HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT HIRE THEM! I had the worst experience using them for my wedding. I requested a partial refund because of how awful they were, and all they would do is offer me a free upgrade next time I hire them. WHY WOULD I EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN?!??! Here is a copy of an email I sent the owner about how terrible my experience was: I wanted to write to let you know that we were very unhappy with our experience using your limo company this past Saturday. To begin with, our limo driver didn't greet us or welcome us at all, he just demanded my credit card to make copy before even opening the limo door. He didn't help any of the girls into the limo, or tell us anything about how to work the stereo or A/C. His attitude and demeanor were very unfriendly and unprofessional. He also had no idea where he was driving us. We had to look up the address and give it to him, he then stood outside the limo trying to find directions on his phone. Everyone was really uncomfortable since we were trying to make it to a wedding ceremony and were on a very tight timeline. Once in the limo, there was next to no air-conditioning. This is completely unacceptable on a 90+ degree day when you're wearing tuxedos and full dresses. We asked him repeatedly to turn it up or fix it, and were snapped at that it was as high as it would go. Once we arrived at the Hudson Gardens, the limo driver asked if we would be ready in a half hour. I told him absolutely not, we were taking pictures and having a wedding ceremony. My coordinator, Gina, had already explained that he would have to wait until we were ready to leave and that we didn't have a set time. We paid for having the limo wait, that was part of our contract. Then he left and went to Starbucks! We had left our bags in the limo (which was discussed last week prior to Saturday). My coordinator went back to get something and he was gone. After we got back in the limo, the A/C was totally out. All of the ice in the drink bins was melted, and all the drinks were warm. The stereo wouldn't work, we could barely get any FM radio stations to come in. This was supposed to be a fun, party atmosphere and everyone was stressed out, uncomfortable, and dying in the heat. The limo driver was a horrible driver, slamming on his brakes and cutting in and out of traffic. We had to stop at a restaurant and get out just to cool off before continuing on to the reception. I spoke with the driver again and told him about all the problems, he just shrugged and walked away. He finally checked the back A/C and admitted it wasn't working but offered no solution or apology. I've dealt with this car service 2 days in a row and customer service is excellent. I was able to book and prepay in advance one day, and the next call in a crunch to have a car pick me up in half an hour. We used this company for our wedding a few weeks ago. It was easy to book and get everything set up and seemed pretty comparable in pricing with other companies. We booked the escalade limo to fit up to 26 people (or so it says). I sent my list of pick ups and drop offs before so that we wouldn't have to tell him that day and they handled it all well. The driver arrived early for pick up and called us to let us know he was there and to take our time. We got downstairs to find a hummer limo, not the escalade that I had signed the contract for. End of the day, not a big deal and nothing I was going to worry about The girls were getting picked up first and we got all our stuff in and were on our way. The radio was not working at first and we never figured it out before our first drop off so we missed some dancing opportunities on the way over. Also, I had kneeled on the floor to try and mess with the radio and when I got out of the car my white shoes were almost completely black, that's how dirty the floor in the limo was! Yuck!! Be careful in your wedding dress ladies!! We had to have the limo for 5 hours total and of course it was buy 5 hours get one free, so we didn't get to use our free one unless we wanted to miss cocktail hour. We had 20 adults in the limo at one time and there is no way we could've fit one more so to say it fits 26, everyone would have to be children. We were in the limo for maybe 40 minutes total out of our 5 hours and it cost $750 plus another $100 tip. OUCH. I know there's not many ways you can get around that with pricing but it would've been nice to get some type of discount. Oh and my dj supposedly offered a discount with this limo company and when I called to ask, they said I was already getting a good price so they couldn't offer a further discount. I was told they would have satellite tv installed in the van by the time the date happened and of course there's no tv. This place sucks. DO NOT USE THEM. the phone guy, Shane, is a total douche and told me he'd call the owners about getting a discount. When I called back and pressed him he said he'd been to busy to call but after I kept hounding him he said "look, dude, we're not giving you a discount." SO, you just told me you'd ask for me to shut me up. These people are a joke. read more

