I wasn't aware that you can or could do this or is it possible. My bro in law showed me a video but not really convinced unless I can see it in person. I did my research, google it and yelp it , Read reviews and clicked on every link possible and the whole nine yards. One thing that stands out the most is Dent Tech (good reviews), I called the number listed on their website and he (Ron) said if I'm available today (Oct. 8) he can come over (my house) with in 30mins. I told him I have door dent on my 2 wks old C250 and he said it can range between 85-100 bucks depending on how big but he'll know for sure how much to charge me when he see my car. 30mins later and he rang my door bell. He went to take a look at the dent and he said that he'll charge me $125 because it's a little bit longer on what I described to him over the phone. Honestly, I was kinda hesitant or maybe even afraid. You know a brand new C250. So, he did his magic and it took him less than hour and to my surprised, I can't even tell where the dent was as if nothing happened. He really made my day. Highly recommend Dent Tech . Ron is really a nice guy and very professional. On the other note, to all parents out there or would be parents tell your kids to watch out the door when opening and closing doors. Be mindful of other people's car or property. Be respectful and considerate. Unless you don't really care then I guess that's a totally different story. I read the reviews, and sent Ron a picture of a crease dent in my hood (probably the worst kind of dent for this type of repair). He replied quickly, and wanted to come take a look at it. He came over, and gave me a fair estimate, telling me that he thought he could do something, but probably not get it to be "like new" given the type of dent. He was able to come by later that day to work on it, so I gave it a shot. He worked on it for about an hour. Then he called me down, and apologized that he couldn't push out the crease to his satisfaction, and he was going to have to give up. The crease was a bit deeper than he had initially thought, so pushing it out was just making too many wrinkles. He was able to pull out most of the dent, and even fixed a couple of others. Since he wasn't happy with his work, he didn't charge me for it. I tried to insist, but he wouldn't let me pay him for an imperfect job. Ron was a pleasure to deal with, and he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Recommended without reservations! I'd give him 6 stars if I could, and he wasn't even able to fix my dent. read more

Well, after a few years of owning my Cadillac CTS-V, I finally became a victim of two ugly door dings. Ron has never failed me, and I knew he would take care of me again. I called Ron and he was at my doorstep within a few hours. He massaged and worked his magic on both dents (one on trunk, one on driver side rear door). There can only be 5 stars for Ron. My experience was similar to other posters but its worth mentioning that not only is he good at what he does, he's a genuinely nice bloke. Ron was recommended to me by the Subaru service center which I have been using for many years. These guys talked me out of taking my car into their shop for a couple of dings in my body work and suggested Ron as being the best and most economical solution. I made the initial call to see how this whole mobile situation worked. Ron asked for me to email a couple of pics so he could give me a better estimate of the work. Initial call and email exchange was done in a matter of minutes. I had a particular bad ding as it was on a crease in the body work. Ron was upfront in saying it would be difficult to make it perfect but was confident of getting it 95%. Ron accommodated my desire to have the work done quickly as I was was heading out of town and wanted my repair done before I left. Due to inclement weather he suggested I take my car to his house where he started work in his garage to protect from the rain. We sat and chatted while he worked for a couple of hours. Good conversation and interesting to see how he works his magic. He was true to his word. My ding wasn't perfect but it was still a great job given how tough it was. He then went on to fix a couple more dings which we were all but undetectable by the time he finished. It was certainly money well spent and I would have no hesitation making a recommendation to anyone wanting repairs to those annoying dings that is having a car in San Francisco. read more

I had a dent 2 inches from the metal seam and bumper on a brand new Jeep - it was a tight angle to begin with, and it was within 2 inches from the seam on the body panel. I contacted 4 businesses for a consult to see if they could fix a dent on my vespa that was caused by a speeding hipster cyclist on the sidewalk with no brakes who crashed into me while i was parking at my apartment building. After showing these businesses the pics of the dent on my bike after some back and fourth email, Ron was the only one who responded back indicating that he's never worked on a scooter but he'll give it a shot. This was on Saturday and he was booked for the day but will keep in touch. He actually took the time to come on a Sunday to work on fixing the dent on my bike. He worked on the dent as best he could as the angles in the cowl were making it difficult to actually get to the dent with enough torque to smooth it out completely. The gauge of the steel and intricacies within the bike would have been compromised if he forced it however, whatever he did lessened the appearance of the dent to a degree. Even though the venture did not pan out as successfully as I hoped, Ron's professionalism and fearlessness at attempting to fix something he's never worked on before really is something consider when shopping around for business. The other three whom i contacted did not even respond back. If you are shopping around and need a dent removed on the quick, call him first. DentTech has worked on two of my cars including my Maserati. They do amazing work, by that i mean i was sure a bad dent wouldn't come out and they did it so you couldn't tell...clever technology and lots of experience required to make that happen. Professional through and through. I called Ron last week and he asked me to bring my car over so he can give a better estimate. He quoted me a price which is more than half off the other places I've asked. Today, I took my car to him, half expecting to wait at least an hour. He got to it quickly and since he didn't have to do all the work he thought he had to, he fixed two other spots in my car and charged me the original price for fixing ONE area. Ron was a very professional and friendly guy, he was on time with the schedule. my friend thought it was funny to perform a hood slide on my car (just like the action movies) which ended my car with a dent on fender, 2 dents on my hood. As a slightly-OCD-ridden, ex-motorhead raised in Metro Detroit MI, I was superbly bugged out by the dents and chips that seemed to increase by the day in SF. Ron took a look at my car, found more dings than I had even noticed and did a wonderful job fixing all of them. He even buffed out a scuff from someone who had hit my fender that morning. I happened to be in SF that day so I opted to take my car to his place instead of needing him to travel to me, which is something he offers. While waiting for the repairs, which did not take long, he set me up with his internet so I could finalize dinner plans for later that evening. He even recommended a few good places to eat. I had a 7" long v-shaped dent on the roof of my car and after reading the great reviews about DentTech, and Ron, I reached out to see what could be done. Ron came to my house right on time and texted me, per my request, when he arrived (my kid was sleeping). He gave a detailed inspection of my roof, provided options on how to fix it, had a good time-frame in mind to repair the dent, and gave a very reasonable bid for his work (mostly compared to auto body shops). Due to a moment of self inflicted stupidity and being unable to press the instant rewind button, I reversed my mini- van into an unforgiving sharp object, resulting in shattered glass and an ugly dent and scrape on my otherwise well looked after and well looking vehicle. I replaced the glass quickly and then contacted Ron to work his magic on the nasty dent and scrape. Ron was honest from the get go and said that it was a pretty harsh injury, but he would do his best. The surgeon went to work and after an hour and a half or so, I had a much improved looking vehicle, the dent was almost completely gone and a touch of caring paint in a few places made this trip to Ron a huge success. Ron definitely helped me out of a bind and an embarrassing situation. A very nice guy, he kept me informed from the moment I contacted him and if silliness and stupidity becomes a trait I possess more than I'd like to admit, I will definitely return to Ron for similar acts of folly.
