After going to a chain auto body repair shop I found Ray's to be much more agreeable to my needs. Only 5 days to repair compared to 2 weeks or longer. Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... What a great surprise! All in all great service at a great price and beautifully done. I recommend Ray's without reservation. read more

Very pleased with the kindness and service at this shop. I won't be going anywhere else moving forwards.

Five stars all the way. This body shop delivered exceptional craftsmanship and flawless paint work. The finish is perfect, the lines are clean, and the color match is spot-on. Beyond the work itself, the team was extremely professional, communicative, and respectful of timelines. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommended. read more

RAY'S ROCKS! Had a minor issue with a piece of trim. I had the part with me to show. Zoe brought Derek over and he fixed in minutes! Eazy-peezy. Clean shop. Friendly and knowlegable. This mom & pop shop was better than the big boys I called. Shop no further. Go to Ray's. read more

Very professional. Got my truck back to me in no time. Steve was in contact with me thru every step of the process. Cannot tell that anything was even wrong with it. If I ever need body repair done in the future this will be the phone call I make. read more

Just had my Mazda fixed after my bumper was damaged. Great service and the owner and front desk staff are so kind! I went to a couple other auto shops for estimates, and besides one of them already commenting that "rays is a good one", this place gives a fair price. They told me up front when the earliest was I could schedule, but my car was ready to be picked up in 2 days. Will be recommending this place to friends and family in the Boise area!! read more

I stopped in in today , July,11, 2024 at Rays Auto Body and asked if they could look at some bodywork that another firm had performed on my car that didn't seem correct. I just wanted to know how serious it was. Nate looked at it, grabbed some tools and spent about twenty minutes + realigning the rear tailgate and adjusting the latch and made everything look perfect. He didn't ask for anything but I paid him something none the less. He was very gracious to ask if he could help the second I walked in to the shop and help me out ASAP. Thanks Chad and Rays Scott Moore read more

Chad Holt provided an estimate that was fair for the damsge to my car. He was able to schedule the repairs 3 days later and then it was fixed 3 working days later. The price did not change from the estimate and the work was completed ahead of the original estimated date. Overall, I would say this is place to try when you have body work needed on your car. read more

Ray's Auto Body Repair provided 5 star service throughout our dealings with them post car accident. From the estimate to communicating with insurance and rental car service, to restoring my vehicle, and arranging pickup. Ray's employees were top notch and handled it all. Our job was also priced fairly and there were no cost surprises. Chad went above and beyond with resorting our vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our experience here and definitely recommend them for your auto body repair needs. read more

I recently spoke to Gina at Ray's Auto Body and submitted my insurance estimate and photos to them so they may coordinate and schedule repairs. I never heard back from them for over two weeks, so I called to inquire and was given the run around by Gina, with her providing no understanding as to what to do next. I just want my car fixed, gave them the business and they sat on it. She said owner still needed to look at photos, even though they had the photos for over two weeks. I don't understand why they just couldn't tell me what to do next, or at least schedule the next step. Not sure how their body work is, as all other Yelp reviews are good. But, dealing with Gina and just simply getting the process started was horrible. I cancelled and will take my car elsewhere. read more

Chad has always done a great job taking care of my Jeep. His work is excellant and customer service is nonpeil.

My car was in an accident. Ray's did an outstanding job of restoring my vehicle. Times are hard for the Auto-body shops lately with parts shortages, labor shortages and lots of accidents lately. Ray's took the time to repair my vehicle and cared about the little details in spite of insurance delays and other challenges. I would highly recommend them. Just be patient during these stressful times!! read more

My car was scratched really bad. Chad took the time to clean off the white scratches!! It looks great!! Customer service has been not that great these days due to people not wanting to work or team-workers having to do more than what's expected. Well I really appreciate that Chad went beyond for me!! And when I do need a auto body and paint I will give him my business!! read more

Rays Auto Body - Ray's Auto Repair - Body Shops Near Me - Garden City, Idaho

I am so grateful a friend that had great experiences with Ray's Auto Body Repair over the years recommended this shop when I was in an accident. They were so great to work with. Chad went the extra mile thinking outside the box trying to get a few of the parts that were extremely delayed coming in due to nationwide supply issues. He kept me informed of what was going on, worked great with the insurance company, and was so kind. When I got my car it was like brand new and he had even spent hours detailing it for me. I couldn't believe the way he went above and beyond to take such good care of us and my car is absolutely beautiful! read more

I love this place, and have been here more times then I want to admit. Every time Chad was amazing and they got my car done so fast and looking even better then before! Sadly the car is totaled now but thank you guys for taking such good care of her everytime she was there, even when I would call for updates all the time like a concerned car parent read more

Excellent service!! I took a road trip from LA to Boise to see my family. I backed into a boulder that wasn't visible by my backup camera in the Trader Joe's parking lot. (Terrible placement! I'm sure it happens all the time.) I needed to replace the whole lower part of my bumper. I have a Lexus & Chad ordered the part from Lexus & installed it quickly. It was less than $400! I was over the moon with the service, price & quality of work. To top it off my filthy road tripping vehicle was sparkly clean when I picked it up!! Thank you for being awesome!! read more

Unfortunately I got into an accident shortly after moving to Boise. But fortunately I chose Ray's Auto Body Repair to fix my car. It was a stroke of luck and I will never use anyone else to fix my car should I be unlucky enough to get into another accident. I was more than pleased with how quickly my car was repaired and my car looks like new! Ray was professional yet personable and went above and beyond on a couple of issues. I backed into a tree and caused some damage to my left rear quarter panel in my F 150. After getting several estimates I went to Rays with a friend that was having his truck detailed. I asked Chad for an estimate and his price was very reasonable. Dropped my truck off on a Monday morning and and it was done the next day. Chad did an excellent job at a very fair price. I hope I don't need use Ray's again but if I do that's the place I'll go. read more

We have used the services of Ray's Autobody several times and never cease to be impressed with Steve's care, prompt service and beautiful, professional work. He even has the car washed, gives us a certificate to have it washed in Boise at a later time! This is a super organization. Mickey and Bob Angell, Boise read more

I've just used Ray's Auto Body for the first time, after "interviewing" two other highly rated shops. I was impressed from the start by Steve's professional and caring approach. This experience carried through in all aspects - getting a quote, scheduling the work, and the repair work itself. Everything was done as discussed, with no surprises or extra costs. To top it off, the cost was very competitive - due in part to a bit of extra work by Steve to buy just the parts needed, whereas other shops took the "easy" way in buying whole assemblies where just one part was required. I'll definitely use them again and refer others that need auto body work! read more

I really liked how helpful and flexible Ray's was in deciding what repairs we needed and could afford. The actual work was done perfectly.
