They did such a phenomenal job removing leaves and debris, that I learned I had holes in my front gutters, not just my back gutters! They were reasonably priced, fair, professional, and did a spectacular job cleaning my gutters. I'm definitely happy to use them again, and I can't recommend them highly enough for Gutter Cleaning!

***BEWARE*** This is…read moremy first bad review ever, and think many reviews are petty. But after countless attempts of me reaching out with no response (7 months), I feel obligated to warn the public. On the day of install, I noticed a banging sound on my roof. One of their helpers had grabbed my large push broom and began beating the roof on the north side to onock off the snow. Eventually the broom broke, and the helper put it back where he grabbed it and fashioned it as it was put together. (Pics) When they left, they left the site a mess. They left nails scattered all over my roof and my lawn, and a paint can on my chimney. I have children and large dogs, and am still finding nails everywhere on my property after 7 months. Many of the details (outlet channels) were not discussed in details, and when I pointed out alternative locations, they wouldn't respond. Much of the work was also super sloppy. They didn't replace wood or paint areas that were clearly damaged due removing the old gutters. They simply covered everything up with the new gutters. I was fine with them returning to address all of these issues, but after 7 months of trying, they are only interested in getting your money, doing a shit job and ghosting their customers. BEWARE!!! They talk a good game with warranties and telling you about the quality of their work, but that was the opposite of my experience. AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY, THEY ARE GHOSTS. Apparently they do concrete work and other exterior projects. I was going to use them for many more. But after the what I saw, I wouldn't ask them to dig a hole. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional, take pride in their work, and value their customers.

The house was vacant after the tenants moved out, and during a surprise Colorado afternoon rainstorm (because of course), I stopped by and saw water cascading over the porch like it was trying to be a fountain. **Very Disappointed With AVI Roofing - Unfair Labor Charges**…read more I have never experienced anything like this in my life. We bought a brand-new construction home from D.R. Horton in 2025. In 2026, we had to relocate and decided to sell our house. During the buyer's third-party inspection, we discovered that some parts of the roof were not properly done. I contacted AVI Roofing to fix the problem, but I was told our warranty had expired. After the repair, they sent me a bill charging **2 hours and 47 minutes for labor.** I checked my security cameras, and the workers arrived at exactly **9:35:23 AM and left at 10:35:44 AM.** That means they spent only **1 hour and 21 seconds** at my house, not 2 hours and 47 minutes. When I questioned the charges, I was told I also had to pay for their travel time. I understand that contractors travel to jobs, but why wasn't this explained clearly before the work was done? My house is only about 25 minutes away. What hurts me the most is that this is a new home, and we have already experienced roofing problems after living there for just 1 year and 9 months. If the roof had been properly installed in the first place, we wouldn't be dealing with these repairs so soon. I recently invited another contractor to my home for a different project. They came, inspected the work, and didn't charge me anything because no work was needed. **AVI Roofing, please do better. Be honest and transparent with your customers about labor charges and travel fees.** Customers deserve fair billing, especially when they are already dealing with problems in a nearly new home. I am very disappointed with this experience, and I hope AVI Roofing will review my bill and correct the labor charges. I have camera footage showing exactly when the workers arrived and left.

He apologized for not getting back to me and asked if my gutter still needed to be fixed. Because of all the snow and melt off, I had gotten in fixed so that I didn't have all that water running down the side of my house. He asked how much I had paid and then said he'd like to pay for it because he didn't think it was right that I had to have another company fix his work. I can 100% appreciate a company owning up to their mistakes and standing by their customers. So, I'm updating from 1 star to 5. Kudos to you, Vito, for making things right and being so gracious about it. GARBAGE company. I have a rental property in Denver that these guys serviced in November. I had a gutter that had detached. They went out to fix it (I live out of state) and all seemed well until we got snow last week and the same exact gutter detached. I called them 4 times and filled out the form for them to contact me 2 times and have yet to receive a call back on getting this repaired. It looks like they no longer service residential properties - which is fine - but they should at least give their former customers a call back for work they did that didn't even make it through a 3 month period.
