took care of things quickly and professionally. Only took 15 minutes. Their price seemed very high was my only complaint. $266 to snake a drain. read more

I had a concern about my septic system. Tyler came out and inspected my situation and made an excellent recommendation. The following week he and Taylor came out to pump my septic tank and he suggested a plan to keep it working properly going forward. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Tyler and Taylor definitely knew what they were doing. I am so PLEASED that I contacted AZ Super Plumber. They are definitely my go to plumber from on. I would recommend them for any plumbing or septic issues. Just a great company, great people and fantastic service. read more

I have had good luck with AZ Super Plumber. Our house is getting old now so we are needing more repairs. AZ SP has done very well for us. They have been friendly , professional, Knowledgable and fair. Always wear in what the option are and cost. All service are getting more expensive but AZ SP seems to be aware that is a concern to people and try to give the best info they can. We just had Corbin check out a bathroom faucet and he explained what it could be before starting and what the options would be for each. He answered all my question and decided to get into it. Luckily this time it was something easy. Easy fix and Corbin showed me all was well again. I appreciate Corbin taking the time to explain things and or course fixing the problem. I would recommend AZ Super Plumber. read more

AZ Super Plumber is an absolute 5 stars. From Daisy in the office, to Anthony our repipe plumber, to William the owner....all class acts that provide the level of customer service that you don't see much now a days. My house's polybutelane pipes started to spring leaks, and Anthony came out immediately and installed a new hot water heater for us, so our family could get hot water again, then got us in a a couple weeks later to do the full repipe of my house. He did the entire job in 2 days, we had half of the house done the first day, so we could still use our water overnight, and he even threw in an upgraded shower head in my kids bathroom when he asked for one with a handheld. Their professionalism and truly caring about their customers has earned them, and my parents who have recently moved up here, customers for life. It's rare to find such a great all around quality driven company in the today's world, but AZ Super Plumbers is one of those exceptions. I won't trust anyone else. read more

After using several other plumbing stores in Prescott that left us disappointed with the company, the work or the price or ALL...we saw The Plumbing Store truck in our area and decided to call them when we had another plumbing issue. We have been so happy with the company, the employees and the work and the prices seem fair compared to the others. They are on-time, provide a thorough inspection and give a written estimate before they begin the work. We have had Levi provide service twice with different issues and he is very nice to work with. We won't call any other Plumbing company for future issues. read more

We needed a new hot water heater a this company came out to check it and we got a new Navien heater to replace it. The plumber who sold it charged us over three times for the heater $5,600.00. We have since found them to be much less then that. So we would never recommend the company or use them again. I don' t believe the company will last too much longer for a fact when they take advantage of older people. read more

Our kitchen sink was noted to be unstable when I was replacing the silicone sealant around the edge. I called and Rolli was sent out to evaluate . The rail support system for the under-mount sink was loose. It was due to a split board in the cabinet support system. The screw attaching the board was poorly placed at an angle rather square and the original board was thin and grooved on one side suggesting it should not have ever been used for a crucial part of the rail support. Rolli did an excellent job of replacing that board resulting a much better support than the initial installation 10 years ago. Rolli was great! read more

They came out to troubleshoot a tankless water heater that was plugged up with debris. They concluded that the water was cold because there was not insulation on the lines, but that is ridiculous because it has worked for over 5 years. After I heard this, I called the manufacturer and got instructions on how to troubleshoot the issue. This took about 10 minutes to do. I learned that they didn't do the troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer on the first visit. We called them back out to do the troubleshooting, and they still didn't follow the only explicit instruction the manufacturer gave, which was to pull out the heating elements to clear the blockage. After all this, they had charged me $750 and the water heater still did not work. It seems this plumber did not know how to troubleshoot a tankless system on the first visit, so I shouldn't pay for that. After I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a troubleshooting guide and said to remove the heating elements, they still did not remove the heating elements. This is far below the standard of care for plumbers. read more

Called AZ Super Plumber to replace a water pressure regulator. It is an easy location to work on. Tim gave me a quote of $675. This has been replaced previously and takes less than 30 minutes to do. The exact replacement pressure regulator costs $100 at Amazon. This same company did this previously for me in 2007 for $165. I know prices have gone up, but $575 labor for less than 1 hour of work? Be sure to get other quotes before you use this company. I told them no way! read more

Recently my shower pressure started declining by a lot. So I waited two weeks to get an appointment with this company and today was finally the day. They didn't give me a call ahead of time to remind me about the appointment or to confirm. I had to call to make sure they were still coming. When they arrived it was two unmasked, kinda strange dudes and they started working. They weren't particularly professional and gave me slightly creepy vibes as I'm a single mom home alone with these two guys in my house. Anyway, they said they'd change the cartridge in my shower handle to see if that would fix the problem. Well it didn't. And so I ended up paying 230$ for something I didn't want or need and something that made not a lick of difference. I told the guy this and he just shrugged and said maybe I need a new shower head. Super helpful, not. I went into the bathroom later and found my toilet seat up too. Real nice. Thanks guys. read more

I bought a Water conditioner from Springwell Water (Florida company) and a few plumbers did not want to install it due to lack of familiarity. Some other plumbers were also booked out a few weeks and couldn't accommodate our tight schedule. Thank goodness I called AZ Super Plumber! From Daisy who greeted me on the phone and got William out the next day to estimate, to Tim's excellent and quick work. As can be seen, the copper piping is superior to the corrugated pipes I purchased, and the installation is clean, and the system is effective! Many thanks to AZ Super Plumber team for the excellent work and accommodating my schedule! read more

My husband and I have been using AZ Super Plumber for several years with great results. A few weeks ago, we called when we noticed an issue with our hot water heater. They kept us updated with what they were doing and were at all times professional. We highly recommend AZ Super Plumber for all your plumbing needs. read more

Very enjoyable experience every time I have been in this store. They always seem to either have replacements or able to offer alternatives for old plumbing fixtures. I would give six stars if I could. I had a flood in the basement of a rental house which led to the discovery of a old, split PVC water heater line inaccessible under an old cast iron tub. We had one toilet plugged and, if you can believe it, the second toilet looked like it was on its last legs. My experience with The Plumbing Store was exceedingly poor. In my situation I found The Plumbing Store to be inordinately expensive; the staff lacking integrity in dealing with me; in my case the workmanship to be shoddy; and the costly new products they installed to be of inferior quality which failed within two weeks. It was necessary to call another plumber to undo the damage and replace the new fixtures that The Plumbing Store had just installed. This was a very expensive lesson for me and I would suggest that anyone looking for competent, reliable and ethical service providers to first check with the Yavapai County Contractors Association in order to get their recommendations. read more

We woke up to a leaking water heater spraying water everywhere on a Sunday morning. Started calling plumbers that were listed as 24/7. No answers. Finally reached the plumbing store and they sent Erik out. One hour later, problem resolved. Erik was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for non emergency or emergency plumbing. BTW 4 hours later still no responses from other plumbers I called that market as 24/7. read more

Terrible service an very argumentative. No call backs, left my wife stranded with out any communication and then office manager was very rude. I would suggest using some one else. Absolutely ridiculous! My grandma called them for a garbage disposal replacement and was charged $565!!! The half horse power disposal was billed as a 3/4, and regardless the labor could not possibly be $400!! Parts could not be more than $120 (retail), and for a hour of work?
