But since it has been taken over by Elite Dental it has gone completely down hill. They charged our HSA account the full amount for a procedure my wife had done. Then they billed our insurance company for the full amount as well. We have been trying to get the HAS card credited for the difference of $802.00 since April. They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. These are not honest people.

Dr. Turner immediately went off! Asking "Sounds like you think I'm after your pocketbook". And "If that was the case, I would have found something wrong with your husbands teeth". Meanwhile I'm sitting here at 36 years old and never had a cavity, have perfectly straight teeth without ever having braces. Dr. Turner then proceeded to tell my wife, "I showed you the pictures, and if you want a second opinion, then I'm not doing the work. You need to leave". Dr. Turner is the worst dentist I have ever seen, and so glad we found out who he truly is after only going to him one time. There are plenty of dentists around. We don't need someone with the mindset of amputation when an anti-inflammatory would work. Do better Dr. Turner, you have a lot of work to do to be considered semi-professional. They told me it was in so tight that my dentist would have to drill it out that was not the case as it fell fell out the next night and tried to call the office but they were closed and then the next day was Sunday. Since I had to leave on Sunday night I had to go home and I fixed it myself with fixodent. They charged me more for being out of state which cost me $96.00. I don't recommend.

Sheena and Steve (dentists) are married partners off the practice, and they are both fantastic, friendly and gentle. I have had so many bad experiences with prior doctors and as a result I struggle with severe dental related anxiety and fear. Even the smell of a dental office, that ground enamel smell, will make my heart race and have me nauseous. Then we found Dr. Mader and I can't even properly explain how much of an impact he has had on my life. Every visit I feel years of anxiety shed off like weights being lifted from my shoulders; they make me feel super comfortable, remember me and my wife and kids by name the moment we walk in, the office and exam rooms all smell wonderful (clean and sterile and no tooth enamel smell), the staff is all SOO nice. You can tell they care about their team and hand pick the best of the best, which then means you get people who work on you with great attitudes and are just genuinely pleasant to be around. Besides the amazing staff of nurses and Dr. Mader, I've also had the pleasure of having Dr Lynch, Dr VanDeVoore. and Dr Durnell and all are equally incredible doctors. Shout out to all of them, some of the kindest and coolest doctors I've met in my life. I mean, I would hang out with these people, they all just give off that "good guy vibe." I always come out feeling better, even during procedures where there should be discomfort after and I've got to say -- I just feel better than I did before the procedure! Even putting in an IV line I couldn't feel a thing, not even a pinch. I don't know how they do it, these guys are so good I'm tempted to call them magicians instead of doctors because their work is straight up magic. The only other time I had a root canal, I had to have gas (very hard for the endodontist to work under these conditions) and I needed a friend in the room with me, holding my hand the entire time. This endodontist was not able to perform the root canal because he was not able to get me numb and just gave up. Having had this experience on top of my dental anxiety I was terrified coming into Dr. Swanson's office. Dr. Swanson and his team were thourough in all aspects of my visit. They made me feel comfortable (music playing in the exam room!) and fully explained everything they were going to do and again as they did it. Again I had a very difficult time getting numb but Dr. Swanson was incredibly patient and persistent until I couldn't feel a thing. Took about 4 trys but he finally got there! The procedure was quick, painfree, and I left the office much more comfortable than I came in. He also prescribed some pain medicine for the few days following the procedure when the tooth is sensitive. If you need any type of endodontic therapy go see Dr. Swanson! My only wish is he did other dental work so I could see him for all my teeth needs!
