The worst experience I've ever had. I had a bridge in my mouth beside my wisdom teeth, and this…read moreasshole of a surgeon couldn't take more then 30 minutes to remove them. In doing so he broke my bridge. And i have had lots of grief and money spent dealing with the after math. Would high recommend not coming to this place, literally go anywhere else.

I have been dealing with the billing office for over 6 months and still do not have my bill…read moreresolved. They did a pre-authorization (which took 2 months) and then had me pay prior to my surgery. I found this odd, but did it anyways. The office then scheduled my surgery for a date when the Dr was out of the office and made me reschedule. After my surgery, I was still sent a bill for the entire remaining amount with no money paid by insurance and no further explanation. I contacted OSMichiana about this issue and they stated that my Dental insurance would not pay because i needed to inform my insurance co that there was "no other dental insurance" (incorrect). My dental insurance co stated that OSMichiana needed to submit MEDICAL insurance (not dental) first. This is standard practice for dental work. I directed OSMichiana to file this claim with medical insurance. OSMichiana contacted me approximately 2 months later stating that my bill was still delinquent. When I contacted my insurance company (again) they stated that OSMichiana had sent them the insurance claim only one week ago (OSMichiana waited 6 weeks to submit the claim after I directed them to submit it). 1 week later, I sent OSMichiana my medical insurance EOB via email as they had requested. 2 months later, OSMichiana contacted me stating that my bill still was not settled and they were "going to send my account to collections". I informed them that I'd had no communications from them for 2 months. OSMichiana told me that they had mailed me 3 bills (false). OSMichiana asked for my email address (which I had already provided to them numerous times) and emailed my bill to me. The balance is still more than $1,000. Now I am going to have to contact my dental insurance company (again) to make sure that the billing is correct. I definitely do NOT trust the billing office at OSMichiana. They seem to follow a pattern. 1) incompetence 2) laziness 3) threatening phone calls 4) repeat The good news, the surgery was great. No complaints at all.

I am so afraid of going to the dentist, so the anxiety I had going to get a tooth extracted was…read morealmost more than I could take. Dr. Anderson and his team are so great. The procedure went well. The care and compassion they gave to me was incredible knowing how scared I was. I can't say enough about them. My insurance didn't pay hardly anything on this, but I didn't care as long as I had someone who I could trust. Dr. Anderson even personally called me later that day to check in on me. Thank you to the staff - ALL OF YOU, for helping me through. Lesa K.

My experience with Dr. Anderson was very disappointing. He obviously did not have the time for…read moreme. 100$ for absolutely nothing. Not one referral to someone who could help me, not one well we could do this! All he said was go home and eat differently and use a rinse that I paid 36$ for, that I can get on Amazon. No one understands what I have gone through, but I expected more than he gave me. Unless you have been through the pain I have had, you know nothing. It was obvious that he cares not for older people I don't think of me being old, but, by the time he was done talking and acting like he knew it all, I felt what most older people feel. They blow us off and only want to concentrate on Younger people. I thought he was Pompous and a know -it - all, but, funny, he didn't know anything. Too bad because I was willing to pay anything since my insurance doesn't cover his so called services.

This was a scary visit for me as I have neglected my teeth. One of my molars cracked, broke…read morereally. First I am thankful for their emergency dental care. I waited to be fitted in for about 90 minutes. They took the circular x-ray, and couple of others once in the chair. They went over what had to be done. They were kind, sympathetic, and the tech even let me squeeze her hand as the tooth was bring pulled. The crack was long and deep as the x-ray showed. Dr. Paige was wonderful as were Ali and Renatta (sp). I also knew what I had to pay before it all really began and offered the payment plan if needed. I am going back...and hopefully my teeth will become healthier.

My autistic son had to go in to have a tooth pulled. We were the first ones there at 7:45 and…read morebecause we were a walk in, we sat there for about 2 and a half hours while everyone else that came in was called back immediately upon their arrival. No coffee, no magazines, but plenty of hand sanitizer and Kleenex. When my son was finally called back, everything went smooth until about an hour after we got home. The numbness wore off about 50 minutes after we got home and my son started to swell up quite a bit and was in a lot of pain. I went to the pharmacy and no medicine was even called in. Four hours later and my son finally gets his medicine and no pain medicine was prescribed for him for the day. I've given my son Tylenol and ibuprofen and he's still in pain. Afdent got their 620 dollars though, so that's all that really matters. Sending a patient home swollen and in pain with nothing to help for the day just doesn't seem right, but at least we helped make Dr. Pecina a little bit richer.
