For the last several years, my elderly, disabled neighbor has needed to periodically call 911. As her health has recently declined, the calls have increased exponentially, sometimes up to four times per week. Every time South East responds, the paramedics are professional and caring. They have expressed their concern for my neighbor's declining health and have taken the time to contact those who are able to assist her in receiving more care. When I have let them into the building and identified myself as a friend of the caller, they have never failed to treat me well and with respect. In the last year, I have come to recognize many of the paramedics. For the number of people with whom they come in contact, it speaks highly of them that they remember me and never fail to ask how I am doing. They consistently offer excellent, compassionate care.
