We stopped in as I've been on the hunt for Chartreuse (yellow and green) and I received a similar response from the gentleman at the Customer Service desk - "we are out and boy, that's hard to come by." With a smile, I agreed and said we are from out of state and I figure I will just keep asking and maybe at some point I'll hear "I'm in luck." Prices were a bit higher than other stores, by a few dollars, so if you are price conscious, I'd shop around. If variety and finding more obscure items, I'd recommend stopping in.

(I'm an optimist which is why I keep trying) I'm done. The staff tells me repeatedly that they don't understand why but they're frustrated with the distributors - like really frustrated. And they have to keep apologizing to customers like me. But nothing changes. Many shelves are empty. I won't be coming back. When I'm frustrated and the employees are trash talking the distributors too, it's time to move on.

Total beverage said they had three of them in stock, and that he was welcome to come in and pick one of them up so he gets in his truck and drives over there only to be told by a female manager that those kegs are on hold for other people and he could not purchase one now that's not what he was told on the phone or else he would've not driven over there so after arguing and talking with another manager, he left without his keg ! The store was small and the 2 aisles in the store weren't clearly marked so I had to ask where the vodka was. Then, because the 2 aisles were so narrow I was afraid to turn too suddenly for fear of knocking bottles off the shelf behind me. It was uncomfortable looking around. But the clerks were friendly and the vodka reasonably priced. It was packed to the rafters with booze. It was NYE and everyone was happy. If you know exactly what you want, its a good stop but I don't think it would work for someone wanting to browse or hadn't yet made up their mind on yet on what to drink. The store was actually oddly quiet, usually many have some kind of music, but supposedly a manager is nursing a headache and no music anymore. Though that weirdness doesn't stop there, the soda is always talked about being quite extensive, but if that were the case, it looks like booze took over half of what cpuld been drinks overall. They had some weird options, but most were basically available in other stores. At least there was some candies that are a bit more exclusive to the store, so picked up a couple bags. They even have chocolate oranges year-round!
