As a nurse, this is high on my list of pet peeves. The first encounter was rushed and painful and the rooms are so small it is impossible to maneuver which is perhaps why it was so uncomfortable. The second and final visit was an exam that included X-rays for my 6 year old daughter. I was not allowed to accompany her for the films, fine. The dental assistant told us it would be fast, she's just going to snap a few pics. 10 minutes later, they walk out and her entire exam has been completed. I was so angry!! My son is on a busy tight schedule with certain dental plan restrictions to work with. Robin went above and beyond to try to accommodate his situation. She even tried to work it out that he could get his x-rays started the same day we called, to get his teeth fixed faster. She was so courteous and understanding, that we like this place before even meeting them in person. We tried others that were closer, and they dismissed us within minutes even when we offered to pay with a credit card, or cash, if the dental plan wouldn't work! It says a lot when the person on the entrance desk is that willing to work with a new client and their personal situation. On that I will give the Burton Dental Care Office a 4. I had taken my wife to this place and on 1st visit they were good and mentioned there 4 cavities…read moreand 1 is major and 3 are minor and i scheduled another appointment for tooth filling which had major decay and needed filling immediately but they did work on minor 1st and scheduled the second appointment to work on major and in the 2nd appointment some other doctor did the work and she worked on 2 teeth but not the one which had major decay and when asked they start telling that it may require root canal and when i asked her how she worked on the tooth which was not given in estimate, she mentioned that she saw cavities so worked on it... so they just never go on what estimates they give. its just a rip off of money and then when i question the senior doctor, he responded with i was on vacation so nothing can be done and account manager was like i will refund the money for working on wrong tooth. when i asked ok as you guys have made mistake work on the tooth which had major decay for free, she was like ok, we will work on it for free but it it requires root canal you would have to pay for it and it would cost $900. So basically its a rip-off. I would never go back to this place nor recommend anyone.

I had a…read morefractured molar, and he said I could have it looked at by an associate who could better tell if I needed a root canal by using a huge microscope. Thankfully I did not need a root canal and saved a bundle of money. Then Dr. Kline put a crown on my back molar and also sanded down the upper tooth so my bite was right. Dr. Kline is down to earth, very approachable, and is outstanding in discussing what is needed, and what may not be needed in dental treatment. He is outstanding in being sensitive to whether the patient feels any pain. He is very, very careful and pays attention to the patient, in order that the patient is not experiencing pain and when he worked on me, he pulled away when he could tell I began wincing and one time during the procedure he asked me if I wanted to "be numbed", or if I was going to be okay; things like this. He also is very good at understanding what you say when your mouth is full of dentist tools. I just really felt this is such a special, caring place. I have recommended this dentist to people, already.
