I called Billy L. to request a quote to remove a pesky door dent on my beloved Range Rover and this was probably by far the most rude person I have spoken to over the phone. Keep in mind I am a female and know very little about cars. I don't know the correct terminology for certain things. Billy took advantage of that and quoted me over $150 more than other competitors which was absurd. I recommend to shop around as there are plenty of other dent removal companies. I had some reservations at first since the work required drilling a hole underneath in order to work out the dent on my hood but Billy assured me that it would be unnoticeable and he was right.
