My mother needed to return multiple Amazon packages, and while I admit her knowledge of the process aided to the quickness of the exchange, I was incredibly impressed by the set-up and process of the staff onsite here. There were multiple staff members, and they seemed to have a good assembly line/partner system set-up. While my mother approached the counter a step and a half in front of me, a staff member at a side counter greeted me asking if they could help me with anything before my "I'm with her, thanks" response. One staff member scanned Mom's order barcodes, handing a label to another member who inspected the package before adding the return sticker. Beep, boop, beep, boop. Repeat for four packages. Everyone was courteous and kind; thought quick with their actions, nothing felt rushed. If actions speak louder than words, "we value your time!" was screaming at me here.