There would have been more stars if they hadn't given me a bunk charge on my credit card after using them. The limo driver thought 2 glasses were missing so I asked him how many there should be, he said 10, I then counted out 10 glasses and he said we were good. Now they are claiming they are missing so they charged me for them. They didn't do anything above and beyond, and besides the above charge, we were given the service we were expecting. read more

Do not trust this company with your credit card!!!! They will over charge you without your authorization. My party had a poor experience on a very special occasion by using this company but what is worse is that the next day instead of apologizing they charged my friend's credit card again without his authorization. They refused to refund him and even engaged him in an argumentative ego battle about it. Their managers do not understand customer service or value the quality of your experiences and poorly train their driver's. Also, the limo we got was smaller than promised and in very poor condition. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different company. And driver's save yourself the trouble and work for a different company this company will put you in bad situations. read more

DO NOT USE FOR AN IMPORTANT EVENT!!! This company is by far the WORST company we worked with for our wedding. I have to say, anyone that has planned a wedding knows that you have a lot of vendors to deal with and a lot of details to make sure are covered. Everything that day went off without a hitch, EXCEPT the limo company. We booked our evening from 2:30-9:30. First, the guy showed up late. Which, we all got to the church on time, so it wasn't that big of a deal. After the ceremony we loaded in and he took us to the reception venue. While we were getting out the driver told my wedding party to clear everything out of the limo because he was only contracted until 7:30. Two hours less than what we paid for. When I did try to argue it, he went into the limo to "look" at the contract, and confirmed that his paperwork said he was only working until 7:30. As the bride, rather than arguing with him in front of the venue, one of my bridesmaids said we could just arrange another ride home. After the wedding I took a VERY close look at the contract, and we had in fact been contracted and paid in full until 9:30. So, just imagine not having the limo that you hired to take you home after your wedding, and having to call a cab. What is the point of having a limo in the first place? The next disaster occurred in dealing with the company. I talked to Jason several times over the course of a month. I probably had 7 conversations with him where he was going to pull the GPS data, set up a conference call with the driver and I, and investigate the situation. After 7 conversations, I realized the limo company was going to do nothing. The conference calls never happened, a reimbursement for the 2 hours that we paid for that didn't receive didn't happen, and quite honestly, they didn't care that their driver left 2 hours early and lied to us. I will never use the company again and never recommend them. I am in wedding planning, and will make sure I always advise wedding parties against using them. Yes, I am sure they have had happy customers, but when 50% of their reviews are negative, I would not spend a grand with this vendor. Val is quite possibly the nicest and most accommodating representative I've ever worked with. She walked me through every single party bus photo and pointed out the differences between each, gave me her recommendation and ultimately upgraded my reservation to receive bottles of champagne for free! People are unprofessional. They charged my party for damage on an item that was not included in the contract. That's fine. But then they refused to send an invoice for proof of payment, basically made up their own price. Bunch of sleezeballs running this company, particularly Jason. Very impatient and unprofessional. I wanted to rent a limo for a night on the town for my family and my employees so i invited them to a nice concert and what was supposed to be a very nice night out turned into a NIGHTMARE my mistake was i didnt do the research on yelp or google and i just got a limo service with out seeing what the ratings was and now i now so i call dever Liomousine inc and got a 300 c Chrysler liom for the concert i got it for 7 hrs so the 1st pick up is for my Parents but the drive couldnt find the house on the GPS so he calls me to say that if i could help him find the house so i give him directions then he calls me back to tell me he is somewhere around the house so i tell him you past it turn around and give him directions again still not a problem then he shows up to my parents house now he is on his way to pick me up at my house now he calls me again to see how to get to my house i give him the address to find on his GPS he says he cant find it on his GPS so i give him directions so we hang up the he call me back to say now im getting off I-25 now where to so i give him directions again then we hang up he didnt call back so i thought he found it so now he shows up for me i come out and he says befor you get in i need you credit card so i can make a copy and get you to sign off on it so i did i didnt think i had anything to worry about little did i know so now i get in i tell him the address to the next pick up so we are off now he rolls down the window to interrupt our conversation to say he cant find the 3rd pick up on his GPS again so now im getting irriated so we show him how to get there now we pick the 3rd party up on are wat to the last pick up as we i drive away my parents are telling me the ride up here to pick me up was awful that the driver was driving fast and they where slinding everywhere and that they asked him if he could drive a little smoother and he said that it was a big car and that they whould get use to his driving so now we are all slinding around and im trying to get the radio to work and i really cant because of his driving so i ask him if he can slow down so we can enjoy the ride and he said i want to get you guys to your concert on time i told him its fine we dont need to be there right when the doors open so he really did say anything back to me now we start talking and he rools the window down again to get directions again on the last pick up so i have to give him steet by street i have been this guys GPS the time it was horrible we couldnt even enjoy the limo ride so now we pick up the last party now on our way to the pepsi center which thankfully he need no directions on how to get there as we are pulling up he says where do you want to be dropped off at i say at the front so he drops us of across the street and half a block away so we had to get out and walk to the pepsi center he said it would be to hard to turn around in the limo so we get out to start to walk he tells me you have my number call me so i can pick you guys up at the front i will need some time because i dont know where im gonna find parking and at this time we tell him we have a V.I.P. parking pass for him so it would be better for him so now the concert was ending and i call him to tell him we will be out side in about 15 minutes so we get out side and we go to the pick up and there is alot of taxis and limos but not our limo so i call him to see where he is at and he tells me for us to walk to where is was at so at this time i get MAD and tell him NO i did not pay to go walking looking for him in that case we could of just got a taxi for us to go walking around looking for ur limo so he said ok ok dont get mad i will go pick you up so we are waiting and now i see him but he is walking towards us waving his hands and all happy and walks up to us and says ok now that i know where you guys are i will go get the car and pick you guys up here in front now we are all mad he is just wasting our time so now he shows up in front of the pepsi center and i tell him i am not happy with his services and he says ok just get in the car lets not talk about it here in front of the pick/drop off area ok so i get in now we are on are way to drop the 3rd pick up so we get to the house now its about 11p.m. at night and he opens the door and asks me to step out so we can talk so i get out and i tell him that this was not a good experience and we start arguing and waking up the neighbors he tells me ''it is what it is'' so now i get mad because he dosnt care at all about customer service and he just says get in the car lets finish the night so now so i get in to stop arguing and now we drive to the drop off the next party and we show up to my employees house and the driver come to open the door and asks me to step out side again so we can talk so i step out and now its about 11:30 p.m. we argud some more and this company dosnt care so just try and pick a better LIMO company hope your experience is better then mine . read more

