My contractor was so concerned that he wondered if Kevin had a plumbing license and strongly advised me to report it to the ROC. I got a second opinion from my plumber and he agreed that the quality of installation was unacceptable for a company that charges a premium price. Given the severity of the costs I had to absorb in order to fix an already expensive purchase/installation, I can't in good faith trust this store to handle any more of my future water treatment needs.

I chose Culligan because this franchise is located here in Central Arizona, the staff was very responsive to my needs, the price was reasonable.
