I've had nothing but trouble with this dentist. the only reason I've stayed was because it was the only dentist near my home that took my insurance. for starters, their punctuality is by far the worst I've ever experienced. they have a history of making be wait 40 minutes to an hour to be brought back and still make me wait there for about 20 minutes to half an hour before being taken care of. anyways, the reason I'm leaving this review is due to the fact that my appointment yesterday was not pleasant. the dentist was rude after I told her to be careful. my orthodontist had just glued down my permanent retainer not even a month ago because it was coming off. I spent a lot of money on that. well, the dentist drilled off so much glue on it anyways. it is no longer connected to my teeth. I called to complain today. I was told be be here in 20 minutes. I was early, per usual. it's now been an hour and I still haven't been helped. I was told "just a minute" multiple times. when I told them the issue of what they did when I checked in, the nurse tried to gaslight me into thinking that I'm confused saying that I'm mistaken and they they only took off the plaque. I've explained that I know it's the glue due to my retainer no longer being connected. Now they are telling me that they can't fit me in and to reschedule read more

Very Unprofessional and can never keep a scheduled appointment. 3x now they text to say my appointment has to be rescheduled and they try to automatically schedule you for the following week even though I have told them numerous times I'm only in town one week every three months. They also bill for numerous things that they don't do so they could try to get your insurance to pay for more. This place is such a scam. Be careful do not go here. read more

Beware: as highly disorganized, poor communication, and questionnable competence. Dentist office took $875. payment prior to fairly simple tooth extraction, THEN produced e-sign quoting potential 350% higher fee than agreed price (tried to have me sign for $2,900+, as opposed to $875. that was agreed). Request for me to sign was made AFTER they had me pay. So upon reviewing this new $2,900+ e-sign document, I cancelled even before beginning ANY treatment. Was there 3-5 minutes. Was not even touched by the dentist. Dentist Ms. Nieto's office said they understood and Ms. Nieto will "cancel the payment you made so it won't even go through," Office asst. said, "She's busy with a patient right now" as the reason why the office could not provide a credit-back receipt for the cancelled payment/procedure right there and then. Fast forward now 3 weeks, a 12/24/25 call to their office (wherein Ms. Nieto said she credited the money back, but did not), and a subsequent in-person visit to the office (on 01/06/26), and 'dentist' Ms. Nieto still will not communicate nor provide a credit-back receipt or statement. This is simple, I did not go through with the tooth extraction because full disclosure of potential costs was not made PRIOR to collecting payment for the procedure, but after. Ms. Nieto also said she may break the tooth in process of extraction. New info., too. Comforting! This all made me hesitant. In conclusion, one would expect a dentist, someone handling people's healthcare, would be at least a decent communicator and an ethical person. It's :( sad (and arguably constitutes fraud) that I will need to (which I am preparing to do now) take Ms. Nieto to court to get my $875 back given that I was that day and still am obviously, given the circumstances, due an immediate refund. Now I'm sooo glad I didn't have the procedure from her. Imagine dealing with this kind of dentist/office if a procedure goes wrong or amidst serious dental pain or dental E.R. situation. This is the worst dental office I've ever been to. I don't even have a hygienist. Dentist doesn't even seem like she knows what she's doing. I am also going to report them to Medicare fraud department. They pulled one tooth that took 30 minutes and charged Medicare for things they didn't even do over $3000. Although the office is nicely decorated and clean, I feel like I wasted so much time trying to get done what I needed to get done because of the disorganization of the office making things harder than it really needs to be. I only needed a night guard and a cleaning and that took SIX visits. I have no doubts about the dental care that I received, once I actually received it, or about the skills of the dentist there, so at least there's that. Visit 1: When I called to make the appointment, I was clear with the receptionist that I am pregnant, and needed a cleaning and a night guard. I filled out the paperwork online in advance, as requested, and disclosed that I am pregnant there as well. At the visit, they said that they were not aware and I needed to get my OB to sign a form before they can do anything. The visit had to be rescheduled. Visit 2: I was able to get the cleaning done, but I guess the visit was only scheduled for a cleaning, so I had to schedule another one to get a scan for a night guard. I was also told that I had a cavity which they could take care of the next visit. Visit 3: I was able to get the scan for my night guard, but everyone seemed confused when I mentioned the cavity. I guess it wasn't documented? They told me that I could get the cavity fixed after I deliver, but the last visit they told me I should do it asap, so that left me a little confused. During the scan, it seemed the technician wasn't sure how to do the scan and the dentist seemed annoyed so much that they stepped in and took over.. super awkward. Visit 4: Came to pick up the night guard. It didn't fit. The dentist seemed annoyed at the technician for supposedly not doing the scan correctly, but they both did the scan as previously mentioned. Again, kind of awkward. Visit 5: I scheduled this visit to come pick up the night guard again, and I guess the receptionist did not hear me say that I wanted it for Friday (when I'm off) and scheduled it for Monday (when I am NOT off). No one called me on Monday, I came on Friday, to find the doors locked as the office had closed early. I had to call on Monday to try to reschedule again. Visit 6: FINALLY was able to get my night guard.... And not just that! They also gave me a super hard time when I asked for an itemized receipt for my FSA reimbursement, saying that insurance needs to go through first before they can give that to me (although I am not using insurance..) - took several phone calls that got escalated to the dentist, who just gave me what I asked for, and guess what, my FSA accepted it and reimbursed me (like I told them they would). read more