Very disappointed! We were looking for a limo service to take 10- 8year old girls across town for a birthday party. Found them on Colorado kids website. When booking the limo they were told it was for a young kids that would need seat belts. Confirmed 2 weeks before again they were told it was for young kids. When limo arrived only 2 seat belts where not stuffed between the seats, I barley could get my hand between the seat to get to the seat belts, the driver and my husband could not get their hands in to help. I spent 20 min trying to find 10 seat belts I was only able to find 6 totals. The only part I was able to retrieve the part that goes over your lap and not the part it clicks into. When I call the office to see what I should do or how they could help someone claiming to be part owner said Limos don't come with seat belts. I said well that was odd because I was able to find a few. He was very rude, mean and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They lie!!! Also the Stereo did not work, what a bummer to ride in a Limo with not music. read more

I booked a white Chrysler 300 Limo (12 person capacity) on July 13, 2012 for our daughter's wedding in LaPorte, CO which took place on October 6, 2012. The booking procedure went well and the people I spoke with were pleasant. I reconfirmed date, price, payment of balance, location of pick-up and destinations the week before the wedding. The limo arrived on time at the hair salon to take the bride and bridesmaids, flower girls and mother of the bride to the wedding venue. The smell in the limo was disgusting - it smelled like a wrestling locker room. Even my 6 year old niece made the first comment "Ohhh it really stinks in here". The driver was oblivious to the smell and was very intent on getting my credit card number for the balance before we could leave - this transaction took 15 min. He did not know where we were going and of course did not know the address. He also did not have the info or address of the next pick-up location. One of the bridesmaids had to look up all info on her phone and give it to the driver so he could input it into the GPS. Every time we turned a corner the car sounded and felt like it was going to break down. Thankfully we made it to the venue on time, but I was very upset and embarrassed that everyone (bride and bridesmaids, wedding guests, and bride & groom with entire wedding party at end of night) had to ride in such a smelly vehicle.
