I started my treatment for braces in September 2023 and I have to say I'm very happy with my results. Dr.Pham and his staff are just wonderful! They were very informative about the fees and treatment duration before I even had my braces on, which I think is very helpful for anyone trying to get their treatment done within a decent budget. Came here for a free consultation for invisiline after being referred by my dentist. Folks at the location were very friendly. Let me ask as many questions as needed. They were very through about what the outcome would look like. Prices seemed normal as I understand invisiline is expensive. I am awaiting to see what my insurance will cover but will most likely end up using them. I am excited to get better straighter teeth. read more

I previously had braces in high school but stopped wearing my retainer, oops. The next door dentistry (Desert Dental Care referred me to come here). I paid $5000 for metal braces, which is above average the normal cost. Is it worth it: definitely yes; this dentistry has the latest technology. For example, no molds are needed in your mouth; they have high tech cameras that scan your teeth. My favorite thing about this dentistry: essentially no waiting when you show up for your appointment. My old dentistry would have me wait 15 minutes to go into chair and then another 15 minutes for someone to help me in the chair; but not at this dentistry, you can assisted immediately. The head dentist (Dr. Pham) knows every patient by name, so you get the right personal service. The only thing that I don't like: re-scheduling an appointment. They have only one secretary that's juggling in-person people while also taking care of the phones. I wish they would have an online portal to re-schedule appointments. read more

I really contemplated writing a review because Dr. Pham and his staff are great. They are all nice and professional and the office is very clean. My biggest issue with this office was the end result after braces and the length of treatment. My teeth were not bad at all which is why I was initially told my treatment would only take a year to year and a half. Everyone around me told me I didn't need it and that I had a beautiful smile, but I insisted in perfecting it. I have now regretted this decision every single day from the day my braces came off the second time. Dr Pham removed my braces after 2 and a half years and he let me walk out without telling me anything or showing me end results so it wasn't until I was driving home that I realized my top teeth were flaring out. This resulted in me going in about 3-4 times to get fitted for retainers because they couldn't get some to fit my top teeth. Eventually he had me put the braces back on again and told me the only two options I had were to have jaw surgery or get teeth extracted. At the time I was very concerned about the flaring and wasn't thinking and opted to get teeth extracted. We never talked about the pros and cons, he just gave me the options through text and proceeded to tell me treat he didn't do extractions so I had to go see my dentist and pay them more money to extract teeth that were perfectly fine. Two more years later my braces finally came off for a second time and I have the worst smile ever. I was once a person with a big bright smile and now I refrain from smiling showing my teeth because it is depressing to see my smile now. I have gaps in between some of my teeth and I still ended up with a major over bite. Four and a half years, thousands of dollars, and a beautiful smile that I lost. I will regret coming here forever. For reference, the picture with the braces was only 10 months after I started my procedure and I LOVED my smile then, but he insisted we work on that overbite, only to end up with the worst possible over bite. I've completely destroyed my smile and face. read more

Dr. Pham has been my doctor for two years now and I can honestly say he's amazing. After changing from my prior doctor to him my teeth has never looked better. I get compliments everyday on how beautiful my teeth and smile is, thanks to him I can finally smile without feeling self conscious about my teeth. My family and I have been going to Dr. Pham for seven months now. We are very happy with him and all his staff. They have been friendly and welcoming every time we come in.
