The company responded quickly to my message through Yelp and told me to bring my vehicle by to get an estimate. The office was very clean, they had a form ready for my situation, the person who help me was very kind and professional, and they were able to buff out most of the scratch on my vehicle. They gave me an estimate for a full repair, but I decided not to proceed with that (the remaining scratch is barely noticeable). All in all an excellent experience and I would definitely use this shop again! read more

Had a great experience! They were very communicative every step of the way which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend to others.

My experience was so great! I sent a message and got a reply within a few minutes, was able to bring my car over same day within an hour to get an estimate. Once my car was looked at, they had a good idea of what was needed and ordered the parts. This was on a Friday, got a call on Monday saying they had the parts needed! I brought my car back and it was ready the next day! They are very efficient and really care about your car. I highly recommend for any collision needs!! read more

When I was looking for an auto body repair shop this place had great reviews so I took a chance on them and I wasn't disappointed. They kept me updated while my car was being repaired and, most importantly, completed the repairs on time. I was impressed with their service and professionalism. Shawn was great with answering all my questions and alleviated all my concerns. I highly recommend them. read more

Honest estimate, stellar service and my repairs were completed super fast, and they even didn't charge or do work that turned out to be not necessary. Highly recommend them if you need body work. read more

Dropped in at CW for a walk-in estimate. I wish I could recall the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was the best. He looked at my very minor bumper fix and said I could easily repair it myself with JB weld. I did as he instructed and all is well for $8. If I ever need a larger fix, CW has my business. And--given their honesty and integrity--I'd recommend them for yours, too. read more

STOP SHOPPING AROUND!! This is my second experience with CW Collision and it was as rewarding as the first. Because of the incredibly outstanding service, price point and results, I didn't even bother getting estimates from anywhere else. This time I needed a decade of staining nasty tree sap removed and replaced with a new coat of paint. I had previously had my vehicle detailed several times but that process can only go so far until you risk getting into the clear coat. CW Collision COMPLETELY restored the beauty and life back into my vehicle. In addition, dent free!! She has officially returned to her former glory . Thanks guys, I love you all. Teresa read more

My car was in an accident on a recent visit to Idaho. CW Collision Repair was the only shop in the greater Boise area to accept my vehicle on their lot. Sean and company were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They made an extremely stressful situation doable and I left Idaho feeling confident. I live in California so the logistics of leaving my car were daunting until I met the employees of CW Collision Repair. 5 stars are not enough to evaluate my appreciation! read more

I could not be more satisfied with how I was treated at CW Collision. I started out at Caliber Collision and was told it would be months before they could get parts for my Ram truck, STILL siting the pandemic as the reason. LAME! Emails and phone calls to Caliber were ignored for weeks. That was it. I was done with them. I left Caliber Collision as I ran screaming from the building. I then looked for a small shop with good reviews. That is how I found Shawn and CW Collision. Initially, Shawn told me some of the parts I needed were on backorder from Ram. Then, the next day he found the parts in Salt Lake. The next day after that, the parts were delivered and after the New Years holiday, Shawn scheduled my repairs telling me that he would keep my truck for at least 2 days. 8 Hours later, I received a call from Shawn telling me my truck was done and I could pick it up any time! Crazy good service! From the first time I spoke with Shawn to my truck being repaired and done was less than 2 weeks and that time included down time for the holidays. So much for the B.S. Caliber Collision was dishing! Do yourself a favor. Stay away from the big conglomerate body shops like Caliber and go to CW Collision! read more

These guys are awesome. Had a pulled in bumper and they were able to pull it and make it look like new plus cleaned up some scratches as well. They matched the hard to match triple pearl Toyota paint on my 4Runner prefect. Highly recommended and nice price as well. read more

I absolutely CAN NOT express how pleased I am with Gordon and Jeff at Custom Works. These gentleman are extreme professionals with what they do. I was in an inconvenient fender bender that caused some damage to the front of my Silverado. I dropped it off to CW and within the week that had it back to me looking brand-spanking new! Thanks, Custom Works! Your guys workmanship and efficiency is something that can not be matched! read more

Awesome shop, paint quality is amazing and they have a lot of integrity and are amazing at what they do! Gordon and his team are friendly and communication is great as well. I had them paint a set of GT350 fenders for my 5.0 Mustang after I had a small parking lot fender bender and the color match was spot on and the finish is amazing, couldn't be happier! I highly recommend to anyone needing custom work! read more

This place is the best. Gordon and Jeff were helpful from the start. I wanted to save money on car repair by not filing a claim and pay out of pocket. Jeff gave me a very fair quote and recommended where I could go to find some of the parts I needed. He was very up front and honest and did excellent work. These guys are hard working, pleasant and get the job done. Five out of five stars. read more

I came in wanting a quote for my driver side mirror after going to another shop. Custom Works was amazing with reasonable prices. The other place wanted to charge me $500 and Custom works ordered and installed my mirror for $150. I will be using them moving forward. read more

I am a 68 year old with a 20 year old BMW with 135,000 miles --I didn't want car payments for any replacement so I decided to take my car to Jeff at CW. He had it for two weeks and when it came back-- it was complete with the little details being as important as the major body repairs and paint! It was fantastic! I am so glad I followed the good reputation they have in Boise and the word of mouth that keeps them so busy because it is quality and value that they built their business on. Their prices and their willingness to work with someone on a limited income was beyond the standard norm for business these days. Don't even consider this repair and body shop a risk in any way! They will treat you like a family member and that alone will set them apart! read more

Had a little accident a few weeks ago, after sitting on the phone with insurance feeling frustrated and confused I decided to just visit a shop and get an idea of the cost. I drove up got my estimate and explained what happened with insurance. CW walked me through the process of how everything works and didn't make me feel small or pressured to use them, they were friendly and answered all my questions, by the end of my visit I knew this was where I wanted to take my car. They sent over everything to insurance and handled the process for me and I had my car looking back to new in no time and no stress! Highly recommend, Thank you!!!! read more

Outstanding service and quality in a very timely fashion. They did a wonderful job on our Volvo in less than a week.