They are quick to service u and are extremely patient. My teeth turned out to be very and so she had to inject me 3x during the procedure to properly numb me. Im sure that elongated the procedure but the dentist very patient and reassuring the whole time. Her is also super sweet and welcoming. read more

This is the worst office (medical or dental) I have ever set foot in! For starters the dentist herself is rude to her staff and has poor bedside manner. As far as scheduling appointments goes don't count on keeping the ones you make I've been called 3 times to reschedule. Finally got the chance to be seen had an 8:30 appointment and here I am 30 minutes later being asked if I can reschedule yet again as I'm sitting in the office. Completely unprofessional. Completely inconsiderate of me and my time. When I explained this to the dentist she replied by saying I need to have a more flexible schedule. To me this is laughable that I need to be more flexible to her canceling my appointments continuously. My first appointment went VERY well. The tech was quite pleasant and professional. The doctor was very nice and actually did my initial cleaning, which is not common these days. Their prices seem very reasonable. I spend the winters in the valley and the summers in the Chicago. I'm making Dr. Nieto my "go-to" DDS over my guy in Chicago. I like to get my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months. The doc gave me no reason to give this office less than five stars. read more

WOW. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WITH A DOCTORATE DEGREE MYSELF AND I WILL NEVER TREAT MY PATIENT LIKE THIS. Normally i would not write a bad review because i know how tough the economy is and a bad review can really hurt the business. However i really want to warn OTHER about this dental office. I made an appointment about 1 week ago just to get general cleaning done. I called other dentists and they don't have anything available until 2 months later so i was very happy when this dental office have an available appointment. 8:00am My appointment was at 8:00am. I wasn't seen until 9:15am so i started to feel something is not right. Eventually they did an X ray for me and Dr. Nineto finally take a look at my teeth. She recommended deep cleaning but she said she needs to check my insurance and see if is cover first. 9:45am Another patient walks in (mind you, another patient who was also seen at 8am already left, and i am still sitting in the chair) so i ask the girl how much long is going to take. She said AN HOUR. At this point i am pretty upset because obviously Dr. Nineto double book me last week and she is the one who made the appointment for me herself. I told the front desk lady Jennifer i am quite unhappy and she MADE NO APOLOGIES and didn't even offer what else she can do for me. I guess Jennifer is used to seeing patient just walk out of the office like this all the time. read more

My husband just had a implant procedure around the screw for the implanted tooth. Mind you he's had the screw in for 6 months. This morning the office was overbooked for his appointment. They were just going to do a fitting of the implant but instead they did another graphing on the same tooth. They cut around the gums and did a incision around the tooth. Which basically means the gums were overgrown on the graph and screw implant area. I am positive he's got a infection on top of that. The dentist Dr. Chung used a 5/8 scalpel to cut into the gums and there was a lot of bleeding. Basically the he was mad and upset because of the overbooked day that he took some sort of anger out on the patient. He also complained about fat around the gums. Very unprofessional. Because during my husband's procedure other patients were complaining of extreme pain. His jaw , ears and gum area are swollen. Plus his lips, tongue are bleeding and swollen. The reason his lips and tongue are injured because the dentist's scalpel hit his lips twice and tongue once by mistake. I just got off the phone with Jennifer and the dentist Dr. ANGELICA NIETO told me he is not bleeding or swollen. First of all she wasn't the dentist who did the procedure. The dentist Dr. Jae Woo Chung is the one who did it. We only saw him once 6 months ago. We said we were glad he's not our dentist because he was complaining about his long day. I asked the dentist over and over what should we do? Urgent care? Any instructions? Nothing!!!!! We're thinking of charging them with a malpractice lawsuit!!! read more
