After going to a chain auto body repair shop I found Ray's to be much more agreeable to my needs. Only 5 days to repair compared to 2 weeks or longer. Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... I stopped in in today , July,11, 2024 at Rays Auto Body and asked if they could look at some bodywork that another firm had performed on my car that didn't seem correct. I just wanted to know how serious it was. Nate looked at it, grabbed some tools and spent about twenty minutes + realigning the rear tailgate and adjusting the latch and made everything look perfect. He didn't ask for anything but I paid him something none the less. He was very gracious to ask if he could help the second I walked in to the shop and help me out ASAP. Chad Holt provided an estimate that was fair for the damsge to my car. He was able to schedule the repairs 3 days later and then it was fixed 3 working days later. The price did not change from the estimate and the work was completed ahead of the original estimated date. I recently spoke to Gina at Ray's Auto Body and submitted my insurance estimate and photos to them so they may coordinate and schedule repairs. I never heard back from them for over two weeks, so I called to inquire and was given the run around by Gina, with her providing no understanding as to what to do next. I just want my car fixed, gave them the business and they sat on it. She said owner still needed to look at photos, even though they had the photos for over two weeks. I don't understand why they just couldn't tell me what to do next, or at least schedule the next step. Not sure how their body work is, as all other Yelp reviews are good. But, dealing with Gina and just simply getting the process started was horrible. I cancelled and will take my car elsewhere. read more

Excellent service!! I took a road trip from LA to Boise to see my family. I backed into a boulder that wasn't visible by my backup camera in the Trader Joe's parking lot. (Terrible placement! I backed into a tree and caused some damage to my left rear quarter panel in my F 150. After getting several estimates I went to Rays with a friend that was having his truck detailed.
