Communication was not great as they changed our pick up day in our 2nd week but did not tell us so I had 2 weeks of trash sitting in front of my house for 36 hours and 3 phone calls. Got the e mail after the 3rd call to them that it changed but they picked both up. It's a start

We went with Roll Off Dumpster of Denver because they were reasonably priced. They did not have the size of dumpster we were looking for, so they gave us the next size larger at no additional cost. The driver who dropped off the dumpster was able to place it perfectly between the mailbox and the driveway allowing access to both. When we were finished with the dumpster we called Roll Off and they picked the dumpster up promptly. We're going to need another dumpster soon and we'll definitely use Roll Off Dumpster of Denver again!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: They delivered the dumpster a day late, and never returned my call asking where it was. They also added an extra $60 delivery fee which was never listed on their site. We've rented dumpsters twice now -- once from Sam's Hauling and once from another company -- and we…read morewill not stray again. Sam's Hauling was a very positive experience. They're local, responsive, super affordable, and genuinely care about their customers. When you call, a real person answers the phone, not a call center. They're flexible with scheduling and helped us out last time when our timeline shifted. Unfortunately, when we needed another dumpster recently, they didn't have availability for a few days, so we went with someone else (Humpty Dumps) -- and it was a disaster. We paid more for less service and zero flexibility. Lesson learned. Sam's Hauling was a much better overall experience and cost. If you want to make your clean-out project easier and less stressful, call them first.

I've worked with them probably a total of ten times and every time they are always able to accomodate my needs. I work with Leonard mainly, and he has always been great to deal with and is great at communication and follow-up. Their billing and paperwork can be completed online which makes ordering and pickup simple and efficient. When things don't go as planned they are easy to get a hold of and are more than willing to accomodate my needs and schedule. The largest roll-off they provide is 15 yards, but they are extremely affordable and more than once I have ordered two roll-offs back to back because it is still more affordable than ordering a large roll off from one of their competitors. Once or twice I was able to order from Leonard and he had a roll-off delivered to my property within an hour which is crazy. If you are needing a roll-off and would like to support small business give them a call!

We have had numerous issues with this company. Drivers continually knock the recycling bin over…read morespilling its contents. The worst part is they don't clean up all their mess. We have also had several road reflectors broken when they push the bins into the reflector stands causing them to break. I will say they reimbursed me all three times, but not for my wasted time. Lastly and the final straw is we put the compost into the recycle bin by accident last night. Both the recycling and compost containers are the large brown containers and only the sticker is different. One is labeled compost and the other states recycling. So I called Western this morning and was told that they will not pick it up tomorrow but will schedule this for a different day and charge me for it. I told the lady to forget it and that I will transfer it tonight (I have a large load already to go into the container when emptied tomorrow) and then look for a new waste company.
