I took my car in to have minor repairs done and was prepared to be without a car for few days which makes it difficult since I need a car for getting to and from work. I was amazed when he immediately went and got a tool & popped a panel that had come loose back in and fixed a scratch on the door, all while I was right there. I asked how much I owed him and there was no charge. In a world where it is hard enough to find high quality workmanship, great service and fair pricing, I was so thankful to find that it all still exists at Uria Body Shop in Nampa. Perfect Fit or Perfect Shit?…read more I've hesitated to make this post, but after today I feel people deserve to know my experience. In November, I had my valve cover gaskets replaced. Less than a year later, I went to change my spark plugs and found a large amount of oil in every spark plug well except two. Now I'm having to replace the valve cover gaskets all over again myself. That's not even the worst part. I also had my entire suspension replaced there in November. Within about a week of driving, one of the struts came up through the wheel well, leaving a huge hole that had to be repaired. On top of that, I later discovered my right front brake caliper wasn't even bolted on. These aren't minor mistakes, they're serious safety issues. If you want a shop that stands behind its work and you want your vehicle repaired safely and correctly, I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here based on my experience. I gave them my trust, and now I'm paying to fix their work myself.

Three years previously, my vehicle was repaired and painted by their shop. Initially I was satisfied by the quality of work even when noticing the paint was not a perfect match in places. Not setting right, it finally got the best of me, I reached out to the current manager (Eric Parker) and he agreed to look at my car. After a quick look over, he happily took my car and said, "we can do better". While honoring the lifetime warranty on their work, he assured me that it would be at no charge. One week later, seven paint cards (to find the perfect match) more than $2,500 absorbed, hours of sanding, removing parts, prepping and repainting the entire driver's side, my car was completed. I was eager to see it! Eric and his team did not disappoint! I sincerely respect and appreciate him for taking my car back and his commitment to make things right. He almost seemed honored to have the opportunity. Eric is the reason I will not hesitate to bring any of my family's vehicle to Caliber Collision again should another accident occur in our future.
