Yes, we walked in about 20ish minutes before store closing, but that shouldn't matter. You're still open and serving customers, and we weren't the only one in there. We were having trouble finding something else we were looking for and went to go ask the staff to point us in the right direction but they were too busy hanging out with each other and so blatantly ignoring us and other customers that we were rather aghast at the behavior. When we went to check out the staff member didn't even look at us and didn't even talk to us. I don't mind not having the conversation, but it's like she was barely able to even check us out. You work in a customer service role, so that's your job. My friend mentioned that it's likely the sort of attitude the staff were displaying at closing is likely the attitude they display during their whole shift. Not personable, completely unfriendly and absolutely unhelpful.

Prices were a bit higher than other stores, by a few dollars, so if you are price conscious, I'd shop around. If variety and finding more obscure items, I'd recommend stopping in.

This liquor store used to be the place to go for all adult beverages. (I'm an optimist which is why I keep trying) I'm done. The staff tells me repeatedly that they don't understand why but they're frustrated with the distributors - like really frustrated. And they have to keep apologizing to customers like me. But nothing changes. Many shelves are empty. I won't be coming back. When I'm frustrated and the employees are trash talking the distributors too, it's time to move on.

But the clerks were friendly and the vodka reasonably priced. It was packed to the rafters with booze. It was NYE and everyone was happy. If you know exactly what you want, its a good stop but I don't think it would work for someone wanting to browse or hadn't yet made up their mind on yet on what to drink. The store was actually oddly quiet, usually many have some kind of music, but supposedly a manager is nursing a headache and no music anymore. Though that weirdness doesn't stop there, the soda is always talked about being quite extensive, but if that were the case, it looks like booze took over half of what cpuld been drinks overall. They had some weird options, but most were basically available in other stores. At least there was some candies that are a bit more exclusive to the store, so picked up a couple bags. They even have chocolate oranges year-round!
