The office was very clean, they had a form ready for my situation, the person who help me was very kind and professional, and they were able to buff out most of the scratch on my vehicle. Responding to 5/6/2022 1 STAR review of Dave's talent and his crew by suggesting that 5 STAR…read morereviews posted are bogus and a ploy to get her business. I've had Dave work on my granddaughter Scion and we couldn't have been more pleased of his work and the crew working under him. Shortly thereafter my Ford Ranger was damaged due to a accident in Meridian and son of a gun, Dave of Auto Express came to mind knowing how talented and satisfied I was with his work on the Scion and wanted Dave of Auto Express to repair the Ranger. In both reviews I gave Dave and employees Auto Express 5 STARS of my own free will. One more thing I want to say, I'm only a customer that didn't know Dave of Auto Express before the Scion repair and wasn't offered any discount for the reviews. Today, I happen to notice a review that accused Dave of Auto Express of pulling some kind of bait and switch operation by making up 5 STAR reviews. Auto Express earned the 5 STARS by pleasing his customers. Thanks Auto Express

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop…read more I took my 2023 Denali in for a simple repair after it was bumped in a parking lot on the bedside. I was told the repair would take about a week. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and was shocked at the poor quality of work. The paint was awful -- the rocker panel wasn't even painted, there were runs in the clear coat, and the gravel guard looked completely different from the factory side. They agreed to fix it, but after another week, I picked up my truck and it somehow looked even worse. I was then told, "That's the best we can do, and if you want it to look good, you'll need to take it to another shop." This is the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. I would never trust them with a vehicle again.

Perfect Fit or Perfect Shit?…read more I've hesitated to make this post, but after today I feel people deserve to know my experience. In November, I had my valve cover gaskets replaced. Less than a year later, I went to change my spark plugs and found a large amount of oil in every spark plug well except two. Now I'm having to replace the valve cover gaskets all over again myself. That's not even the worst part. I also had my entire suspension replaced there in November. Within about a week of driving, one of the struts came up through the wheel well, leaving a huge hole that had to be repaired. On top of that, I later discovered my right front brake caliper wasn't even bolted on. These aren't minor mistakes, they're serious safety issues. If you want a shop that stands behind its work and you want your vehicle repaired safely and correctly, I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here based on my experience. I gave them my trust, and now I'm paying to fix their work myself.
