When I called to ask about this they told me I had a past due amount and used her credit to help offset it. So they applied her credit to my account without her permission. They keep her credit for over a year without tell her she had a credit. No sure how they get off intermingling accounts. I would not step foot in this place if you value your money$$$$$$$$$$&$$

I called the office and they said we can't make an appointment because there is a balance. Fine I pay the balance and they obviously didn't listen to the parts about the child being in pain and booked him for a cleaning instead. When we arrived for our appointment they were surprised that he was in pain and "had no idea". Told us they'd be happy to X-ray the visible hole in the tooth but didn't have time to do anything to it being that it a holiday and they booked themselves full.
