Apparently they were offended that they overheard the Doctor and his staff discussing the fact that the sister was not permitted to be in the room during the appointment. The sister sitting in the waiting room had the patient removed and they left shouting obscenities! After all of this, they came back apparently to shout more obscenities at the Doctor!
