The second time I just left because I kept getting the answer that they were still trying to confirm. Another patient also rescheduled because his wait was too long. This dental office had one receptionist where I observed seven people waiting in line. When I went for just a cleaning, they tried to upsell other dental services before I could leave. To me, avoid this place and find another network provider in your dental plan.

Unbelievable, I begged them to just do the regular cleaning and not make me find another dentist but they wouldn't listen and I walked out of the office without getting any cleaning at all. I always have trouble scheduling appointments and today, when I called several times to make an appointment for my retainers, I got sent to voicemail 10 times. It's not the first time they don't answer my calls, and even when I leave voicemails, they never return the calls. What I don't understand is when I'm there, the receptionists take the calls so I don't understand why they don't take mine, and I call during business hours or leave a voicemail if I know they're out of office. I'm only finishing my regiment and then I'm not coming back. I'd rather not struggle so much when trying to make an appointment, especially since the drive is so far from where I live.
