I've never left a dentist's office and raved about it after - until today! I received text and email reminders ahead the appointment, along with the intake form, to make check-in smoother. When I arrived, I completed another form I hadn't done ahead of time. And sat at the bench near the window while I waited. Two other clients checked-in ahead of me. We were called back in the order in which we checked in, and were each in our respective rooms by our 9am appointment time! (I love when appointments start on time). Maria was great! She explained everything to me before she did anything. She explained that e-rays would be done in 3 parts, and walked me through when each step was completed. She explained the iTero before and during use. I was even handed a tv remote to select my Hulu series of choice to binge out during my 90-minute appointment. TVs are on the wall and ceiling for when you're in a recliner position for cleaning. Dr. Keesey was also incredibly friendly and explained everything prior to getting started - down to the numbers I'd hear her saying and what they meant. They were so kind to send me with an extra gift bag for my daughter as a special birthday present, after I told them about her bday celebration the day before. Booking is so easy. Everything is modern, quick, and convenient. I've never been so happy to go to the dentist. It was giving self-care! read more

Everything was great. We looked for a dentist for years. Thrilled we found them! Not going anywhere else.

RUN The cleaning was inferior to every other cleaning I've ever had. Rushed through it. I was scheduled to see a male dentist. After my cleaning a female dentist came in to tell me I needed 7 cavities filled and that she would get them filled if it was her own teeth. I asked her where the cavities were, because this is usually pointed out to me on the X-rays, and she didn't seem to locate any particular region on the tiny X-ray itself. She only rattled off tooth numbers, seemingly off a screen or piece of paper. Did not attempt to provide any clarity at all. They urged me to schedule that on the way out. I declined, thinking this was suspicious as my X-rays one year earlier were great, nothing to even closely watch. They emailed me my treatment plan at approx. 3k as I am cash pay. I found it interesting that the male dentist- whom I never met- had signed my visit note and treatment plan. When I confronted dentologie about this, they had no explanation for this because there is no other explanation other than cutting corners. I let them know that I would not be returning for any procedures yet they still contact me monthly trying to schedule these. I just got new X-rays and a second opinion from my previous dentist, who told me I didn't need any fillings. Not one. He suspects they're using AI software to review X-rays or the manager is reviewing X-rays to increase unnecessary procedures and therefore generate additional revenue. Like I said. Run! read more

I had been going to Dentologie for a few years, and every step of the way there was a lack of transparency or continuity of care. In the office, all the front desk can do is schedule, everything else gets sent out to an offsite billing and insurance department. Unfortunately, after lodging a complaint, it turned out they never filed a few claims to my insurance, and overcharged me for visits, resulting in them owing me money. Additionally, the type of care they offer is limited by the hardware they use. At my most recent cleaning, the suction device fell apart 3 times and the water tank ran out, leaving me to drool all over the office on my way to rinse in the bathroom. I was so scared to go as I have really bad OCD about my teeth. I knew I had a cavity as it had been a while since I went to the dentist, but both the dentist and oral hygienist didn't make me feel bad about it. I even cried infront of them and they were so sweet, recommending a prescription toothpaste and rechecks. Overall I felt super at ease and that's so different from past experiences at other places. I am so glad that I gave this place a shot. The prices aren't bad either 200 for a cleaning seems reasonable as they go super in depth and do X-rays. The oral hygienist talked through everything she was doing before she did it and I really appreciated the level of detail they gave knowing that I was super anxious. Do not go here! I wish I had read the full scope of online reviewed, including on Yelp and reddit reviews before going here. This place is a scam and unfortunately engages in unethical practice by recommending unnecessary treatment plans to maximize profit. I came in for invisalign and had a dental exam that day, they then scheduled me for a routine teeth cleaning while I was awaiting my trays. At my cleaning appointment they told me I needed a "deep cleaning" due to "possible" mild peridontitis, which was suspicious since I had not been told I had any issues at my prior appointment when xrays were taken and reviewed. Thankfully I had the scans reviewed by a dentist friend and another outside exam and was told I do NOT need a deep cleaning and that I do not have any signs of peridontitis. I returned to see them since I had unfortunately already signed up for invisalign with them (and paid in full). At the follow up they told me I needed 7 crowns on my teeth! I take very good care of my teeth, so I found this very odd. I again went to private dentist for another opinion and was told this was not the case, that no crowns were recommended. I returned to them only to complete my invisalign treatment since I have already paid. I have a very minimal correction but have been told I need the "full 2 cycles" and that this is "very normal". I am now concerned they are prolonging the process to ensure they get more money out of me with refinements. DO NOT GO HERE! Do your research, and go to a private, ethical dentist! read more

I really enjoyed my visit firstly for a cleaning it had been 6 months and secondly for my root canal visit. Both times I was taking great care of by the dentist Dr. B and the great dental assistants. The office staff is amazing and I appreciate their use of online appointments and using text to confirm your appointments. As a busy individual with many things to do on my appointments dates I was throughly satisfied with the great service I received and the efficiency to get me on my way in a respective time for my paid parking, never any issues. read more

No one loves going to the dentist, but even so, the visit to Dentologie was as good as could be expected. I was taken on time, the dentist didn't try to push additional services on me that weren't warranted, and they walked me through any out of pocket expenses beforehand so there wouldn't be any surprises. I even got to watch tv during my entire treatment which made it much easier! *I should note that scheduling was messy. I called months in advance to ensure there would be enough time for a cleaning and a cavity only to be told a few days before there wasn't enough time. I worked with the manager, Casi, and she took care of everything. So, I would recommend asking for Casi to schedule. read more

The office is modern and bright, but not particularly clean. I've noticed a lot of dust on the shelving in the treatment rooms, which makes me believe they are not regularly cleaned. The dentist I saw seemed inexperienced. I needed a filling and a crown and the crown in particular was a very painful ordeal across multiple visits. The doctor followed up with me by email which I appreciated but didn't seem to take my concerns about the long-lasting pain very seriously. He prescribed some medication that had not significantly improved my symptoms by the next visit, but he just prescribed another round of the same treatment. I didn't feel confident that his plan would address my issues. read more
