5 stars isn't enough! I seriously can't express how incredibly happy I am to have Dr. Mader and his staff as my go to dentist office. I have had so many bad experiences with prior doctors and as a result I struggle with severe dental related anxiety and fear. Even the smell of a dental office, that ground enamel smell, will make my heart race and have me nauseous. Then we found Dr. Mader and I can't even properly explain how much of an impact he has had on my life. Every visit I feel years of anxiety shed off like weights being lifted from my shoulders; they make me feel super comfortable, remember me and my wife and kids by name the moment we walk in, the office and exam rooms all smell wonderful (clean and sterile and no tooth enamel smell), the staff is all SOO nice. You can tell they care about their team and hand pick the best of the best, which then means you get people who work on you with great attitudes and are just genuinely pleasant to be around. Besides the amazing staff of nurses and Dr. Mader, I've also had the pleasure of having Dr Lynch, Dr VanDeVoore. and Dr Durnell and all are equally incredible doctors. Shout out to all of them, some of the kindest and coolest doctors I've met in my life. I mean, I would hang out with these people, they all just give off that "good guy vibe." I always come out feeling better, even during procedures where there should be discomfort after and I've got to say -- I just feel better than I did before the procedure! Even putting in an IV line I couldn't feel a thing, not even a pinch. I don't know how they do it, these guys are so good I'm tempted to call them magicians instead of doctors because their work is straight up magic. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who have worked with me, you have truly made my dental experiences better and better with every visit. I finally look forward to my next appointment rather than dreading it and that is all because of this facility's amazing work. We considered moving out of state and I'm not even kidding when I say Dr. Mader's clinic impacted that decision. He and his staff are seriously THAT GOOD. Very professional but at 3.5X the price of where I got my All on Six (actually 8) I can't recommend them. Total arch replacement should NOT cost more than a car!!! $48k for plastic teeth top and bottom on 6 implants each!! I went to Costa Rica and got a US educated Dentist that uses the same German Zirkonzahn implants and techniques for under $15k. These US markups are intolerable money grabs! All Dentists should be kind and make their money while simultaneously serving the community by improving their patients' health at a reasonable cost. read more

Extremely nice people, equipment and building. Extremely aggressive on wanting to drill every little questionable spot on your teeth. Had an all clear the year before from my regular dentist, but then they became out of network so I chose to go to Mader for a cleaning. Came out with 7 cavities and a possible root canal!! What??!! Went for a second opinion at another dentist office and they said only two small spots needed worked on and definitely no root canal. Mader is way, way too aggressive with wanting to drill everything in site. Be Warned! read more

Dr. Lynch is an excellent and incredibly gentle dentist. Dr. Lynch takes the the time to get to know his patients as well. Dr. Lynch listens to his patients and does not recommend unnecessary dental procedures that many other dental providers talk their patients into because the dental provider receives the profit. I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Lynch, Dr. Mader, and their staff. Dr. Lynch & Dr. Mader's dental office is also very beautiful and creates a relaxing ambience prior to any procedure being performed. I find this to be a must have for those who do not like going to the dentist! read more

There are reasons I've been a patient of Dr. Mader's now for approximately 10 years. From the first-class office staff, ease of getting an appointment, to the comfort of the office itself (I'm not making this up you actually look out on a beautiful stream with grass and trees from the chair--yes, I said a stream!!), I've literally never had a bad experience. Then there's the dentistry-- not only pain-free, but everything I've had done looks amazing and actually holds up over time. I do not recommend at all, i called to check into getting a consultation appointment and asked the lady on the phone about rough estimates on services i was interested in and I was never told any amount but was told that i should probably check into a cheaper place like Affordable Dentures- I think that was very rude , without ever meeting me she was making assumptions, so any idea i had of spending my hard earned money here is gone. read more

comes across as a nice person and willing to help. He promises a lot of help but is by far the most expensive dentist in the area and talks about helping with options but then has his staff only give invasive options and most expensive routes. I went to the next two highest rated dentist in the area afterwards and both of them gave me quotes for the same work (even though they mentioned it was not all needed) and came back over $2,000 under his cost! On top of that he then send me a bill for emailing my other dentist my records. He is out to rip people off. He charge my insurance over $400 just to look at my mouth and take xrays. no cleaning or anything. read more

I'm a new patient and I can already say that I enjoy going to the dentist again. Everyone is friendly and attentive to any issues you are having. Dr. Lynch took into consideration the pros and cons of each decision and based it upon if it was HIS mouth. Dr.Mader has been our dentist for 15 yrs or more. He has completely reconstructed my wife's teeth and they look terrific and have lasted 15 years now. His knowledge, judgement, technical skills, and equipment are superb. He is at the forefront of dental reconstruction techniques an equipment. He has repaired many problems for me under iv sedation. The latest was today- a fractured molar. I was in D.C. 2 days ago, and broke the tooth, I called his office even on off hours and left a recording. Thirty minutes later the office manager called and set me up for a Monday appt. I switched flights out of DC and flew to SBend. Monday am she even texted me at 7:00 am to switch me from a 1:00pm appt. to 8:30am. I did IV sedation with literally zero pain, zero memory. He fixed the fractured molar with a crown that he mills in his office on a CAD machine. He repaired a second molar with another in house milled porcelain implant, he tightened a titanium crown that was slightly loose. He is the best!!! To let the readers here know how important and good he is, we have lived in N.Y. for four years now, and fly from New York back here for all our dental work by Dr. MADER. THANKS to the staff as well, the girls doing anesthesia, the front desk, teeth cleaning, appointments, helping him, they are all terrific. 5 stars----5 times over. David read more

I have just completed my fourth dental appointment at another local dentist who's trying to fix work that Dr. Mader and staff has done to me. It will cost me almost 10 thousand dollars and will take me three years to repair and replace the porcelain fillings that were put in incorrectly. Doctor Mader is only in the business for one reason... To make money. He does not care about his patients or what is ethically right. His office may look fancy and he may say all the right things, but in the end.. The patent pays more they they were prepared to pay in pain and suffering. read more

No one wants their credit card charged for amounts far higher than agreed. No one wants to have far less benefit dollars available to them later in the year due to their insurance company being billed for services not rendered, by a provider who takes payment for services not rendered.
