I loved my experience here at Dental Masters, everyone was very welcoming from the managers, to the doctors, Over all it was a pleasant experience. None of this would be possible without the amazing efforts of Miss Sabina. She continued diligently with setting up my time frame to get me in and out in a painless experience.(especially for setting it for the weekend) I previously had work done on a molar elsewhere when I was younger and unfortunately left me with the distrust of getting my cheek drilled into while getting work done. After visiting here I felt a lot better with how I was treated by Miss Ofelia, and also Miss Alyssa putting up with my gripes about minor dental fears. GREAT SERVICE! !!!!! My husband had a dental emergency and the office was able to see him 1st thing in the morning. The staff was nice especially Ofelia (supervisor). She explained what he needed done and within 30mins the Dr was done. I'm not from this area but I will definitely be changing dental offices, I do not mind the drive for great service. Office is opened on Saturdays, so that is a BIG plus. While I was waiting I was able to observe a few things...... As patients were arriving, they were called in within 5mins. It seems that they do not over book their appointments. Office looks clean and organized. There is a full wall of pictures with happy patients which I thought was nice. DO NOT GO HERE !!! I called this office looking for an Endodontist for a root canal. i specifically asked them if they accepted my insurance and they said yes. I came in the next morning gave them my insurance card thinking everything was fine.. I was taken to the back to take xrays and that was fine. Then the Dr. Came in with the financial girl to take notes and explained everything about the root canal and proceeded to talk about other things going on with my teeth.. I let her know I had a general dentist and I was just there for the root canal. The Dr. Stepped out and left me with the financial girl, the first thing that came out of her mouth was that the Endodontist didn't take my insurance and it would cost around $1,000. Are you kidding me I just wasted a whole hour for nothing and they knew what insurance I had and what the problem was no excuse.. All they wanted was to get me in and sell me stuff while I was in pain. This is so unethical and pathetic.. I hate to give them 1 star. They are all about money! Gave me a quote of $16,000, with insurance!!! Smh. And they overbook appointments. I was there almost 2 hours. The first girl did my x-rays wrong so someone else had to do them again. Not to mention the tools they use look old and scratched up. The rooms weren't clean. Sink and countertop weren't even clean. My new dental spot! This place is awesome. I went during my lunch time and they were prompt with my checkup. I was having issues grinding in my sleep and Dr. Duong was accurate and recommended me a mouth guard which my previous Dr. also recommended. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions which made me feel at ease. I think she's new there. I always feel like I ask my doctor too many questions lol The front desk was also friendly and everyone looked happy to be there. They offered my preventative gum treatment and educated me on the benefit, but I opt out became I usually do more research before I pay for any out of pocket expenses. Maybe next time! Called back the next day and stated I had called no one return my call said they were closed the day I called. I love this place! Might I say I am well versed with my insurance and I take great care of my teeth! So all those people whom say they try to take advantage probably have NOT flossed and are perturbed they have some serious problems and have a huge bill to pay! I have never had a situation where I am "sold" anything, but once again...I take care of my teeth so whats there to sell? Every time I go, they greet me super nicely. Today my son went in for a tooth extraction. He waited three weeks for this appointment and that was he was in pain. When he arrived, he waited 2-1/2 hours past his appointment time. RIDICULOUS!! What is the point of having an appointment when you are made to wait that long. I call to complain and I'm told some extractions take longer than others....Well don't book so many appointments then. My son was in and out in 20 minutes. They just over booked. Well now my son lost a day of work that is not paid!!! Very disappointed since I recommend this place! It's all about the money people. I would give the place zero stars if I could. A good business keeps their customers happy if they want them to return. They just lost a family of seven customers.
