It's not the first time they don't answer my calls, and even when I leave voicemails, they never return the calls. What I don't understand is when I'm there, the receptionists take the calls so I don't understand why they don't take mine, and I call during business hours or leave a voicemail if I know they're out of office. I'm only finishing my regiment and then I'm not coming back. I'd rather not struggle so much when trying to make an appointment, especially since the drive is so far from where I live. I do have some complaints regarding my experience with braces and stuff but that isn't my main issue. It the lack of customer service that is the issue.

I don't have a dentist outside of LA so the next morning I called several in the area and the closest dentist to take my insurance was an hour away. I ended up grabbing an emergency appointment with Dr. Kristina Pham, even though they don't accept my insurance. This freshly chipped tooth clearly needed a crown but Dr Pham hooked me up with a temporary filing that she molded into a new tooth. Very much appreciated her solving this missing tooth issue so I could resume eating M&Ms and having fun with friends for the week until I returned home. Also, she charged a very reasonable amount for this quick fix when I was expecting the worst.
