Lobby is spacious with abundant natural light from the windows, row after row of mail boxes on the interior walls, and a copier station left around the corner as you come in. If you weren't raised by wolves (or otherwise technology-averse) you might consider having a go at the self-serve kiosk thing to buy stamps, print labels, send packages, and all that sort of stuff; it's just like a video game except you actually accomplish something when you're done. The on-screen instructions can walk you through any of the available processes but if you need more or different help there's people for that too. The counter area is kinda spooky because it's got theft deterrent gates up for I don't know why (there's signage up about how armed robbery of a post office or post officer is a really bad idea so use discretion here.) If you require personal assistance please be prepared to conduct your business when you get to the counter; it makes the postal experience a little bit better for all of us! yea for having a clue! If you just want to complain, well there's probably a venue for that too but use your inside voice and try to be polite.

There were multiple staff members, and they seemed to have a good assembly line/partner system set-up. While my mother approached the counter a step and a half in front of me, a staff member at a side counter greeted me asking if they could help me with anything before my "I'm with her, thanks" response. One staff member scanned Mom's order barcodes, handing a label to another member who inspected the package before adding the return sticker. Beep, boop, beep, boop. Repeat for four packages. Everyone was courteous and kind; thought quick with their actions, nothing felt rushed. If actions speak louder than words, "we value your time!" was screaming at me here. I guess thats considered "close" living in Charlotte. I came here to return a Shein order. My package was for "scan and drop off" but I didn't have it sealed and needed to buy tape. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.
