I normally don't leave reviews, but after being scheduled and then canceled on four different times, I feel like people deserve to know what they're walking into here. Every appointment I've tried to make has been a juggling act between my work schedule and my kids' schedules, so when I book, it's not just a simple "move it around" for me. It's a real commitment.
The worst part is that they don't even call when they cancel. Instead, they just send a quick text the day of the appointment, leaving me scrambling to rearrange everything last minute. That's unprofessional and honestly disrespectful of patients' time.
What I've noticed is that if you get an early morning appointment (8 or 9 am), they usually keep it. But if you schedule for the afternoon (anything around 2 pm or later) it's almost guaranteed you'll be rescheduled. How does a dental office stay in business like this? It feels like they're booking appointments they know they can't keep, and patients are the ones paying the price in wasted time and frustration.
I'm really disappointed and won't be recommending them. If you value reliability and respect for your time, look elsewhere. read more
