I always have trouble scheduling appointments and today, when I called several times to make an appointment for my retainers, I got sent to voicemail 10 times. It's not the first time they don't answer my calls, and even when I leave voicemails, they never return the calls. What I don't understand is when I'm there, the receptionists take the calls so I don't understand why they don't take mine, and I call during business hours or leave a voicemail if I know they're out of office. I'm only finishing my regiment and then I'm not coming back. I'd rather not struggle so much when trying to make an appointment, especially since the drive is so far from where I live. I do have some complaints regarding my experience with braces and stuff but that isn't my main issue. It the lack of customer service that is the issue.

My Son has been unable to get his wisdom teeth removed, due to this offices inability to keep a basic schedule. On two separate occasions, after checking in 15 minutes prior to our 2PM appointment, we were left WAITING in their waiting room in excess of 2.5 HOURS! This happened on our initial appointment and again on our re-scheduled appointment! It appears to be this offices standard operating procedure to schedule two appointment times for everyone, some at 8AM and some at 2PM. In this way, they always have a full waiting room ALL THE TIME. They create a corral of patients, and make them wait for extended periods of time, without concern. Wait, Leave or Reschedule, the choice is yours. They are not keeping a standard schedule, with appointments throughout the day, every 15 minutes. If they are, they are very BAD at keeping appointment times, within a reasonable wait time. I don't have a dentist outside of LA so the next morning I called several in the area and the closest dentist to take my insurance was an hour away. I ended up grabbing an emergency appointment with Dr. Kristina Pham, even though they don't accept my insurance. This freshly chipped tooth clearly needed a crown but Dr Pham hooked me up with a temporary filing that she molded into a new tooth. Very much appreciated her solving this missing tooth issue so I could resume eating M&Ms and having fun with friends for the week until I returned home. Also, she charged a very reasonable amount for this quick fix when I was expecting the worst.
