I had a serious dent and wasn't sure it could be fixed without replacing the bumper. Ron was pleasant enough but the tool he used removed a chip of paint (.5 inch). And there was still a small bubble in the bumper (half the size of a pencil eraser). Although the bumper will still need to be fixed to get it into perfect shape, its 99% better than before and much more reasonable ($125 vs $1,000 for a new bumper). read more

I never yelp even though I always say I would. However, Ron was so amazing that I just had to remember to do it. I called him on a Friday afternoon & he was able to squeeze me in the next morning. Background: I went to a profession shop for some detail work to remove some tree sap off my car, end up having a dent hood, and the garage denial they did it. I judge person on their honestly so I won't argue about it cause it's just not worth my time instead I will just not return for future business,. Cut the story short, I try to find a dent repair for the hood hence browsing through yelp and found RON. Ron, a self employ dent repair mobile service. I have a very gentle but long crease on the middle of my hood (as if one had press hard on the hood and cause a crease, barely notice if you have heavy wax on). I called him for a quote but due to the little light and difficult to see the crease he meet me at his home for a quote. He priced me reasonably compare to other shop, and we shake on it on the spot and he arrive promptly at my work parking area and started the job at 9am. Finish the hood and an extra dent on the side of my car by 10:40am. the Finish was great, I couldn't see the crease anymore. I will be more than happy to recommend him for further repair. Dealing with him is very easy, very professional so don't hesitate to give him a call for a quote. He brought all the equipment to take care of the dent in my garage. Several times he said that he really couldn't be sure he would be able to get rid of the dent and at first he was just going to recommend that I go to an auto body shop, but he must have felt bad for me and decided to try anyway. He must have spent an hour working on it and in the end he couldn't completely get rid of it. It look pretty good, but wasn't perfect, so he did not charge me anything. I had a dent on the door of my new Fiat 500 from the wind pushing it open into a telephone pole. I called around and got a couple of quotes before speaking with Ron. Not only was he the best deal EVAR, but he was nicest guy, fit my appointment in the fastest, and completed the work in less than half the time as the other quotes. On top of that, he came to my office and did the work in my building's garage. It made things very convenient, but neither of us noticed at the time that there was another tiny dent under the main one. It was only noticeable in the sun. I wasn't aware that you can or could do this or is it possible. My bro in law showed me a video but not really convinced unless I can see it in person. I did my research, google it and yelp it , Read reviews and clicked on every link possible and the whole nine yards. One thing that stands out the most is Dent Tech (good reviews), I called the number listed on their website and he (Ron) said if I'm available today (Oct. 8) he can come over (my house) with in 30mins. I told him I have door dent on my 2 wks old C250 and he said it can range between 85-100 bucks depending on how big but he'll know for sure how much to charge me when he see my car. 30mins later and he rang my door bell. He went to take a look at the dent and he said that he'll charge me $125 because it's a little bit longer on what I described to him over the phone. Honestly, I was kinda hesitant or maybe even afraid. You know a brand new C250. So, he did his magic and it took him less than hour and to my surprised, I can't even tell where the dent was as if nothing happened. He really made my day. Highly recommend Dent Tech . Ron is really a nice guy and very professional. On the other note, to all parents out there or would be parents tell your kids to watch out the door when opening and closing doors. Be mindful of other people's car or property. Be respectful and considerate. Unless you don't really care then I guess that's a totally different story. I read the reviews, and sent Ron a picture of a crease dent in my hood (probably the worst kind of dent for this type of repair). He replied quickly, and wanted to come take a look at it. He came over, and gave me a fair estimate, telling me that he thought he could do something, but probably not get it to be "like new" given the type of dent. He was able to come by later that day to work on it, so I gave it a shot. He worked on it for about an hour. Then he called me down, and apologized that he couldn't push out the crease to his satisfaction, and he was going to have to give up. The crease was a bit deeper than he had initially thought, so pushing it out was just making too many wrinkles. He was able to pull out most of the dent, and even fixed a couple of others. Since he wasn't happy with his work, he didn't charge me for it. I tried to insist, but he wouldn't let me pay him for an imperfect job. Ron was a pleasure to deal with, and he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Recommended without reservations! I'd give him 6 stars if I could, and he wasn't even able to fix my dent. read more
